Whenever I come home to visit I come here for my fix. This location is larger, roomier and have lots of free parking. Leave the West Hartford Center location and come here. There's just one problem I have here today is it's very cold in here and it's not that cold outside, just a bit of rain. The most popular selling breakfast sandwich here is the reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. I posted a quick video earlier of the layout, it very open and spacious. Well if you're every visiting CT and is near West Hartford Bishops Corner stop in. Friendly workers and staff. I recommend this Starbucks location.

This Starbucks is great. Most Starbucks are good, but as I continually go their to have my caffeinated fix, I applaud them on their consistency. They always have the answers to my drink related questions, and have even steered me in a better direction when deciding what to have that day. This Starbucks is one of the good ones.

A happy raspberry scone!

The usual Starbucks fare. The Baristas are always friendly and go the extra for great service. It is always nice when a Barista remakes a drink with no hesitation or attitude. The atmosphere is busy, the tables are generally occupied and there is plenty of space to work. There is always a great mix of students, professionals and leisurely drinkers around.

Now, I think anyone would throw away used chapstick, so I was fine with it, but I was given a free drink as compensation.

After 9 months we went again recently on December 27, 2025. We also brought our friends here after that. Yemerica's menu has expanded big time. They offer so many hot / iced lattes, refreshers, matcha drinks, mojitos, hot Yemeni beverages, fruit mojitos, Frappuccinos, etc. And they've also expanded their food menu. Now they have a wide variety of pastries and desserts to choose from, and bunch of non-sweet food items as well. The cafe is almost full at night / peak hours, especially on weekends. They have an area that can be reserved for meetings, study sessions, etc. They have ample of seating available for all group sizes. The staff is very friendly and patient. They have outdoor patio seating during warm weather and the interior has beautiful hand painted murals. Beverages: I've recently tried and liked their Abu Walad iced latte, Salted caramel iced latte, and Tiramisu iced latte. Adani chai was interesting & worth a try. My partner has tried their kiwi refresher and strawberry mojito. He really liked them both. Our friends tried the hazelnut hot latte, Kunda latte, and honey saffron latte. They were all real good. Food: Bee bites is such an interesting dish, so worth it. Their Treleche caramel was so soft. It melted as soon as the bite hit the tongue. Sabaya was a non-sweet item with just the right amount of honey sweetness. Marook with dates was an interesting balance of textures and taste. Z'atar Manakeesh is filled with flavours of herbs. Cheese pie was fluffy and soft. Their chocolate and tiramisu cakes looked delicious and I can't wait to revisit and try those among so many other things they have to offer.

Coffee is great. Crepes are amazing…read more But this place seems to have fallen on hard times with all the newer competition in the center like Nero's. One problem: they're not on Uber Eats. As far as I can tell, anyway. All of their competitors are: Nero, Hartford Baking Co, Starbucks, Bruegger's, Dunkin'..... In 2026, I don't think this is optional. Notice how many Super Bowl ads were Uber Eats, GrubHub, and DoorDash? They must be doing pretty well if they can afford Super Bowl ads. Maybe places don't like the lower margins, but isn't that better than no sale at all? Plus it becomes an advertisement for your place. For many lazy people like myself, if you're working from home, you don't want to get up earlier to trudge out in the cold and snow. But if you can just tap your phone and get it delivered in 20 minutes....... Do it, guys. It might be your only hope.

Run by two sisters (Sofia & Nune), the help is friendly and well trained, and most of all, the vibe is great; this is a great melting pot and a great place to just hang. Everyone is welcome and it's a great place to meet old friends and make new ones. Not to mention that the coffee is great; much better than any of the chains, especially the one from Seattle! Try it once, and you'll keep coming back.

"Nothing you could say could tear me away from my guy…read moreNothing you could do, 'cause I'm stuck like glue to my guy" (Mary Wells) We took a morning coffee break, and had a wonderful time chatting, relaxing, sipping our drinks, and enjoying the friendly, mellow, and very chill atmosphere at the Café by New England Coffee Guy. They have plenty of seating, some upholstered furniture and we saw a few Friday morning telecommuters working on their laptops and sipping their coffees. Our order was a Chai Latte and a Cold Brew - each was $5. The pours were very large, and I swear that my cold brew was the very best I've ever had. I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. The Coffee Guy has it all - specialty coffees, matcha, chai, espresso drinks, and pastries and sweet treats to pair with your coffee cup. We couldn't resist grabbing a few on our way out, and we took home a box with a Spinach croissant, iced blueberry scone, and a cruffin (croissant/muffin hybrid). We loved our visit to the Coffee Guy, and I was so impressed by the total experience, I just subscribed to their newsletter. So the next time we're looking for a midday break or afternoon pick-me-up..... I know a guy!

The antique store/coffee shop offers the best of both worlds for those whose ideal day is getting a coffee and going antiquing - there are tables in the back, among the antiques, where you can chat, lounge, and read a good book. The antiques are all at good prices, and there are also charms all around the store, for those into charms/trinkets! The staff was so kind and relaxed - even under pressure! The coffee beans lining the wall made the store smell like coffee, and the antiques around you made you feel like you were in your New England grandmother's kitchen, waiting for a perfect cup of coffee. The specials were so inventive and clever, with gorgeous art to showcase their inspirations - I had the peanut butter cappuccino, but there were SO MANY other ones I cannot wait to try! Make sure to stop in and enjoy this absolute paradise!
