Froth Cafe serves coffee, tea, sandwiches and baked goods as one of the vendors in New Britain's food hall, The Assembly Room. It's quite relaxing being in the space that I was able to take my time and enjoy my drink in a glass cup! I always get excited when I get to use real wares rather than a paper/plastic cup especially if I'm staying in the establishment. I can't quite place it, all I know is it tastes better! The staff were excellent and friendly and even brought me my drink where I was. I appreciate that! I tried their Strawberry Shortcake Latte and it tasted like a strawberry shortcake! It was delicious! Thank you! They also keep a tub nearby for used wares for easy return as well.

Something fast but good for breakfast in Downtown New Britain? Yes this place has daily breakfast made and kept in a small box for easy grab and go. Service is very good and the ambiance is always great. Clean and decorated for each season !!

Froth is the a cute coffee shop located in downtown NB in the Assembly room. That gives you the accessibility of coffee, the bar area when opened and food . The barista at Froth was helpful and sweet. It's just a relaxing environment to have coffee, breakfast , a snack, catch up with a friend or do some work! Froth has fun flavors throughout the year that are a must try! If you have a sweet tooth like me , there are many goodies to choose from! Just be mindful there are no GF items do I ordered my coffee larger to hold me over! I definitely had a great experience and can't wait to try their next flavor for March!

Froth is the new coffee shop in the Assembly Room in New Britain. Other than branding and choice of roasters, it looks pretty similar to the prior spot. I visited on a Sunday morning and ordered a black iced coffee. The woman who helped me, who may be an owner, told me that they do pour overs for all of their coffee. They do hot coffees when you order and iced coffee in the morning. They're using a Litchfield roaster "Those Guys Coffee Co." I'm fairly knowledgeable about roasters, but they're not on my radar. The iced coffee blend is called "Off the Rails". It's a dark roast made with Mexican beans. I thought it was well executed for what it is, although I prefer lighter roasts and brighter flavor profiles for iced coffee. The person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee and process, which I appreciate. The Assembly Room has plenty of space and I love all of the woods and bricks and the exposed painted ceiling pipes. I didn't order food, but they also had baked goods and wrapped breakfast sandwiches for sale. The baked goods looked pretty good, but they're not going for high end. 4 Stars for the coffee. The service brings the score up a bit, but not enough to round up to 5 Stars.

The cutest coffee bar set up amongst other vendors located in the Assembly Room, the town's first food hall! The cafe offers many seating options in the Assembly room (couches, tables, work stations, high tops, etc). Their barista team is so lovely and will give you some recommendations from their menu. The cafe rotates their specials monthly- June's include the Peanut Butter Cup Frappe and the Fresh Fruit Smoothie. They offer different breakfast sandwiches/wraps, protein balls, and a large variety of baked goods. 10/10 I would recommend their meat lovers breakfast wrap! For coffee you can grab their classic coffee drinks or something off of their house specials. You can also purchase coffee beans, candles and mugs to take home. *In total the Assembly Room houses 5 eateries: cafe, bar and event room which also offers private parties and events.

Loved this coffeeshop! First of all, the vibe of The Ambiance Room is gorgeous. The lights, the couches, the bar, etc are all so elegant and warm. There's also so much space on so no one is on top of one another. I got the gingerbread man latte and while it wasn't the best coffee, it's definitely unique and tasty! I loved the little gingerbread cookie it came with. Also shared the homemade banana bread slice with my son, and we ate it up. If you get lucky enough with parking out front, hit up Froth for a cozy cafe time.

We really like the vibes at The Assembly Room, so we decided to visit again when we heard there was a new coffee shop that opened. We had their Valentine's special lattes (hot and iced) with strawberry cold foam, and it was so good! We also loved the red velvet chocolate chip heart shaped cookie for the season. The hot chocolate, cortado, and double chocolate muffin were all great too. You can't beat cozying up by the fire with these great drinks and treats!

Cozy and spacious area to hang out. With couches near a fire place to keep you warm this winter. Staff is friendly. Drinks and baked goods are a must. The muffins and carrot cake are nice and moist. Loved the mocha latte, can't go wrong with any of the drinks. The refreshers are pretty good as well. Whether you're doing some work from home, studying, or on a coffee date I Definitely recommend coming to check this place out.

The Assembly Room in New Britain is such a beautifuly designed and decorated space, it feels like the lobby of a fancy hotel in a metropolitan city. My friend and I met here last Sunday to have coffee at The Assembly Room's newest coffee offering 'Froth'. Froth is a small coffee stand to the mid left once you enter the Assembly Room. I immediately noticed their eye catching set up. Their carefully crafted fall coffee menu, and tasty treats, made you fully aware of what the current season is. I went with the Candied Apple Latte, because this sounded like something I haven't had before. There were three baristas working. One was taking payment and two were crafting my latte. They have water with lemon available to take. My Candied Apple Latte was ready pretty quickly. It was very tasty, I could taste the the crispness of an apple, with cinnamon, sweet and crisp. I wish there was a bit less ice in my small cup. Speaking of cups, the presentation would be a lot more representative if it came in a proper glass, but that's ok. The coffee was delightful. This is a beautiful and quiet space to enjoy a carefully crafted coffee.

Froth has become my regular breakfast spot. Nestled right in The Assembly Room,New Britain's first food hall, it's easy to access and such a gorgeous space! I regularly get the sausage, egg and pepper jack for breakfast, which is delightful!

Really enjoyed the caramel latte. Breakfast sandwich was alright, a bit bland, but clearly the drinks are the star here! Looking forward to returning- the vibe was great, a great spot to come and read but also love the idea of having a food hall in New Britain!

This is the cute little café stand in a food hall in New Britain Connecticut. I wanted to find a place to have a coffee and chat with some friends, and this place is located inside the assembly room food hall. You will not see the name of this café outside. Parking is street side. I had the chai vanilla drink without the espresso shot and it was still very delicious. If you're looking for a nice lounge place w sofas and numerous tables would come to the assembly room food hall! and get your food and drinks here. The note I want to say to the food hall is they need better signage and advertising. There was no way anyone would know this place existed when driving by.

They have plenty of seating, some upholstered furniture and we saw a few Friday morning telecommuters working on their laptops and sipping their coffees. Our order was a Chai Latte and a Cold Brew - each was $5. The pours were very large, and I swear that my cold brew was the very best I've ever had. I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. The Coffee Guy has it all - specialty coffees, matcha, chai, espresso drinks, and pastries and sweet treats to pair with your coffee cup. We couldn't resist grabbing a few on our way out, and we took home a box with a Spinach croissant, iced blueberry scone, and a cruffin (croissant/muffin hybrid). We loved our visit to the Coffee Guy, and I was so impressed by the total experience, I just subscribed to their newsletter. This time the coffee lounge was open, and no one was on the dance floor. The inside is set to look like you're in somewhere in Madrid amongst the colorful buildings, where the tables are all adorned with red tablecloths. Of course, the barista working was Taki Tanaka. We chatted briefly and he made me the most delightful Honey Fig Latte. It was creamy, foamy, with a beautiful rose art design he hand poured himself.
