Really rude management. Don't come to this gas station unless you like getting interrogated for no reason.

Provides many extra's. Clean restrooms and fresh coffee for starters. Love the fact there is a Togo's inside.

Surf Thru Express Car Wash - Still Dirty - even with most expensive wash!

Surf Thru Express Car Wash

(139 reviews)

I've been a member at Surf Thru for almost six years, so I've seen it change quite a bit over time…read more There are still things I really like about it, and a few things I don't love as much anymore. The biggest downside is that the quality of the wash has gone down somewhat since they first opened, while the price has gone up, almost doubled. That said, I still think it's a decent value depending on how you use it. I'm currently paying $20 a month for the Express membership. I wash my car frequently, vacuum it out there, and then do the detailing myself at home, wax, wheel shine, the works. For me, the most time-consuming and annoying part is the actual wash, so having unlimited access makes sense. The rest I don't mind doing on my own. If you have more money than time and want everything done for you, the top-tier membership is probably worth it. Unlimited free vacuuming anytime is a big plus, and it's convenient if you want your car to always look clean without extra effort. That said, there are a few things I miss. They used to scrub the front and back windows with a brush, which made a noticeable difference. Now they just spray some kind of soap on them, and it's not the same. They also used to include air fresheners with every membership, now that's limited to the top tier, and you only get one or you have to pay for them and they are $1 each. Overall, it's still a good deal if you take advantage of the unlimited washes and don't mind doing some of the finishing touches yourself. Just don't expect the same level of service they had when they first opened.

Posting for my grandparent! They damage cars here and do not cover it. My grandma lost the antenna…read moreon their small sedan (just one of the fin types so not sticking out far at all). The car wash said they'd file a claim but never reached back out and never returned the lost part to her. My grandma had to call in to find out anything and they said the claim was declined. The fin antennas are apparently is tricky to replace and cost her over $1000 out of pocket to fix. They do not do the right thing here, do not waste your money.

HWY 70/20 Car Wash - This is the mud the lady was very rude to me about. As you can see it is wet and new. And not severe.

HWY 70/20 Car Wash

Very bad rating. In fact, I will never be back again…read more I pulled in this morning about 11:20am. Some older woman, who looks to have been ridden pretty hard, with a broom stopped me while i was getting my money out in line to get a car wash. She said, rudely, "You can't wash that here with mud on it. First of all, it won't wash it off and, second of all, it's going to get all over the ground and onto the next car that goes in behind you." For a slight second, I thought maybe I had hit a big puddle and it was very severe, so I asked her is there mud on it? And I leaned out...um, it's raining, and this isn't baked on mud. I just got it up off Smartsville Rd. It's NOT serious. At that point, after seeing its not even bad, I left. I'll never go back and I have a few kind words to leave behind. 1. If your car wash can't wash the mud off of a vehicle, it's NOT worth paying for. 2. She was rude and extremely low class. She's giving you an awful reputation. 3. I'd have paid whatever fee to pre-wash this vehicle, then, I'd have gladly taken it through, but that woman is a total Karen and is so rude, you can keep your car wash. 4. Another car wash took my money. Unlike your car wash, it got this mud off without a thought. My vehicle is gorgeous again. I run Rants & Raves on Facebook, locally. 10,000+ members will also be hearing about this. Was it really worth losing my money and patronage just to have a pretty blonde lady in a black Denali to pick on today? I've included a photo of my vehicle's offending mud...taken seconds later around the corner. If your car wash isn't strong enough to take that off, why pay for it? Just my humble opinion.

Worst car wash in town!!!! They never have enough employees…read more& when they do they are in their phone with the "So Called Boss" who by the way is VERY unprofessional & rude!!!! Don't waste your time or money here!
