What can I say about the location that's given me the worst service since Pike Place? I mobile ordered and when my name was called I asked the barista for a straw. I'm not sure if she just didn't hear me but she ignores me, giving me the gimlet eye as I wipe down my dripping drink with a napkin. The location is so busy I decide to just ask again when I get my food and move back to wait against the wall. My food item is called, but it's handed to someone else. Not being sure if it was actually for me I go up to let her know what I'm waiting for and give my name. I'm rudely told, "Yeah. It's coming." Then the gentleman next to me asks for the same item and she reacts more politely and goes over to make the food items. While she's gone I ask a different barista named Christopher for a straw and he's so nice and upbeat in comparison to the first barista it's palpable. Once she brings the food over it's put on the table (she doesn't hand it to me or interact with me whatsoever) so I grab it and head outside. I take a couple sips of my drink and discover it's been made incorrectly. After my poor experience I waffle on just throwing it out but I go back inside and thankfully Christopher is still at the counter so I ask him if it was made with coconut milk. He asks a third barista who can't remember (there's only milk jugs on the counter) then asks her to remake it for me. It's evident how much she does not want to remake it for me, but she does and hands me a straw when it's done. TLDR: I don't know what's going on at this location, but the people here sans Christopher were miserable. Like crazy unhappy and I've never seen anything like it. read more

Okay QUEENS TALK ABOUT MAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So today after work I decided to treat my wife and I to Starbucks and to be honest I've walked into so many Starbucks but not many with this amazingly great customer service. Today my cashier was Alejandro my barista was June he made my special drinks I ordered a captain crunch and a fresas con crema drink!!! And yes queens these drinks hit different the barista was amazing and made my drinks so yummy!!! I am a VERY loyal starbucks customer. And this was by far one of my worst experiences. I purchased coffee earlier and came back in to use the restroom because i am a doordasher. It wasnt busy at all, they were all standing around. A lady took it upon herself to yell at me telling me I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom unless I purchased something. I reminded her I had already bought coffee and she said no sorry I can't let you. She was a heavier set blonde/ reddish hair i think. She was absolutely unprofessional & rude. And not sure why she felt the need to degrade me. I am on my menstrual cycle and with me working in the restaurant business for 15+ years would never deny the bathroom To a woman. I thought she would understand. On the same day. My husband who is also DoorDasher was in the same area went in about 15 minutes after me and the gentleman with dark hair gave him the code and he was able to use the bathroom. I will NEVER come back to this location and now with everything going on, it has me wondering if its because I'm hispanic. I would really hope not. read more

I come here a little too often for my wallet! They have even memorized my drink! It's always a great start to the morning when I come through these doors. The staff are all very friendly and cheery. Inside has a lot of seating, and everything is always super clean. Have never had any complaints. Even when they mess up on a drink they are quick to replace it, and sometimes let you keep the one they messed up on since they would have to throw it out anyways. Keep on rocking it! read more

Awful service. Christopher is consistently the rudest person & manager. He's snide, aggressively defensive and often blames customers for the stores mistakes. I highly recommend the surrounding stores in the neighborhood. Most get orders correct and baristas are pleasant but that's not the case here unfortunately. read more

We were on our way to my sons baseball game when he had an emergency bathroom need. We came in and saw that it's for those who purchase only which is understandable. There was a line of at least 10 people and my son HAD to go and is 8, not a teenager. I was told nope have to get in line to buy something! To let a child stand there about to lose control of their bladder and be rude and NO wiggle room is such terrible business. The lack of empathy for a child was disgusting! I was told it's the managers strict rule and by the reviews on yelp sounds like this guy should not be a manager! I've never seen a business not help a child nor did he offer to let me buy something in front of others by the time we waited we would've had an accident! I was disgusted and would never visit this location again. Later we went to one in Manteca near his game where they gladly let him use the restroom after, we gladly purchased from there store. This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location. It's always clean, organized, and easy to find my mobile order. Staff are friendly and greet folks when they come in & thank them when they depart. This store has a great manager, Christopher, who leads his team by example. It's inspiring to see how efficient his team works when it gets busy and/or they get slammed. It breaks my heart when I see people come in and be demanding or curt with the staff who are doing a great job. I hope more folks treat the staff with kindness & gratitude. read more

Most times the staff here are so sweet and helpful. Ordered the white keto drink today that I've been ordering for months and the woman at the register put it in wrong so I figured it would be easier to check with the barista. Apparently I was being a complete inconvenience for him since I didn't know the ingredients that are always used and I was confused. I can honestly say I've never had a barista roll their eyes and shake their head at me over a drink! ESP not one that hasn't even been made yet. Luckily, there is another barista there who is always so sweet and helpful. Can't think of his name but he has longer blondish hair. My drink still didn't come out right but I was over it. When doing keto we don't want to mess up and set us back on our health journey so it would be nice if more people were understanding. Love this Starbucks! Super convenient location. I come to this location when i'm not in a rush and don't mind going inside. ( Which is normally after the gym) It takes me like one minute to get here from 24 hour fitness so I never mind stopping in after a work out. The restroom is always clean and customer service has always been great. . Parking is always easy, I've never had an issue as of yet because there are other stores and a gas station in the area. I'm always in and out for the most part , and I do come at different times of the day. Ice been here super early am,(5-7 am) and mid day (2-4pm) and both times I wasn't waiting for very long and was in and out within a decent amount of time. This location always has the pastry glass full which is extremely tempting after a work out, pros and cons of a good Starbucks location lol read more

I came here early Thanksgiving morning with my mom. We stayed nearby so it was a nice little stroll to Starbucks. It's located off the freeway in the same plaza as Bevmo in Walnut Creek. I ordered a hot coffee and a ham & cheese croissant and my mom got a mocha frappuccino and a almond croissant. Everything was made pretty good. The bathroom is so nasty. It's 9:40am and there is poop all over the toilet seat. How can an eating/ drinking establishment have such nasty bathroom. So I didn't buy anything. It's Starbucks, right, so you know generally what to expect. There's ample seating, but people staring at their screens (self included) fill the place on weekday mornings. A car crashed through the facade, so I'm told, so there's a huge plywood panel covering one of the front windows. The outdoor seating area is surprisingly pleasant considering it's alongside a parking lot shared with BevMo, IHOP and Walgreens. There's usually parking, but getting in and out of that lot is a bit dicey during rush hour. The people who work there are nice. read more

I felt like I was being inappropriate by walking up to the counter. Customers shouldn't feel that way. The make up point was the girl making the drinks. NICE OUTDOOR SEATING AREA A few tables out front in the sun, a couple in the shade, and all the seating inside this Starbucks is really a nice perk about this location. I have always found service to be quick here. I lived a few blocks away for many years (at my parents house). The biggest inconvenience here is that you can't drive directly from this parking lot into the one with the BevMo next door. It's hard for me to turn down a cold frappaccino, especially on the hot days. Seriously, I have no self control. Extra whipped cream, please. We had to join a gym recently to counter all the whipped in my life. I had a friend that worked here years ago and I used to come in from time to time just to say hello. I don't know if they had free wifi then but they definitely do now. Just like most Starbucks, you see people sipping their drinks at tables while pecking away at laptop keys. If this location were closer to home we'd be happy to frequent here, but the smaller Starbucks on Treat is nice too! read more

There are plenty of chairs, outlets for about half the seating, and the store receives a lot of sunshine! The service and coffee is about average for a Starbucks (so pretty good), and they are open until 11pm most days! Great news for the night owls! Walgreens next door is 24hrs if you need to grab something on your way out, and there is plenty of free parking. Oh, bring a sweater or jacket if you plan to stay awhile. I am a regular customer of this Starbucks, and I always have a great experience with the other barista until today. I understand they are doing a no straw policy by changing the lid starting last week. But I had to drive every morning with my cup of venti ice coffee, of course, I can't sip and drive and I still haven't get a chance to get the reuseable straw. Therefore, I asked for a straw politely this morning. The one barista who work on 7/23 7am gave me an attitude, avoiding my eye contact while pretending she is working and said " There is a hole on your lid that you can drink out of it, you really don't need a straw" GIRL I FK KNOW, but that attitude is really unnessarily.
