Super watery drink

Be aware this location consistently will water down all of your drinks , this Strawberry açaí refresher was basically water with a hint of the drink. I legitimately have never had a worse version of this drink; I almost wanted to go and replace it but it wasn't worth the trouble. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've gotten really watered down or gross tasting drinks at this location. Never again

This is supposed to be a venti iced shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam. No foam and not even filled.

Friendly but my drink is crap. Sorry wasn't even busy. And it's a cafe store??? Lmao.

I had a Starbucks gift card that's been in my possession since Christmas and with an hour to kill before my set Saturday morning appointment a block away, in addition to my hunger pangs sorta kickin' in, the timing couldn't be more perfect. Iced matcha green tea latte was a given, but to grub... what to grub... impossible breakfast sandwich it is! The wait was surprisingly short given the semi-crowd waiting for their stuff. I was also surprised they knew my name without me giving it! (That was kinda weird... was it the app? My debit card, maybe?) My drink was refreshing as I expected. My food came out really hot. I've had impossible burgers and meals before and man, they really figured out how to give this patty that meat taste and texture. It gave off that frozen-heated-in-a-microwave/warmer taste, but wasn't too bad. FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 5. Staff was friendly and swift. VALUE: 3. Ten and change for the drink and grub. It's the usual Starbucks pricing. PARKING: Street - I didn't see a lot behind the block. Meter rates at $1/hr, so it's not a big deal at all. OVERALL: 4. I'm not really a Starbucks fiend, but the experience here was above average. One plus for me is that they're dog friendly. Although all the ones I saw were quick ins-and-outs (just enough time for their masters to order and get their drinks) staff and customers alike didn't mind their presence. Good first run. Will most likely come through again given the chance.

smiling drinks

Staff is very sweet, good seating, it's got that "distant echo of a starbucks reserve" kinda energy

A shout out to Neil, Jordan, and Mia - these baristas are all super nice and always smile and say hi. They're also quick, efficient, and make great drinks. When I'm down, this Starbucks cheers me up. Plus, I love Neil's braids!

Great atmosphere, beautifully decorated. People that work here are fast friendly. The only problem is the music is too loud.

They use Onyx (from what i noticed), and the sound of the milk being steamed sounded silky (-: ! I think saw they used a bottomless portafilter ? Might have mis-seen. But for those unfamiliar, bottomless doesn't divide your shots into two physical shots. so it looks like "one" shot. but it would be 2 shots if it had that attachment. Shots are dialed by weight, so your coffee will be consistent! The layout of the cafe is nice: entry/line formation moves in a counter clockwise motion. Allows customers to enter space and wait in line while leaving space for people to exit/ wait to pick up their drink. First come, first serve for pastries - expect this for freshness purposes. Drink and their components are measured for consistency and quality control. Wait is subjective in relation to volume at the time which you go. Came in at about 1:30 PM on a Sunday (today was 8/16). Curated menu for their specialty drinks that aligns with their identity. Standard menu for espresso based beverages. Great selection for their Single Origin menu. Roasters they use align with those they highlight on their shelves for retail as a multi-roaster cafe. Ordered a Columbia from Hydrangea - enjoyed thoroughly! When it was still quite hot you get the heavy aroma and flavor of the pastry notes in the coffee. Then more tea-like once it cools down more. Coldbrew in the Woodman did not feel like your typical bold-in-flavor base. Which I think works for the inclusions in the beverage. Not your typical/second wave coffee shop. It's cool to see shops want to bridge that gap between fun drinks and specialty coffee! Kudos to Lynx!

Most places don't quite hit that invisible bench mark I've set inside my head. Well, the first sip of my dry (extra foamy) cappuccino from Saint Coffee shop stopped me in my tracks and briefly took me back to Florence. The sip was extra foamy and the cappuccino soft in flavor. I had to go back into the shop and discover who made it. Laney was the barista and let me tell you... Laney makes a wonderful cappuccino!

A friend and I came in at lunchtime intending to order lunch and coffee, but we had to leave without ordering because there was nowhere to sit. About ten of the available tables were each occupied by a single person working on a computer. I understand that cafés can be comfortable places to work, but in such a small space, it would be helpful if Saint placed some limits on laptop use during busy meal hours. Customers coming in to enjoy lunch or coffee together should also have a reasonable chance of finding a table. I truly hope they address this, because I would like to keep supporting this lovely neighborhood café.

It was really thick, creamy, and smooth, and I loved the cold foam on top. The foam was rich and had a nice texture that made the drink feel like a dessert. The coffee flavor still came through underneath all the creaminess, but it was a super heavy drink. Definitely a drink I would get again. The vanilla latte was just okay in comparison. It wasn't nearly as thick or creamy, and the vanilla flavor tasted a little artificial to me. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the vanilla flavor tasted a little more natural and the drink had a richer texture. The drink sizes are also pretty small, especially considering the price, so I wish there was a little more in the cup. Both drinks were ready really quickly though, which was nice since we didn't have to wait around. Parking is probably the biggest inconvenience here. There is very limited parking around the shop, so you'll most likely have to find street parking nearby, which can be difficult depending on how busy the area is. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would come back for the cloud cream coffee.

The staff has always been welcoming, the establishment is clean, and I really like the location. During one visit, I was accidentally overcharged for a drink, and it wasn't refunded that day. When I returned, the same server happened to be working and was able to give me a complimentary matcha for the mishap during my previous visit, which I appreciated. I actually really like ALFRED's matcha. Their strawberry matcha is sweet, the matcha flavor actually comes through, and the cream top adds just the right amount of sweetness.

The space itself feels really nice, the kind of spot you could bring a book, host a book club, or just settle in to study for a while. The floral wall and overall aesthetic make it feel like a little oasis. As for the drinks, we got the Superglow Latte and a seasonal pumpkin latte with pumpkin cold foam. Unfortunately the coffee itself just wasn't that good, I'd rate it around a 2/5. Honestly comparable to the Capital One Cafe coffee in terms of quality, and I was hoping for more given how much thought clearly went into the space. That said, the barista was really nice and helpful, and the vibe alone makes it worth a visit. I'm giving this a 3/5 overall, mainly for the atmosphere rather than the coffee itself. They can get really busy and your drinks may take a while if you come during peak hours. Thankfully, they might open up the window so an outdoor breeze comes through. Actually, all of their employees. Place was packed. Wanted to see and know the sizes of the cups for me to decide which one to go with and the price difference. I thought that they would also have some breakfast items like egg, bacon, sausage, cheese etc..they didn't. They only had plain bagel and Cream Cheese. My Latte tasted very good, on the flip side the Croissant wasn't as warm and fresh as I wanted for it to be. I asked the ladies behind the counter to warm it up again. The muffin was very fresh and delicious. Lauren handed me the Latte and my goodies. I don't want to dock a star for the Croissant, but it could have been a lot more fresh.
