Visited August 22nd..see my receipt. This grocery outlet is in Williams and visible from highway 5. I got an alert on my app that said today only they have 25 percent off their wines. I pulled off since I was heading towards Woodland and stocked up on some decent Napa Valley wines for a bargain ! If you miss the deal today this weekend you can get 20 percent off but you do have to sign uo on the app to get the deals! The one thing about Grocery Outlet is that you have to be VERY careful to check all expiration dates - especially with the premade salads and lunchmeats. I've been shopping here since they opened, glad to have a store closer than Woodland or Yuba City. Always good prices on onions, cilantro, parsley, green onions, potatoes, but other produce can look a little sad at times. I look forward to bargains in their cheese selection! Sometimes really good stuff really cheap! Recently, merchandise shelves have been inconsistently stocked, aisles crowded. The shift to the GO brand items has changed inventory, not always for the better. Yes, there can be some huge bargains on "soon to be out of date" items, but those dates are totally meaningless unless you are buying fresh meat, dairy or baby food... so OK by me! I stock up on wine during their 20% off sales, too. Never had a bad bottle. Staff is generally young locals, not particularly focused on customer service. Sometimes hard to find a cart or find something that's on sale. Outside, they really need to rake up the trash that blows into the landscaping around the parking lot. The new Tractor Supply next door makes Grocery Outlet's lot look sad and uncared for. read more

Best choice for groceries in Williams. They may not have everything, but the prices are fair, and the service is good. I'm glad we have an alternative to the local markets now. read more

This establishment, which was once my preferred choice, will no longer be patronized by me as of 2026. This decision stems from concerns regarding pricing practices, ( gouging) product expiration dates, inventory shortages, and a perceived lack of community engagement. In my assessment, the current ownership and their operational integrity may unfortunately hinder the store's future success. read more

I am making this review as someone who has shopped at this store since it was built. The NEW owners make my experience extremely awkward and uncomfortable any time I step foot in the store. I live in town so the options are limited for grocery shopping. The little man with spiky hair will literally look at me like he's seeing a ghost (or never saw a black person before) EVERY time I walk by him. Not a smile, not a hi/hello, nothing for a regular paying customer lol. Weird. That aside, they changed a lot of the inventory, stock with unknown brands, and sell expired/molded products. Wow... I'm so bummed. I used to love to come to the Grocery Outlet in Williams because the kept the store so clean and well stocked. Not anymore! I just finished my shopping and had to stop at another grocery store for things like cake mix which this store used to stock, and dishwasher soap. Before you could almost always find what you needed. The store was a mess. Items to be stocked sitting in the already small isles which made it even more inconvenient to get around if someone else was coming the other direction. The produce was old and wilted with some of it browning already. Not much of a selection on anything. I don't think I will go back. When it comes to food, I want a well stocked, neat, clean grocery store with fresh produce. read more

Great store to shop at! Employees always friendly and the new owner is a hard worker. You can catch her moving in the pallets late at night before closing all by herself. I went in the other day bought up all the olive oil they had on sale. I love the oat creamer, lactose free milk and potting soil, everything you need in one spot. They also support FFA students with donations in the community. read more

Best Grocery Outlet I've been to thus far! I stopped by on my way to go to Princeton. Plenty of parking, very clean, and a large selection of well stocked items. As always when one goes to Grocery Outlet, I came out with a few things that I didn't go in expecting to buy. They're open late as well, which is helpful when the Bay Area traffic gets bad. I'm glad I found an alternative to the Walmart in Willows. I'll definitely stop here again! read more

Grocery outlet is always an incredible experience. I love talking with the people who work here because they are nice, helpful, and fun. The produce is fresh, more so than all the other groceries in town. It is small so I can get in and out quickly when I just need one thing. I've tried a few new items I might not have tried before, like oatmilk half gallon for only $1.99 one time! They are always well staffed, in fact there is rarely a line to check out at all. I will say I recently haven't been able to get half & half cream, and I understand that unfortunately they just keep selling out of it. Upset about not being heard asked to pay for three bags and was told I was only charged for two cashier offered to pay for it which was courteous but I don't like not being heard yes petty still a great store would appreciate restrooms though read more

Stopped in on the way home. Not many bargains or inventory. Clerks seemed rude. Spent more time standing around chatting, and the restroom was filthy and out of tp. This is three strikes. Won't be back. Would rather stop in Orland from now on. read more
