Made a couple mobile orders and usually Starbucks does not disappoint; today was a different story. I placed my mobile order and went into the store as the line for the drive-thru was crazy long. When I got inside the store, it wasn't anything different. There were 6 or more employees scurrying in hyperspeed to the orders completed in a timely fashion. One of my items was the Kale & Portobello Mushroom Sous Vide Egg Bites (highly recommended). I waited for quite a while for the items to be completed and drove home to enjoy my drink and breakfast. I hurriedly opened the bag to devour the Kale & Portobello Mushroom Sous Vide Egg Bites only to find a Chocolate Croissant - noooooooo! Very disappointed to say the least. The Starbucks on central is a good location, just 0.5 miles from 475. But it's physical location sucks in terms of pulling into the parking lot and pulling out - I don't like how they set up the entrance into the parking lot. You can drive behind and go behind other businesses to get out farther down the road, but that's a pain too. That said, it's fine once you're in there. Good staff, and standard Starbucks drinks and food. A variety of seating, including comfy chairs, low tables, and tally ales. read more

This place was absolutely slammed when I came at 10 am on a Saturday. Instead of waiting in the drive thru, I went inside. Much quicker. Ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew -- a personal favorite -- and it was good as usual. Looks like indoor seating is shut down for covid. Starbucks is amazing but this location is very careless. Everytime i walk in there to get something to drink the kids in there are very loud and disgusting. I do not mind kids coming in there and hanging out. Majority of kids are very kind and even say sorry for being to loud when i go there to do my work. I usually don't even review chain restaurants or coffee shops, because you generally know what you're getting into and what to expect. After talking to some baristas here, most of the staff was pulled from other Starbucks in the area, so there's no lack of quality that you would expect with a new place. With this Starbucks being brand new, everything is nice and clean and the layout feels small and private, but this is good for setting up your laptop and getting stuff done. That said, there are also plenty of electrical outlets in the store. No need to bug neighboring patrons to plug in behind their table half way across the store. Seems like this should go without saying, but I consider myself a big coffee guy, and I can't begin to tell you how many coffeehouses I've encountered that seriously lack enough plugs. Extremely disappointed. For the week leading up to Thanksgiving, every time I tried to order, it was closed. The first two attempts were via mobile order between 5pm and 7pm. The app said closed even though the posted hours were until 10pm. I was too busy to follow up on the problem. The 3rd time I pulled in at 130p to find a sign in the drive through saying temp. hours of 5a-12p. I was disappointed but tried to understand Covid potentially impacting hours. The final straw was racing to grab a treat for the family on Thanksgiving day. I pulled in at 1108a to find the closed drive through sign up stating the temp hours of 5a-12p. Tried to go inside and the doors were locked. I will not be visiting this location again. read more

All Starbucks in the Toledo/Sylvania Area suck but this one is out of everything, especially always out of strawberry açaí. They Shouldn't be always running out of ingredients, ruins making someone's perfect drink. read more

It's a Starbucks. Can't really go wrong with it coffee is good. Study space is appropriate for the size as well. Staff seems pretty friendly and it is never really too loud here. Great study spot. Only reason I gave it 4 is because chairs are a little uncomfortable, seems to be an ongoing problem with many coffee shops. read more

Stopped in yesterday and asked if there was a caramel machiatto version of a frappuccino. I was told no but they could make one up by combining a couple other ingredients. I trusted their judgement and reluctantly agreed. The result was unbearable. It tasted like someone took straight coffee beans, and ground them into my tongue. I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. I returned it for something else and the lady who made it, who must be very proud of her work, was mad at me for not choking down the abomination of a concoction! I am a Starbucks junkie, but I've had several experiences at this location that bother me. Typically, the consistency is on par with other Starbucks locations. However, this past trip, I ordered an oatmeal through the drive through and it was not cooked. They served me raw oats. This was so frustrating because by the time I realized it, I was already miles away. Also, the drive through line is painfully slow if you go anytime before 11am. My last complaint is about an individual worker. There is one window server, who calls me "Sweetie." I hate this with a burning passion. I am not his sweetie and every time it makes me extremely uncomfortable. So if you're a manager and reading this, please know that I no longer go to this Starbucks because of this particular male worker. read more

Everyone super friendly, respectful. Place is spotless, drive through goes quickly. My issue? The food....not the quality, but the quantity. Whether I stop at 9am or 11am or noon, they are out of the sandwiches. Six days in a row I go through the drive through for the turkey and stuffing panini. Always out. I get told the choice they "have left" in sandwiches, and is just one or two of most of them. At 11am, you are out of all lunch items? Seriously? I don't have this problem at other sites. The young lady that responded, although sounding so cute, was clearly being rude and degrading. We then pulled up to the window where her extremely bad attitude carried on.
