Bought a whole new vape setup. The guy helping us was helpful in getting us what we needed and answering all of our questions.

Real bad customer service here. Went in originally a few weeks ago and was helped by a great older guy who was super helpful and knowledgeable on their products . Second visit was a 180. Super unfriendly younger guy working . It almost felt like I was bothering him by being there and interrupting his TV time on the couch in the lobby . Was unable to help me with my question and informed me "they don't sell " the product I bought a few weeks earlier . No helpful ideas or sales pitch on another similar product . I was willing to spend some good money on a new product but his attitude scared me right out of that shop . For good . I will take my money to the vape shop in Yuba City for now on . Super disappointed , not just for a vape shop , but for any type of business . One of the worst experiences I've had shopping in a long time . read more

Overpriced product, products weren't on display. Im from out of town but travel often and the prices here are inflated in comparison to many other shops. Could be a small town thing, regardless, if you're travelling you can skip this shop. read more

Quality vapes? Really? This place was the opposite of quality. The place had nothing in it and the people there make you feel like you shouldn't have walked in to buy their products. Honestly, wouldn't want to walk in this place if I was you, not "Quality" whatsoever. read more

Pretty much this store screws their customers over badly. My boyfriend went to buy coils last night, and when he returned home he tried over an hour to put the new coil on, but it wasn't working. The store closed at 8pm, so I went out to buy new coils because we assumed they gave us the wrong size. I went to SUTTER SMOKE SHOP and he showed me the same coils and they fit- so what we realized was the threads on the coil was faulty. I returned to store the next day, and when I walked in the owner was sitting on his butt playing Battlefield....I was told I needed to bring in my mod so they can determine if it was my mod that was faulty. I agreed and returned later with my mod, the worker proceeded to try out the coils one after another nothing was working I got mad at the giant waste of time and asked to just get my money back. I was told there is no cash refunds. But he couldn't find coils that actually fit. So I couldn't get the correct product either so I was out 15$ with a punk kid telling me it's not his fault, now I understand they buy from a manufacturer and didn't make the product. But what a respectable establishment would do is understand no one is at fault and give a refund apologize and that's that. But they wouldn't give me a refund or find another product that would work. And told me I'm SHIT OF LUCK and next time check my stuff before leaving. End of story this place is not to be trusted. Shady employees that don't know how to put down call of duty and clean a display case. And an even lazier owner that doesn't take care of customers or watch over their crap employees. read more

We just moved to town, and stopped in to get some juice. Glad we did! Owners are great and caring. I have never been able to find a juice I truly enjoy other than strawberry. We tested quite a few juices, and I had a hard time choosing which one I liked best. I decided on Nectar of the Goddess. I love it! I will definitely be back in for more. I like that they could whip up any combination of flavors that you think up. Can't wait to see the place once the remodel is done! Stopped by to pick up some coils for my V12 Prince tank. I was surprised they actually carry mesh coils for my tank, which I haven't been able to find online. The price for the coils was better than online after shipping is calculated. Friendly service from the staff. Will definately be coming back for my coils, and maybe to try out their very large selection of e-juices. read more

I can't even begin to explain how great the customer service is in this place. The owner truly cares about the customer and the quality of everything in the store is top notch. I went in today to get an entry-level vape pen and was greeted by the owner who was more than happy to show me everything about vaping. She set me up with a killer setup for a very reasonable cost and even custom made a flavor for me. I will definitely be a customer for life and I'll recommend everyone to them. I think it's fair to say this is one of the best shops for vape in the area. They have good juice for a decent price. If you have to buy locally I would recommend them over the other local choices available. I prefer to buy online parsonally because I feel I have the most selection and best price available. The downside is having to wait to get your stuff. If you need it today then quality vapes is one of the best choices in yuba city. read more
