I remember the first time i ever had starbucks as a kid was at this same location too. The moment i walked in i was greeted, staff was very bubbly. Store was tidy, no stains or spills visible, im a very observant individual and i notice things even at the corner of my eye lol. But yup they were spotless. Ambiance was pretty quiet yet busy. While i was visiting, i decided to redeem my free starbucks drink birthday offer. The girls were really good at telling me the new items and what drink combinations went well with one another. I ended up going with the largest size and got their purple dragon drink and got them to add their new topping (popping boba) and man was it ever delicious! I devoured that drink shortly after. This location remains to still have a small study area and a few tables outside where you can sit and enjoy a coffee while getting some fresh air. Parking is still shared with the other business surrounding. You can still find the cute cups/ tumblrs and buy coffee beans / syrups etc. I must also add .. they've generally been pretty good with knowing their own inventory on the top of their head. Parking is available in the strip mall, but every spot was full when I walked in. The inside is rather full of (SFU?) tapping away on their laptops. I decided to sit outside. Although it was raining, it wasn't too bad, mainly because we managed to grab the one table next to the propane heater. This heater isn't one of those portable propane tank models. It appears to get the propane from an underground pipe. So the moral of the story is, if it's cold, grab the middle table! The heater is unfortunately insufficient to warm any of the adjacent tables. You can thank me later. One last note: watch the steps by the patio entrances. We saw a guy take a spill on the way out. Other than that, the coffee is what you'd expect.

But darks okey as second best but when that's not available too the caffeine deprived early morning worker can get cranky when lunch service denies her coffee They never did call out the coffee which I waited 15 mins for but they did the pour over and left it at pick up counter. Aside from that. All is good. Still better than settling for a pike Not enough tables but there is a food court next to it so if you're willing there's those to sit at but finding a seat in Starbucks is hit and miss. They are very accommodating here. Extra hot egg bites and double splashes of cream and they remember. And even brought it to the table once cuz I had sat down to wait.

Drinks come quickly. Customer service is what sets them apart from other locations. I really like the employees here. They're usually pretty friendly, coherent and upbeat. This place fills up pretty quickly because of the nearby offices though. What makes this place really great is the high ceilings, and the large number of covered outside tables. The entire place has a very nice spacious feel. Large windows give a great view of the outside plaza, though there aren't too many people to watch here. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Very cheery, which is nice. I tried both the sweetened chai tea as well as another tea. Both were good, but special mention goes to the Chai.
