Visited july 24 2026. While driving through Williams I had to get my car washed because of the bugs on the windshield! I have used this car wash before. It NEVER gives you a receipt! It is in the same parking lot as the gas station which has Baskin Robbins and a sandwich shop inside. It is not kept up. I would never use their bathrooms! Told the clerk who was sitting there looking at her phone when we came in and still looking at her phone when left the bathroom, let her know there was no hand soap. She points out the hand santizer dispenser outside on the wall by the bathroom, which I totally missed who expects not to have hand soap in a bathroom. Digusting filthy place, we left without buying gas or anything else. Clearly the ckerk has a different standard of cleanliness and her priorities were obviously to spend time on her phone instead to cleaning the facilities to make it presentablefir customers.. read more

Read the whole review, it is just the facts and worth reading. Michael, a tall guy with a dark beard was probably one of the rudest people I have come across. Yes MICHAEL, I'm shining the light on you! March 28, 2024... Was on a 7 hour unexpected trip and it was 12:30 am. We needed fuel and my little boy really needed to use the restroom 5 hours into it. Pulled up to get $100 of fuel but the place looked closed because TOGOs inside was dark. My wife pulled up in front of the doors so I could hop out and check if it was locked. It wasn't, so I asked Michael if we could use the restroom, he gave pause like he was considering, and then he said, "Yes, but you can't park there." ... I looked at where my wife was, sideways where she had dropped me off and realized that he must have said that because we were across a couple of spots, so obviously we were going to move and park more appropriately. We were just checking to see if it was open or love locked, it was pretty late after all and weren't sure. So, I responded, "No, we aren't staying there. I was just checking to see if you were open inside first before we parked." Michael replied, "I get it, but you can't park there!" A little confused because I thought I had communicated this to him. I tried to clarify by saying, "I know, my wife is in the drivers seat. I'm going to get my little boy and she is going to park the truck. We aren't staying there." To my surprise, Michael replies a little more aggressively with, "Listen, if you want to get attitude with me, you can't use the bathroom, I told you that you can't park there." ... I was caught off guard, surprised and taken back. I tried a third time to explain, "We are going to move the truck, I was just trying to hop out really fast to see if the inside was locked. My wife is moving it right now" I leave it at that, and go out to get my little boy who can't hold it much longer, only to hear a click behind me. I turn around to see Michael standing at the door. He has locked it and told us that we "can no longer use the restroom." I was in disbelieve, I will fully admit that at this point papa bear came out after being roar weary on a long trip that we weren't planning, fatigued, and in having to use the restroom a little bit too. With a little boy looking at me for answers to a VERY simple situation. I gave him the bird and sit said something unkind, it just slipped... I don't cuss and then had to apologize to both of my kids for using language. Was this a power trip for him? I read other Yelp reviews, several other people seem to have had similar experiences. I went across the street to AmPm and had my little boy use the restroom. The guy there was super nice and upon my venting of the situation, without hesitation described Michael. That is just this guy. So I'll be calling the manager of the station in the morning, telling him just the facts, Yelp reviewers can often embellish, you know it in your heart to be true. I heard that the general manager is much better at working with than Michael. Michael is a liability to a good companies reputation. read more

Really rude management. Don't come to this gas station unless you like getting interrogated for no reason.

Provides many extra's. Clean restrooms and fresh coffee for starters. Love the fact there is a Togo's inside.

If I could pick 0 stars I would. Don't EVER come here if you looking for a stop on the side of the road. Management was hella rude and harassed us the whole time while we were just trying to use the bathroom. He was badgering us to pay for gas if we want to use the bathroom and banged on the door when me and my sister tried to use the bathroom together to be faster. And as my dad came in to pay for gas he kicked us out because we were not afraid to highlight is rudeness and was not a "paying customer yet". They are impatient and rude and have no business being open if they're going to chase away all of their customers. Fuck this gas station read more

This summer I was stuck in the car wash over and over, the owner would go out and reset it but it would not work. They would not get my money back and the Indian clerk lady would not get the manager out to help...lied and said he was not there. In addition, little mosquitos completely chewed up my feet as I perilously had to get out of my car into the wet cement in the car wash. Today, though, I bought a hot pocket for $5 and not only was it not frozen when I bought it, it was completely moldy which I could not tell from the package. I hope I do not get sick. I wish people from other countries acted with the ethics and regulations of this country and not their's. read more

This shell gas station scams people. I went and tried to get just 20 dollars of gas and he said my card was declined but the 20 were taken out of my account. I kept asking for a refund since I got no gas and he kept saying it was declined. We got into an argument and I just ended up leaving cuz I can't deal with a scam like him. Point it try to avoid this place, I'm sure this isn't the first or last time this has happened there. read more

DO NOT PLAY LOTTERY HERE Re: Shell station at 301 Vann Street in Williams, California. At approximately 5:45 PM on 5/6/16, I walked in to purchase a lottery ticket and requested five lines of Powerball. I saw the Jackpots and requested one line of Mega Millions, too, as I put a $20 bill on the counter. The cashier (a 50ish east indian man, about 5'5" average build with greying hair) printed 3 tickets, snapped up my $20 bill and gave me $7 back. I asked how the total was $13. He said that's what the tickets cost. I said I only ordered 2 tickets: 5 Powerball and 1 Mega Millions. I did not order the third ticket he printed for another line of Powerball. He told me "that's what it cost". I told him, "I know what you did and I don't appreciate that". He didn't budge. Just gave me $7 and looked away. No apology, no denial, nothing. I told him again I didn't appreciate what he was doing and he turned away. I ended up with 3 tickets and $7 change. read more

When traveling down I-5 headed to Modesto I always stop in this store. Always very clean restrooms and fresh coffee. Also has a Baskins and Robin and a Togo's. The sandwiches are the best!!! Also I am able to use my fuel rewards card and I save .5cent a gallon. I will keep stopping here! read more
