My husband & I stopped by the Starbucks in Williams, CA on June 9th on our drive back to the Bay Area. The coffee latte was probably the worst once I've ever had. My husband had plain coffee. He asked the gal to redo the coffee as it was barely warm so she poured him a 2nd cup. Both of our coffees were lukewarm at best. I think their equipment is broken and they are not well trained to figure that out! Avoid this Starbucks! read more

If you want to wait 10 minutes to order in drive thru and another 15-20 mins to get to the window come here. I came and waited 25 minutes in line just to get to the window for them to switch employees and the woman that came in asked what I had ordered. I only ordered 2 refreshers. One had been made and the other one I had to wait 5 more minutes for. To top it off the refreshers were made with lemonade after telling them no lemonade that both the hibiscus and açaí refreshers had to be watered down TWICE to not be so sugary. Stood in drive through for half and hour. Pulled up the the window & still waited. They forgot my pastry and I asked for straws 2x. A cherry on top they gave me a regular vanilla latte instead of my vanilla latte that I asked for. Poor service here. Workers are also moody and walk slow. read more

My husband and I stopped at the Williams, CA Starbucks store at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday while traveling. There was only one other customer in the store. The first thing I noticed was the glass entry door. I don't think it's been cleaned since the store opened. It was covered with hand prints and grime. The floor was filthy with spills, dirt and hair. There was garbage on the floor near the sugar/creamer counter and spills on the counter. There was apparently a ceiling leak, because there were two chairs sitting near the pick-up counter with buckets on them that were catching dirty dripping water. I ordered two very simple drinks. One of them was just okay, the other was not at all what I had ordered. I refuse to believe the store was this dirty because they had been swamped with customers and hadn't had a chance to clean. Starbucks should be ashamed. Surely there are standards for their stores. This one doesn't even come close on any level. One and done for me at this Starbucks. read more

We are so excited to have Starbucks in Williams. We pass through Williams every time we visit my dad (8-10 times per year). On this recent trip, we drove through and had no problems with our order, and a normal wait time, unlike the people who complained of long waits. We were waiting for our drinks for an abundance of time and once we asked they informed us that the drink STILL had not been made and that the tag was just sitting there waiting. And I even explain that I was in a hurry to the airport and a Nother 20 minutes went by, I thought the lady was making my drink I said no whip cream she said this is for the drive-through. So 40 minutes at Starbucks almost missing my flight I made them give me a refund and she tried to give me less than what it actually was. I have gone multiple times since they have been open and it is the worst Starbucks ever. The staff is very unfriendly and rude one time I asked to speak to the manager to explain the horrible service I received and she was nothing but rude and rolled her eyes at me. Their was another barista I dealt with she was shorter and I believe her name started with an I and was nothing but rude. I was so excited at first to have a Starbucks so close to me vs driving the extra 20min to the nearest one. Buuuuut after a few visits I'm not impressed. Each visit i had made to this Starbucks I was in the drive thru anywhere from 20-30 min. The few drinks I've ordered previous times from this Starbucks was an Iced Caramel Macchiato w/ an extra shot. The other times has been okay, but this morning I went ordered the SAME DRINK & my drink tasted like crap! Not to add the 20-30 min wait. It also seems that they don't start making the drinks until we pay because other Starbucks locations will have my drink ready once i am ready to pay but at this location it's the opposite. AND unfriendly staff who doesn't seem like they want or care to work there. I drive passed Williams every morning and now after today if I want to have a Starbucks drink I will definitely drive the extra 15-20min to a different Starbucks where my drinks always taste amazing. AND where the staff is happy and I can feel the good vibes! For anyone hesitant on trying this new Starbucks I recommend either waiting longer til they train the staff properly or just don't go at all. My husband stood at the counter waiting to be helped, with no communication from the 5 employees behind the counter. One person finally said "be with you in a minute". Another 5 minutes went by before taking his order. He waited 10 minutes, came out to the car and said, your turn, maybe my iced tea will be ready when you order. I ordered a Iced Mocha. 5 minutes after I ordered , his iced tea was ready. Went to the restroom while waiting..... was extremely dirty!
