I don't even smoke anymore and i was just trying to get in and out fast.. the guy bubble wrapped it up and I was out the door in less than 2 minutes. long story short, it ended up having a chip on the downstem portion. and I would take responsibility of it being broken if the chip of glass was in the package but it wasn't. so I bring it back and told the guy the story and he refused to replace it. really not a huge deal but he insisted that he checked it before I bought it that day which I should have also done but neither of us did. the transaction was too fast for that to happen. great store but nobody likes being lied to.
