Visited July 12 2026 in Williams California. First time here. This gas station is next to the famous Granzellas restaurant. The gas is a bit pricey but the location is convenient. It's spread out so you have plenty of pumps to choose from! Just look for the green Dinosaur when you enter Williams! Ps. It was 5.89 a gallon for premium. read more

Pumps not working , no toilets available and no one there to help you.. Per the construction guy working on the place.. So dont bother! Go across the road to the Maverick across the road. Plus diesel was less @ the Maverick. It was the second time we tried Sinclair ((Sinclair was less expensive last time) no bathroom last time either! read more

I went into the store. They have one price for drinks and then they charge another. When I confronted him about it he tore the sign off and refused to sell it to me and when you go in there, they're very rude people like three and behind the counter, they stare at you like you're gonna steal something Very Unfriendly Pl., Muslim owned I don't know if that makes a difference, but not friendly at all I won't be back there ever and I don't recommend anybody going there. across the street is the dollar store very friendly people good service repeater games terrible service at Sinclair and Arbuckle. read more

This review is specifically for the employee who was very kind to me yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I wish I had. My cell phone had no service (it felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, lol) and when I asked him for assistance, he asked another employee to cover the register while he proceeded to somehow transfer his internet to my phone so I could contact the person I was in Arbuckle to see. He went above and beyond and I didn't even buy gas or anything else there...he simply did it to be kind. I sincerely thank that employee! read more

I will never stop there again the owners need to get rid of those employees that work the morning shifts!!!! They never have fresh coffee the bathrooms are disgusting! I totally recommend stopping here if you need to.. this is the only place along the I-5 I have been to where the line for the men's room is longer than the women's.... oh the irony. The gas is reasonable.. there is a mini mart and a carwash option.... Before heading up to Oregon this place is perfect for stretching your legs and grabbing some snacks.. They have Rockstar java light which I adore.... Kids are happy campers.. I am a happy camper (granted this was day one of the trip) so far cannot go wrong. read more

We stopped off to fill up on the way home from Lake Shasta. Easy on/off the freeway and the gas wasn't too expensive for California. After we filled up, we realized Granzella's was right there and got a sandwich for the rest of the ride home. read more

Walked in to pay for gas. Sign on front of door says "masks required" as it should right now during the pandemic. The clerk wasn't wearing a mask or a mask in sight for her, and also the 3 people hanging out talking with the clerk (I'm guessing her friends since they were just hanging out inside and not buying anything or getting gas) were not wearing masks or had any in sight. The only people I would recommend going here is the CDC. read more

This gas station is the worst!!! So nt stop there the worst customer service ever!!! Rude as can be!!! One of the employees that works there is always talking so bad about her coworkers when she is one of the worse ones!! The only nice and polite ones is the Hispanic lady and the older lady and the manager which I haven't seen in a while! Stop in Williams if you can. One of the gems on the northern end of I-5. And if you need gas, this is the best place to buy it. Not the cheapest, but the best. It just finishes off a good Williams experience to tank up here before heading on. read more

Always stop here and gas up before heading on into Lakeport and then again on my way home. The people working here are very friendly and the restroom is always clean although sometimes it can get pretty busy. Plenty of snacks to choose from along with drinks. Nice friendly place. read more

As I was heading inside, a paraplegic man who had just pulled up to the pump asked me if I could ask an employee for assistance. I went inside, waited until the cashier finished serving her last customer, then told her about the man outside. She responded "As you can see, I'm busy and she (referring to the other employee who was standing behind the closed deli counter) has other obligations so we can't take care of that." Really? Isn't that part of their job? I was pretty shocked and appalled by her attitude. I ended up just helping the man out myself. My only regret was giving that place any business while doing so. read more

What a rude bunch people. Met with snarls upon entry, spent $30 on in-store items only to be met with an attitude when asking for a bag. The lady said "thas 10 cent". Yup, you read that right, they charge you ten pathetic cents for a bag after spending $30 in their store. This shows how much they appreciate your business. Go anywhere else. read more

OH MY GOD AVOID THIS STOP AT NIGHT AT ALL COSTS!! I swear it seemed like all the flies/bugs in the WORLD had come to this one place. When my mom and dad opened the car door to go out and fill gas, within seconds 3-4 bugs flew into the car and we screamed and ducked for cover! Then my mom tried using the windshield wiper to clean off the windows and we were left with trails of dead bugs that stayed on our car's windshield throughout our vacation. DISGUSTING. I felt like they were crawling all over me for the rest of the day. Avoid this TOWN at all costs at night if you can! read more

Don't let your wife go in the store. This is souvenir central!! Always a typical bathroom stop on my way to the coast, unfortunately. The bathrooms are pretty gross. The store is literally wall-to-wall full of stuff no one really needs but if you let your wife or girlfriend loose in there, be prepared to spend another 30 minutes waiting for her to finish looking at all those "treasures." read more

I just dropped of my family at the airport, very sad We just buried my husband, and his parents....I asked for gas and made a mistake with the number of the pump and then another mistake at the pump to which the older man followed me to the pump and corrected my mistake by insulting me and in a very condescending tone, asked how long I had been driving. Also inside when I mentioned I was to use the ladies too. He said, get the key! I didnt quite here him, I thought he said dont forget you keys. But no, he said NOT YOUR KEYS!!! THE BATHROOM KEYS!! And then looked at the other customers and started to mumble under his breath....he was rude, talked on the phone during all transactions ....granted we all have bad days, however I highly doubt his was as bad as mine. And anyway what happened to kindness and co cern for the human race....it was very obvious to myself and others there that I was somehow struggling....I had left the airport and went the wrong way in my grief...anyway I normally wouldnt care however I'm angry!! He was mean and for no reason...I yelled at him and for that I apologize but will never apologize for calling him out on his behavior...its too bad because this place was clean and well maintained....never buying Sinclair gas again or going there and none of my family will either...and the folks across the street also said when he goes in their store he is rude! read more

I agree with the June 21 post about the flies and bugs but that's only annoying because there are NO automatic pump controls. It's like they're not allowed and one has to stand there and hold the control to pump gas. That really sucks! One hand to pump and the other to swat flies. read more

bathroom was very gross. I ended up throwing away my shoestrings after they touched the floor in this place.

My fiance was in a bad work related accident and had a coil spring hit his mouth, shattering his upper and lower jaw and he is awaiting surgery to replace the bone in order to put new teeth. He went to the Shell station to buy and candy bar and gas and the cashier treated him like a criminal, checking his money 5 times and being rude. He asked her if she had a problem with him and she shrugged her shoulders. The service here is horrible and this woman should not be in the customer service field. My fiance is a kind heart man and came home very hurt and upset. This accident was not his fault and its sad that people lay judgement without knowing whats what!!!! read more
