I went in to grab my grande black coffee and my spinach, feta and egg white wrap and work for 1.5 hours I needed to complete for work. Got there about 8:30 and had perfect two seater table away from crowd and n front of my car. Set up easily on wifi and completed course. The foods coffee ready within5 min of seating myself. The wrap was excellent- hot and cheese melted perfectly. My normal pikes black coffee hot and good as usual. Service quick, professional and with smiles. All good! read more

This coffee shop isn't real big, but they do have some nice outdoor seating when the weather allows for it. The indoor tables were fairly close together, so not a lot of privacy in conversations. They had some holiday music playing in the background. The staff was friendly and we got our beverages quickly. My friend and I both chose coffee beverages. The staff here is so friendly. My dad died, so I was in town for a week cleaning out his house. Coffee has to be the most bitter tasting of all the fast service coffee shops. Hangout for the Gen X and Gen Z's who seem not to mind dropping absurdly large sums of money to make the Seattle crowd richer. Seems too the more they raise the prices ( Venti green tea frappachino is now almost $7,00??) the less seating areas are being provided, armchairs replaced with wooden hard-backed seats and more locations are being closed down. For some real good coffee worth the price try Peets or Savaya. read more

This is a VERY small Starbucks location, but it's just as good - or better - than others! Because of the small size, it feels more "coffeehouse" and quaint, and when it's not too busy, it's a very peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee and read or relax for a bit. The employees are always very nice and really helpful, and willing to make your food exactly how you like it. The condiment bar has always been fully stocked, clean, and large enough for multiple people to use at the same time. The tables are usually clean and tidy. This Starbucks is always busy. Same people out front with their pets ... A lot of people on laptops ... Ultra thin Starbucks very little standing room. Not much of a place to go for the ambiance, the employees and location makes up for the lack of interior flare. I do like when I complained about some food they gave me another sandwich on the house. I worked at Starbucks for close to four years, and that was across 3 stores. This one, without a doubt, takes the pillars and core values that are giving to us at Starbucks into heart. The people work like a team, and solve problems like a team. They always have a welcoming smile and a warm hello waiting for you. Not once has our order been wrong, or our food cold. Even at peak time the service was fantastic, never having waited for more than 5 minutes. I wish my store was half as good as this one. read more

This is a nice Starbucks to hang out at. It is smaller than most, but the view is great and the staff is always nice. There is no drive in, which keeps the noise down. I am an ice coffee and scones kind of person and the quality here is first rate. I would certainly recommend it. I often take my kids here and they are always friendly to them. Worst customer service I have ever received at a Star Bucks. Very simply argot 90% of our order and patiently waited 15 min & realized they must have forgot to make the last drink we ordered. No problem, it happens. But when we brought the issue to the attention of the Barrista she rudely and sarcastically told me I just take them in the order I get them and were busy so you're ill get to your drink in a minute. Took about 20 min to get a drink made. The entire time she was talking to a man (friend, boyfriend or the like) on the other side of the counter not paying any attention to what she was doing. I then asked the girl taking the orders for the managers name and phone number., she then rudely stated I'm taking care of another customer right now, you're going to have to wait. I told her actually we were also customers, who were there first and had not been taken care of appropriately. All I was looking for was a polite "I'm sorry but we'll get right on it). It's not the fact the drinks were made out of order or that I had to wait, but how they handled it when I addressed the issue. With family in town I had just spent about $40 there in the last two days. For the premium you pay at Starbucks over indulgent positive customer service is expected. Won't be visiting this Starbucks at all in the future, nor will my friends and family. read more

This location needs to stay open later. The stores around it are open later and the new theater brings much more traffic to the center. I have seen so many people walk up and pull on the handle, on different nights of the week, and find out it's closed. Take a look around and at least stay open as late as the other businesses. This Starbucks has a fantastic view of the Catalina and run on mountains with outdoor seating. The perfect spot to grab a coffee after a hike or walk in saguaro national park!
