After my car came through the wash, I was directed to the finishing area where an employee was supposed to apply the tire shine. Instead, the employee simply walked away and left. No explanation. No replacement. No one stepped in to finish the job. So I just sat there wondering if someone was coming. After waiting and looking around, it became obvious that nobody had any idea I was still waiting. At that point I had to either continue wasting my time or leave without receiving the full service I paid for. How does a business not have someone available to cover when an employee leaves their station? If someone needs a break or their shift ends, that's understandable, but customers shouldn't be left sitting there with an unfinished service because no one is assigned to take over. It wasn't about the tire shine itself. It was about the complete lack of communication and accountability. A simple "Someone else will be with you shortly" would have made all the difference. For a business that advertises attention to detail, this was a disappointing experience. I expected better.

What happened to this car wash? It was always my go to place…read more Got the express wash today as I always do. Car came out still dirty. Brought it to the attendants attention. He said the bug washer spray in the wash was not working and he could give me a wet cloth so I could clean it better. Cloth never came so I had to inquire again. When I asked if I could run it through the wash again he said no since I only got the express wash. Service and quality has definitely gone downhill. I will be going to one of the other carwashes in town instead from now on. Updated: at the risk of being scolded by this business owner once again I forgot to mention in my original post that the car wash took off the back of my rearview mirror. I noticed this when I was drying my vehicle and brought it to the attention of the attendant. He retrieved the piece from the car wash and said that it should snap back on with no problem which it did. As you can see from the business owners response to my post, he seemed to know a lot about the situation that day, so I am sure he knows about the back of the rearview mirror coming off also. I feel that I reviewed this business fairly and posted to Yelp so others can learn from my experience there. Hopefully others have a better experience.

I signed up for the cheap basic and it came out with still plenty of bugs on the front bumper and some overall spots, but that's on me. The BASIC states it's for general dust and dirt - I should have upgraded. But both points of contact with staff were friendly and most importantly I watched as the "wash woman" made an adjustment on the equipment so the giant roller was deactivated for my aftermarket Thule racks. I'll be returning for a membership. I have a brand new car and I was happy!

Also, the guy checking in the cars was snarky when I asked about the club... When he realized I wasn't satisfied with his response he sarcastically told me to, "Have a nice day!"
