This was hands-down the cleanest Starbucks I've ever been to! I'd say typically the Starbucks I've been to are kept up well, but this one was sparkling. There was a real sense of pride taken in keeping this store maintained. After placing my order, I used the restroom and it was quite possibly the cleanest restroom I had ever seen in an establishment. Pretty incredible- especially considering how busy Starbucks tend to be throughout the day. My drink was perfectly made too. I was wowed by my visit here and thank the entire team for caring enough to deliver an all-around great experience. I was only visiting Tucson for a few days, but this Starbucks will standout in my memory as one of the greats. Thank you! read more

Folks in here are very robotic, no interaction, no acknowledgement when you walk in or when they call your name for your items. Once Amanda was available to take my order she was kind. It was relatively quiet, busy store with a lot of pick up or to go orders from the app. The gruyier egg bites weren't what I expected, I think I was looking for crisper bacon. Would be a ZERO if an option. Got a coffee today. Asked for a stopper. The baristas attempted to put a round white stickie on my cup over the mouth opening. The sticker was stuck to her dirty, unprotected finger. I stopped her and asked for the regular green stopper. She said her manager values the environment, turtles specifically over all else. So this was all the offered. Beyond offended. I have protected desert tortoise and many other animals whose lives and well-being matter deeply to me. That said-this behavior in a restaurant needs to be flagged and brought to the attention of the Pima Co Health dept. Our public health is a dire concern as we enter flu season. What on earth is STARBUCKS promoting here??? Will NEVER use this location again. read more

I don't know what is with the employees at this location but they are always mad. Barely acknowledge customers and act mad that you came in and ordered a drink. I now drive farther to go to one with nicer employees that actually smile and don't act like it's a hassle to make you a drink that you paid for. read more

One of the cleanest, organized, friendly and prompt Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. I was nervous to order in store due to time, but they were really fast. The quality of the food was superb. I ordered the egg sous vide and a toasted white chocolate mocha. It was all very delicious. read more

This place is so small, they don't have indoor seating. Staff is very nice and my order was accurate.

I work very close to this Starbucks so it's very convenient for me on an ever day basis. I would say that they are the most friendly Starbucks in this area but it often takes twice as long to get a drink from here because of the small location and it's proximity to other offices, a school, and homes. That said I've never received a drink that was made incorrectly here. In addition, most of the staff make an effort to get to know your name and greet you personably when you enter. You won't find that at the other Starbucks in Tucson. read more

Instead of looking ahead at the next 5-10 orders to make triple, quadruple batches, he's making the orders one at a time. We had five drinks, 3 the same, 2 the same. He made them one painstakingly slow at a time. I used to work at Barnes and No me serving Starbucks and this is just super inefficient. Gave them 3 stars because he was polite. Changed from 3 stars to one. Somehow the dude decided to start making other beverages after making 3 of my five??? So I've now been standing for over 20 min still waiting for two more drinks. read more

At this Starbucks for two hours. This is what I saw. One of their employees just sat at a table with his work headset on, on his personal computer. He was conversing with the other employees but never once did he get up and actually do his job. On of the other co workers got her break and came and sat down with him. While passing a man who was standing at the door who was anxiously awaiting his bus. She says to this guy, "would you mind waiting outside?" Whatever tone it was, was not one that should be used towards a human being trying to stay warm while they waited for their bus. She proceeded to sit down with her "non working" (he was working on homework) co worker for her break. The service wasn't bad and the others were still doing their job. But it was not a very good look for Starbucks. read more

I can see where parking could get a little hairy or be a smidgen of a hike around the corner but this plaza, for a strip mall, is actually pretty elegant and the views of the mountains all around make it one of the more scenic parking lots I've ever been in. The interior of this Starbucks is on the small side but they have multiple umbrella'd tables on the outside that are also in the shade. Service was friendly and even more efficient than your average SBux, imo. read more

You can hate on Starbucks all you want. You can bring up all the other locally owned or franchised coffee shops all over the world about how much better their coffee taste over Starbucks. You can say that there's too many locations but if your gonna make those complaints about Starbucks than you should write one about McDonalds too! I thank the man who decided to put one in every corner so that I can convienently grab one. I would tell him that he should put a few more on the south side of tucson because when I'm around the airport area I cant seem to find one. Starbucks is genius and I am a sucker. I would never refuse a starbucks run. I just love the obnoxiously sweet syrups they pump into your cup before they fill it with espresso and milk. I love how they offer organic soy milk! and I am willing to pay the extra .60 cents (actually I dont because I'm on the rewards program. haha!) I love the overpriced pastries and deli items. I love how the flavor of every item is overpowering, rich and intense. Its my crack and I'm addicted. Sometimes.....ya just need to run into an S-Bucks to calm the caffeine headache. I rarely frequent Starbucks simply because I don't enjoy their product enough to make it my regular spot. But I'll take a meeting here from time to time and enjoy a latte. When I'm in this neck of the woods, this Starbucks seems to be the most convenient and quite pleasant. It's small and cozy, the customer service is excellent and usually, they move pretty quick. Starbucks as a whole, knows how to run a solid operation and I definitely appreciate that about them. Starbucks, A place that is, quite literally on every corner. Now o'days seeing it can be an eyesore, and the coffee quite lackluster. But man there is no way I can give two stars to starbucks, not after all the times it has saved my life from a near coma during work. The staff is alert and friendly, always on the ball, even better they are fast (fast food... coffee style). I can get a regular cup of coffee, exactly how I like it, at a pace that will make your head spin. So what if the coffee comes from some mans diarrhea that gets sprayed out of a machine, it wakes you up... all i can ask for when in a hurry. A few weeks back my car stalled on the hill blocking traffic entering and exiting the parking lot in front of this location. I ran in and asked for assistance. The manager did not hesitate to step outside and direct traffic while I let gravity roll the car into a nearby parking spot. It wasn't a particularly dangerous or daring mission, but it was so much easier with the help of an extra pair of eyes. Then, to top off the good deed, I was given a cup of coffee and told that the "rough day discount" had been applied. I absolutely LOVE this location!! I stop here everyday before work. The morning staff during the week are always upbeat and super friendly. They write little smilies on my cup which makes me smile! They are always so quick, even when there's a mad rush. The weekend crew is a little bit slower and less friendly, but they still get the job done. I switched my Starbucks location to these guys about three months ago and I don't miss my old location one bit! read more

So... I don't really use Yelp anymore, as I find it too accommodating to the chronic complainers out there that want to hear themselves rant about the minuscule details in nearly every review. Today though, I had an experience that I feel needs to be shared in as many avenues as possible, so I am writing. I drove into Tucson today for a quick 2 day business trip, and decided I needed a coffee on a cold day. I popped into the local Starbucks expecting the consistent product I can get from them in any city. And I got it. What I wasn't expecting was the wonderful hospitality and friendly approach of Tom (apparently the manager). I sat for 10 minutes and Tom warmly welcomed every guest that entered his little coffee shop. He knew no less than 50% of the clientele walking in the door by name and held meaningful conversations with them. I know it's not the craziest thing in the world. But, its so nice to see someone actually care about their customers and offer a genuine caring experience to them. Thanks Tom. Keep up the great work! read more

What can you say, the ubiquitous Starbuck's. They cut their own throat by going for quantity (of stores) over quality. Definitely have had better espresso at independents and other Starbuck's, but the view is quite lovely if seated just right on the patio, otherwise it's just another parking lot. Access to go back South on Campbell is kinda tough, but doable. read more
