Visited March 27 2026..see my receipt as always. This cute little place makes suishi on Fridays! I finally got to try some today! I ordered two different rolls ( both with fried shrimp). I had the cook make them very spicy! The crunch roll had alot of heat and was delicious! Both rolls were quite big for the price! Love my wasabi on the side! I also got a refreshing detoxifier drink which was soooo good! They use only the freshest ingredients and it makes a big difference! I can't believe I have only stopped here once before. The smoothies are awesome! Martha ( or Marta?) Was pleasant and friendly! It's a hidden gem in Williams! I will definitely come back more often! Delicious fresh smoothies, juices, açaí bowls and more! Even sushi and tacos! Super clean inside w/ fresh fruit behind plexiglass. Ordered the Mango Spartan. $7 small, $8 med, $9 large. Mangos, orange juice, Greek yogurt and honey. Lady was friendly and impressed w/ my Spanish ;). Fast, efficient, reasonable. Also ordered birria and tacos (pick up at their food truck next door). Slower and expensive for the food. $15 for birria taco plate. $12 for 3 regular tacos, rice and beans, and a can of soda. Waited about 15 min for the food. Should have realized it was a sign that there weren't many people waiting for food. Food was good, not amazing. Salsa tasted like canned tomatoes. The small container of avocado lime sauce was tasty, and they had fresh radishes. Beans and rice were meh. Would return for the drinks, but probably not the food. Nice people though. read more

They offer quite a few different drink combinations, and you can see all the fresh fruit on their counter that they use to make your drinks! One hot day on I-5 my wife had been wishing for something cold and tasty, like a smoothie. We stopped in Williams to charge the car and had about half an hour to kill, so walked around the old part of town. Little did we know we would stumble upon the world's greatest purveyor of smoothies - the display counters were full of the freshest fruits, berries and vegetables, and the menu board offered at least several dozen flavors, each one super tempting. The guys running the place were friendly and quick to concoct whatever is ordered; this business is worth a special stop in Williams if you're traveling I-5. read more

This business is a joke. Ordered from here last Friday and spent $95. Just for the order to be wrong. When we brought up the mistake the owner said he'd take care of it the NEXT TIME. Today is the next time. Ordered another large order just for it to be messed up AGAIN. I'm so disappointed. How you tell us to wait an hour to pick up the food and still get it wrong the second time??? The employees here are incompetent. They're not fully awake. They catch an attitude when the mistakes are brought to their attention. Don't even offer a refund ... how corrupt. They have lousy service here. Very unprofessional for so many reasons. The owner adds his customers on Snapchat then flirts with them and god knows what else. THATS BESIDES THE POINT. Moral of the story don't come to this useless business. Spend your money else where. What a find in Williams to have fresh spinach, pineapple, etc. in a super heathy drink! And open such great hours! But 3rd time I visited there was a man working and I asked him if he would kindly hand sanitize between handling the food and the money and he very angrily shouted at me that yes, there was a sink and sanitizer. And I said, thanks but I am just asking you to sanitize before touching my food and after handling the money because I am vulnerable to disease. He then yelled at me that I was not wearing my mask right when I had a thick piece of cloth over my face like everyone else. I told him to forget the order. I sat in my car though and watched, many people walked up with NO MASK and he said nothing, and did not sanitize his hands either between money and food, money and food. I used to frequent this Juice Bar and every time I came away feeling like I'd definitely gotten my money's worth in these drinks. They have a nice selection of juices and smoothies and fresh fruit bowls. They also have a nice reward system where every time You buy a drink, You get a stamp and after 8, You get a free Medium Smoothie of your choice. The prices were great, the guy who worked there was really nice and talkative and the juices tasted so fresh it was unheard of. I loved visiting the place and trying something new but the seaweed mint chocolate drink will always be my favorite. They also had a Dragonfruit drink and I had never heard of Dragonfruit before so it was great discovering both this little place and the fruit. They even have a little poster of the health benefits of the Dragonfruit. I would recommend everyone try this place out whenever they can. read more

I was amazed by how tasty their smoothies were. SERIOUSLY, if you're driving along I-5, go here. I can't recommend the place enough. Only one thing was a negative. It was a tad difficult to find, since there was only one small sandwich board outside the building marking where it was, without any other signage.
