The guy told me to drive around to the other side to wait for my order. After waiting 20 minutes I called the store, only for the lady to put me on hold for 4 minutes, until the employee brings out my order. Which was missing the condiments that I asked for at the window. I said why do you leave me out here waiting for my Oder? "sorry it's busy". Today I entered the drive thru, ordered my food from a very pleasant young lady. As I pulled forward to the food window. I was blocked 1 ft from delivery. A big truck blocked the exit. When I expressed my concerns to the drive thru employee she told me it was easier and didn't affect me. A drive thru is meant to remain open that is why there is a pick up area for waiting. It is not only for moving business along it is also a gravely serious safety issue. When I complained to manager inside she basically told too bad it was easier for them. I don't know why this location has such bad reviews. I don't come here too often but I do bring my daughter to play in the play area and it's always clean and the food has always been fresh, never messed up. Even if going through the drive thru we have never had anything given to us in bad condition. This is my favorite one I stop at if I need to go to McDonalds. read more

So I went in to this location this morning and ordered two double cheeseburgers to go and it took them 20 minutes to make my food when I got home eight minutes later the food was not even hot. I called back to inform them of the situation and the manager did apologized to me by saying "sorry about that" but never offered to replace my order or make it right. I hate to call and complain I work in the industry and as a consumer I'm never going to ask an establishment to replace my food if a mistake was made or if it doesn't taste good I will leave that up to them to make that call to continue to have my business. Will not return to this location On a sidenote I've only gone to this location one other time and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger which I ate there but when I opened it up it had no bacon on it and I informed them of this they just took the burger back and put bacon on it rather than making me a fresh one. It took 5 min on a cash register to place a 3 positions order. The food was terrible and all went to a trash bin. The tray was wet. And they forgot to put the sauce. I didn't ask for a refund because it looks like they hire inclusive people and I highly support it. Take into account their prices just now: - a double cheeseburger (2 extremely thin - near 2 mm - beef patties, just 3 pickles slices, a teaspoon of ketchup, an old tasteless bun); - medium fries (overdried and barely warm); - small coffee. We had a late doctor appointment, so we decided to grab some quick food at McD's for dinner afterwards. And what better time than when the McRib is available?! Personally, I don't like that sandwich, but my husband does, and they offer a second sandwich for just $1.00 when you buy a meal. Good deal, if you want that much food. The fries were good as usual, and they put just a bit of extra sauce on my Big Mac, just like I asked for. Everything was served to us hot. Overall, the food is what you would expect from McD's. Not the best food in the world, but consistent. The service was friendly, chatty, and pleasant. This location has a kids' PlayPlace, and it was very busy when we were there, but the restaurant was still clean and orderly. The also have free Wi-Fi, which is nice. While we don't want to eat here for dinner very often, my husband and I both agree that this turned out to be a quick, cheap, and peaceful dinner. It's not a 4 star restaurant, but compared to other McD's and fast food like it, it was a better experience. read more

So very disappointed in the constant lack of attention the crew takes in making a fish sandwich. It's bad enough that they only serve a HALF SLICE OF CHEESE, but to then not prepare the sandwich in a manner that centers the food on the bun is appalling! Is it McDonald's countrywide, or is it this franchise owner? I don't know. BTW, the cheese, the half slice of cheese was hanging half off the sandwich, so I only got a quarter slice of cheese. This restaurant is clean and conveniently located. However, I was annoyed with the staff. I walk in and there's tons of staff and two people near register. The woman ask me if I have ever used there self service system. I said no and she said if you have any issues let us know. It took forever to use and the entire time they just stood around chatting. They could have easily took my order and they did same thing to the person after me. Then I ordered the $6 meal and it comes with a hot pie. I choose the strawberry and when I picked up my order they ask if I would take a apple instead. I told them I did not care for Apple. They then told me it would be 15 minutes. I said that was fine I ate my entire meal and went back up to get the pie and they forgot to put it in oven. So, they said they would do it then. I told them I was done and ready to go. I ask them to just refund the pie. They "said they could not do that because it was combined and a deal and not sold separately". The manager could tell I was getting annoyed. So, he offered a ice cream instead. I told him I don't eat ice cream. I ask if they could do a frappuccino instead. The manager said if I paid the difference. I basically had to tell them that this was their fault they should not be making me jump through hoops. After, he said it fine. However, she's a giving a small. They need to work on customer service. Also, on a side note the apple pie they gave me intially when I declined it. Instead of offering to the other person in my party or the kids behind us. He just tossed it in the trash. This place is horrible. Nice looking new building - horrible customer service. We walk in and see a manager making his own coffee. I wait to be asked if my order can be taken but nothing. I used the self service. I was having issues and asked an employee as she walked by fir help but she just walking. Turns out, one of the two was broken. We finally get our order. Of course no napkins were brought with our order. Go looking for some but none to be found. Wait another 5 minutes at the counter until someone cone to greet me. This is the Mcdonald's closest to where I live, and although I wouldn't say that I frequent it, I have been here a handful of times and have received nothing but excellent service. Truly above and beyond what I would expect from a fast food establishment, I have always been treated with utmost respect whether going through the drive-thru or dining in. My wife wanted to go thru their drive thru this morning. Since she was driving I didn't have much of a choice. I generally avoid drive thrus since I always get stuck behind some dumbf*ck who doesn't know what a hamburger is or wants to know if the eggs come from free range chickens or crap like that. This morning, 2/21/16, the drive thru wait was very long. I wanted unsweetened iced tea for the drink but the order taker kept reading back "sweet tea", probably because they're on a mission to kill off all the diabetics in the nation so they won't burden the health care system. Once that was straightened out we advanced to pay for the order, after which we were subjected to a fifteen minute wait. Maybe they have some workers who don't know what a hamburger is either but yet all of them think they deserve $15 an hour for not knowing that. We finally got the order, they did apologize for the long wait, but I'm not lovin' it and I will never be going there again. I would say that all supervisory personnel should be made to wear paper bags over their heads when they are not working, which to most of us means when they're at home or elsewhere within public, except that they're not working even when they're there, and wearing paper bags over their heads would likely mean an OSHA violation that they can add to their always overheated coffee. When we got home we discovered that they got the order wrong, which is not really surprising considering how the place is run. Don't hold your breath waiting for some corporate bigwig or district manager responding to this. They might know that they're abject failures and are too embarrassed to respond. Very rude manager tonight. I used the drive thru. I stopped at the first window where you pay. Sitting there I heard someone yelling looked up the manager had his head out the window yelling at me. They should put a sign in n the window or inform you to come to the 2nd window. Then the get to the window no sorry or anything just my total. He shoves the order at me so hard I almost drop it. No change given back( he only owed me $.05 but he shut the window and didn't come back). Then I get home the pies sticker read must use by 6:06pm 9/7/2016. It's past 8 pm 9/7/2016.
