Everytime i go into nutri one i have a better and better experience. the employees are always EXTREMELY helpful and even more knowledgeable. i have gone to plenty of other supplement stores but nutri one is always my first choice. if they dont havw it i dont want it! never once have i felt like they were "man-splaining" to me (as a woman) which is a HUGE part of why i will keep going to nutri one over any other supplement stores. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. We usually go into GNC but my husband and I drove by and decided to check it out. We are about to run out of several supplements so we planned on getting a few things. We walked in said hi to the employees and the girl at the register didn't even acknowledge our existence. They were too busy talking. We asked about a product we we looking for and she looked at me like I was clueless had an attitude and was absolutely no help just said "doesn't sound like anything I have heard of" then went back to her conversation. We received absolutely no help. They were rude and unprofessional. Now I am heading into GNC! Thanks guys! read more

I've been to GNC and other supplement stores and paid for memberships just to get discounts on products, but nothing compares to Nutri-Zone's prices. I walked in there with one goal: Buy whatever products that I needed to help me reach my fitness goals. After I walked in, I was greeted by the employee. After browsing their large selection for a few minutes, they asked me if I needed any help. I told them what my fitness goals were and they directed me to the section that suited me. They were able to answer any and all questions that I had and then some. (i.e. side effects, which product is better, do I really need this or a change in my diet, etc.) Not only do they know about the products they sell, but they USE the products they sell! So they were able to use personal experience to explain things to me. Once I picked my supplements, I went to the register and realized that they also made shakes! I think they had three types (builders / burners / gainers)...with multiple flavors for each type. About $4-5 each, had to get one, delicious... When the guy was ringing up my stuff, he mentioned that they had a military discount too! (Even if you're not in the military, a lot of their products are below manufacturer prices, and some personal trainers around here have discount cards they can give you) Overall, if I were to live here for a long time, this is the only place I'd go to. Sadly, I'm moving after 4 years of being here and will truly miss this place!!! read more

I've been to other places in town and it seems like they sell and push certain items because they get commission or kick backs from certain products they sell. This place sold me a pre workout that my body could not tolerate. I only took it three times and still had the receipt. They would not let me return the product. This is the only supplement shop that I've had this problem with. Therefor I am giving them 1 star. Stay away from this place. The lady there did a great job of explaining all of the products I was interested in and did not try to just sell me the most expensive stuff. Because of that, I will be going back. I get all my stuff from here. But beware people. These guys get paid on sales. They will lie to you to sell you stuff. It basically starts off with this, "oh you want to lose weight, well THIS IS WHAT I TAKE" and it will be complete bull sh*t. I have tried this twice. Once with the big buff guy I think it's marty. I asked him about pre workouts 2 times and different answers both times. And the next time with some white dude. Anyways, they still have the cheapest stuff in town. GO HERE!!!!! Have been to this place a couple of times and each time have experienced horrible customer service. They were not friendly instead they pushed to sell me everything but the product I was looking for. When I finally did purchase a product they told me I would be able to return it if I didn't like it and when I did try and return it (wasn't even opened) they then told it was non-refundable.
