While my shop in Stockton was too far for a tow service, Joel FaceTimed me and helped me trouble shoot the issue over the phone regardless. Joel Sanders was super helpful even though I did not have my trailer towed. I was towing my bass boat back from Clearlake to the bay area when my trailer started to make noise. We pulled off the freeway in Williams and called him from a 76 Gas Station. I explained to him the damage and he offered to come and take a look without charging me anything. He advised that there was a Napa repair shop very close to where we broke down. Joel was awesome even though we did not use his services. If you ever get stuck in Williams give him a call. read more

We got into a car accident and we're on the side of the highway and the tow guy came to our car looks and sees we have a uhual trailer tells us he needed to call for another tow truck to come cause he had the wrong truck the second tow truck comes and his just flustered tell us how he does everything alone and he so tired of doing it alone and how it's hard to do what he does so he had to call another person our car is a 2013 hydundai accent and the trailer we had was smallest one uhual has there was no reason for another tow truck And he brings in a second tells us 275 and so we agreed later to be told it would be 645$ 275 for the first tow an hour and the second tow truck for 275$ and then another commercial charge for 98$ tow cost im sorry but that is 3 charge for a small car with a small trailer And after charge us that much to just go 12 miles he didn't even want to help put our trailer into a parking lot that he could of clearly put easily just made up excuses and left it in a no parking zone completely rude and awful experience overall what a ripe off and it was unnecessary to get two tow truck for such a small car and trailer read more

Yay!!! This company rocks! I was driving north on I5 yesterday, from Sacramento to Orland, when my tire blew out. Oh no! This has never happened to me before, but I pulled over to the side of the road and called my insurance company Geico. Luckily, I have roadside assistance (thank goodness!) and they called in a tow for me. Buuuut, it wasn't Sanders that they called. They called another company in Williams who promised to be there in 30 minutes (I was like 2 miles form the Williams exit). 30 minutes passed, I had been on the road for nearly an hour, and no tow. Called the company and they had cancelled the tow but never bothered to tell Geico or me. They left me stranded. (Turns out it is a billing issue with Geico, that they informed no one about.) Another call to Geico ( this time not nearly as friendly as the first), and they called Sanders, who promised 30 minutes. Having learned my lesson (the hard way) I made sure to call Sanders after waiting about 10 minutes to make sure they knew where they were going and that they were actually on their way. The gentleman in the office was nice and assured me that the guy would be there in 20 minutes. After being stuck on the side of the interstate for about an hour and a half, Sanders towing shows up! My angels (sigh). The driver, Randy, was so nice! He changed my tire, inflated the others that were low and explained to me and my sis how my blow out happened (turns out low air in the tires really is a bad thing. Who knew?) I will be sure to call Geico and tell them this is the only towing company they should be dealing with in Williams, Ca. Great guys, great service, great company! read more

Our motor home blew a power steering pump, pulley, belts, and resevoir on the I-5 heading south just past Williams, CA. I have to say, Joel at Sanders Towing was absolutely top notch and incredible in identifying the immediate need for assistance. We had several tow companies call us from the numerous boondoggles with Progressive agents. After a complete and utter collapse of Progressive Insurance and their "supposed roadside services" having to wait 8 hours on the I-5 from a little after 1 p.m, to almost 11 p.m. when Joel and Sanders towing dropped the motor home off at Mid Valley Auto Care in Williams, CA. After going thru 7 hours of Progressive not knowing what type of motor home we had even though my insurance card states right on it that it was a Holiday Rambler motor home and we even had full coverage on this "good ole Ruthy MH", I had to field 5 calls from 5 different agents totally incompetent in their abilities to help us due to Progressive dropping the ball on us. The only one at Progressive who took the reigns of the matter into her own hands was Shelaya and spoke to another supervisor Jean Paul' they both understood what we went thru. IF this was combat, we would have lost all my soldiers and equipment due to Progressive complete and utter collapse. The hotel cost almost $300 for the weekend, plus meals per diem, Progressive will be refunding us even if I have to resort to legal representation after this. To top this off, I had two diabetic adopted shelter cats on board with us who needed insulin and special care while traveling. I myself am a disabled Army Vet who is diabetic and takes insulin and 6 shots per day to combat my ongoing Diabetes. We had to rip our motor home apart within an hour of the initial call to Progressive and the California Highway Patrol. It was a nightmare. Thanks to the three Troopers Gomez, Morales, and the 1st on the scene Trooper for which I forgot his name held steadfast and kept us protected from traffic passing by us at 70 miles per hour just a few feet away from us. My hats off to the three CHP officers and their immediate responses of safety. I have not ever seen such great support from Joel, Mid Valley Auto Repair gurus, CHP and Motel 6 for making us feel like we were family in the Williams, CA. area. I was really impressed, my car wouldn't start and the tech came and did a great job. He started my car, and gave me a very cool printed report of the status of my battery and alternator. Amazing service, prompt, text messages and gps tag on the service truck before arrival and the technician was very polite and informative. read more

Sanders' towing was very quick to pick me up off the side of the freeway. He was extremely nice and very helpful. They got me up to Chico from Williams quickly and he even looked under my hood and told me my timing belt was broken. Fantastic, friendly customer service. The best towing experience I have ever received. If I am ever stuck near Williams again, I will call Sanders' towing. (hopefully I will not break down again though) PS: I have a ford escort, so it is not a truck, they do small and heavy towing. read more

While travelling on Interstate 5, our car broke down and we were stranded at the Maxwell Rest Stop. AAA could not provide service, but the CHP connected us with Sanders. We could have not asked for better! Matt arrived in a timely way, explained options and costs. Delivered my family and car safely home, offering pleasant, courteous and professional service. I had the pleasure of having Joel Sanders replace a tire on my 5 th wheel today coming home from Foet Bragg. I can say that the job was done with complete professionalism and care as to my situation. I was told they would be to me in about a half an hour and in one half hour they were there as said. Last night I was driving on i5 and my pickup just stopped! Worst feeling ever. I was alone, having no idea where I was after driving over ten hours already. Scared, I called the first tow truck company that popped up on Google. I am so incredibly thankful that I got Sanders Towing. The guy got there within 30 minutes of calling, and was so incredibly helpful. He loaded my pickup on the flatbed, and asked where I wanted to go. After telling him I had a dog, and that I needed a hotel till my family could come get us the next day, he took me to the first hotel. With there being wildfires around it was booked. So was the second one... and the third, and the forth. He didn't want me to have to get out of the car every time so he parked the truck and went in to check for me at every hotel. After being so shook up and not even knowing where I was, this meant a lot. At the last hotel he waited with me to make sure I got a room that was I was ok with before he left. I cant say thank you enough for how he treated me and cared about his job. He could have dropped me at the first hotel and said good luck. You guys have a great employee!!!
