Best espresso martini flight in Ct!!! Staff was warm And welcoming. Definitely be returning.

Came here to try the double duo cup for iced coffee! I got the monster latte and coconut Island latte it was good but $15 for a coffee is a little too much! Prices are high. Decided to try the mini macarrones, and I shouldn't have because they were stale!! They didn't taste good at all. I didn't even finish them. It Wasn't worth it to me. Staff here were friendly and helpful. Probably won't be back.

"When you try your best, but you don't succeed When you get what you want, but not what you need I will try to fix you" (Coldplay) Coffee Fix is a small family-owned coffee shop specializing in coffees with espresso shots, and some very cool flavors like Dubai Chocolate and lattes accented with Tiramisu, Biscoff, coconut etc. Their beans are imported from Brazil, Colombia, and Guatemala. They have plenty of sweet and savory treats to go along with your coffee cup - cannoli's, macarons, baklava, cake pops, savories, tortas, croissants, bombolinis, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, scones, etc. I stopped in to do some prep for a morning Board of Directors meeting and ordered a large drip coffee and a cheese and spinach pastry with a criss-cross latticework top. Breakfast was around $10. The coffee was excellent, and far too much for me to drink at one sitting. It was served in a huge ceramic mug, so I asked them to pour it into a "to go" cup when I left. The pastry was delicious, a great balance of spinach, cheese, flaky pastry, and crunchy top. I loved it. I grabbed a small table in the back and went through my notes while sipping my coffee and people watching. I got a kick out of the young lady to my left who was simultaneously working on her laptop and two phones while having her breakfast. She sure beat me in the multi-tasking department. Service was excellent, the friendly gent and lady who helped me were wonderful and super friendly. I sure enjoyed this private non-chain coffee stop.

I love trying new local coffee shops searching for the best quality drink and Coffee Fix did not disappoint. I ordered the hot mocha, which is my usual at any coffee shop. The drink art was perfect and it tasted delicious. It was very rich with mocha flavoring and the espresso was quality. I would definitely go back

Great cold brew coffee, good menu of other coffee options. Pastries and desserts looked amazing, too! Friendly staff, nice big seating area with comfy chairs.

Biscoff Latte, Red Velvet & Chocolate Peanut Butter cake pops, and a breakfast empanada
    Andrea L.

Coffee Fix just feels fun! The coffee flights are so cool though I wish we could pick and choose the flavors, they have plenty of comfy seating for a group. The breakfast empanada hit the spot, the cake pops were melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and the Biscoff latte was my favorite! The staff are really cool, and you can tell the community loves them. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

From the moment my niece and I stepped in Coffee Fix we felt welcome. We were greeted right when we came in the door. It was our first time at Coffee fix. The nice women at the counter made suggestions for both of us. My niece's drink was sweet and cold. My drink was creamy and good with my first time ever having latte art. Wish I lived closer I would go back for Coffee Fix's other creations!

I'm super excited to finally try out this new coffee shop in Wethersfield! I heard many great things about coffee fix so I just had to try it out myself ! The shop itself was small not a lot of seating located right on the Silas Deane highway ( it was nice to be able to get a seat when I went .. but please note there is limited seating ) the staff was so sweet and nice , very helpful when asking questions ! I ordered the tiramisu iced latte ,which Came in a super cute cup with a little ladyfinger cracker on top ! I love the presentation and the flavours were fabulous! I also ordered the chocolate croissant, the croissant was warm and fluffy , absolutely delicious ! Coffee was perfect for coffee lovers lots of flavours and options which I love . And staff was fabulous , I just wish there was a little more seating !

If you can't make up your mind and you want to try more then one drink? They have a "split" cup! I have never seen anything like this before! Great idea!! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and full of suggestions

Okay, now I am officially in love with this place. Everyone is always lovely, welcoming, super helpful, and it is such a feel good space. I feel good when I stop in, even just for the few minutes before taking my coffee to go. The lattes are consistently delicious, creative, and executed with care attention to detail that is so appreciated. I wasn't totally sure after my first visit, but I also just wasn't in the best mood and thought immediately needed to come back. I've been 4 or 5 times already, it's a go to in my rotation of favs, I can't recommend it enough. The tiramisu latte was a stand out. I loved the flavor of the foam and resemble the true flavor of tiramisu more than any other tiramisu latte I have had. Biscoff is my other favorite here. There's plenty of space to sit and hang with your coffee or a pastry (they have a relatively large selection), and their espresso martinis look heavenly. I'll absolutely have to try one soon. Coffee Fix is a must try, especially if you're looking for something with a bit of wow. Also, while not cheap, very reasonable for the quality, and the specialty lattes are larger than comparably priced ones at many other competitors. Again, I love this place.

It's a perfect start to the day when you get to try a new coffee shop right after the gym, and it turns out to be an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. I had the chance to chat with one of the baristas and one of the owners, both so friendly and sweet! I asked them to surprise me with a coffee, but first, we did a little "mini consultation" so they could learn about my preferences and my gluten allergy. I really appreciated the care they took with that. While I was there, they also had me sample their Crema di Caffè.. ohhh boy!! That was so good! Definitely something I'd love to have again on my next visit. The café offers a small selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and of course, coffee. The space is super cozy and clean, and the decor is really charming. There's a beautiful wall mural that actually makes the place feel bigger--it's such a nice touch and adds to the style and warmth of the space. Can't wait to come back!

    Coffee flight
    Alyssa F.

Came in for the first time today with friends! Tried the coffee flight which featured four of Coffee Fix's best selling coffees. Dubai Chocolate, Biscoff, Tiramisu, and the Strawberry Kiss latte. For food I got a pumpkin muffin which they heated it up for me. Overall all coffees were really good, the cold foam was great, muffin was perfectly done, not dry at all. This place is pretty pricey but you definitely get a good amount of coffee in the flight. Staff was great, the staff even explained that the flight is technically four drinks so that's why it costs more. There's plenty of seating for people to get together and chat however tables could be larger but we also had 4 girls sitting at a table.

Came back to this cafe to catch up with a friend and it was a great experience. Delicious strawberry croissant and tasty pistachio latte. A few tables to sit inside if desired, but it can get loud, especially after 4pm when people get out of work and stop in with kids :) will be returning!!

I popped in because the parking lot was mostly empty. It wasn't particularly busy in the cafe either. There were two small groups ahead of me in line. I order my food and black iced coffee to go. I received my food. It even had to be heated. And I had to wait 10 minutes for them to give me my black iced coffee. Even though there are only two or three people waiting in the drink area. And that was after I said something. So who knows how long it would have taken. This isn't because of lack of effort. The baristas were doing things. They're making lots of drinks. But it's not clear for whom. They finish the drinks and they don't call people's names. Maybe they're for to go orders? I understand that restaurants need to make choices about how they run things. All I can say is, that it's not a good experience to get all of your food and you have to wait for a black iced coffee (a drink that takes very minimal effort) for 10 minutes. Even though you're one of only a few people in the drink area. I'm not going to change my review score. But these experiences definitely affect how often I visit.

I also got the salted malted hazelnut cookie. I will say their pastries and coffee are probably the best thing! As for the food again, it's very salty! We tried the pepperoni pizza this time, and although pepperoni is salty, it was a little bit overboard. We also tried another salad and again it was completely drenched in dressing. Half of our order was completed when we sat down. I was able to finish my pizza before the salad came out. I wish everything was a little bit more organized, and came out together.

Drum Roll is predominantly a coffee roaster, but they sell some merch as well. They may serve beverages on site, but that doesn't seem to be a focus of the website or store and I was in and out when I visited. I did not see any seating. I bought two things at the small, thin store in OW, and I also recently had cold brew made with Drum Roll coffee at Bake Market in Rocky Hill. The following things stood out. First, the person who helped me, who I assume was the owner, was conversant in coffee terms that matter to me. Sometimes I talk to a store employee about single origins or roast levels, and they don't know what to say. The person who helped me knows coffee and they had a good selection. Second, my Ethiopian Single Origin Beans I used for a home pour over, turned iced coffee, were obviously fresh roasted. You could taste the roast. A coffee can actually be too fresh roasted, and based upon experience, I think some of the listed tasting notes will be more prominent in a few more days. I usually wait 7 to 10 days after the roast date before using coffee. For this reason, putting the roast date on the bag might be a good move. Third, the coffee bag is a high end bag. I buy a lot of craft coffee over the internet. Some places try to have useful bags, and some places try to save money on bags. Drum Roll has a ziplock style seal that makes keeping coffee fresh easier. Their bag is on par with other top places. Fourth, Drum Roll serves canned cold coffee. I'm not sure if they rotate their offerings. I bought one snap chilled Papua New Guinea Cold Brew can. It was very smooth and above average for a canned coffee product. Fifth, I don't remember the exact price, but I remember thinking the price was reasonable. I would definitely buy more bags if I happened to be in OW when I needed coffee beans and Drum Roll is open. Sixth, Bake Market's cold brew made with Drum Roll coffee was rich and smooth. It had a darker flavor and roast profile than I normally I drink, but it was well executed for that style. Based upon all of this, I recommend Drum Roll for people who make coffee at home. While I have my own grinder at home and buy whole beans, they even asked if I wanted the beans ground. 4.5 Stars

I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well.
