I've been going to Starbucks for quite some time but this location that's by my job is my favorite one. They always show great customer service. I am always pleased with my drinks. I have over heard a barista confirm with one of her coworkers my order to make sure it included the sugar free vanilla syrup. This stands out to me and made me want to return since I felt comfortable ordering my drinks, knowing they know the importance of using sugar free syrup. If I was to have normal syrup I would become sick and have to go home from work. I realize this can happen anyways since it is a mistake that is easy to make but I hope that all the baristas take into account the importance of this. Anyways, the warm atmosphere along with the my great past experiences makes this a place I return to time and time again. The Starbucks by Wells Fargo and Wendy's on trinity park way: I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. It tasted amazing, got home and almost finished my drink. Took a sip and a PIECE OF STRING flew out of my straw while being half way in my mouth. I could've easily choked or swallowed it if I didn't feel it come up. Safe to say I didn't finish my drink.. it was good which is why I'm giving 2 stars but I don't know how they accidentally put string in my drink. read more

This location is stellar, in my opinion. The store is clean and sizable. There isn't a large amount of seating inside, but the are tables/chairs outside make up for it. I love that the store does close at 10 PM. It has a drive-thru. Finding a Starbucks that closes at night is not always easy. The staff at this location tend to their job duties with professionalism and skill. One in particular, named Sophie is outstanding. I received exceptional customer service from her. I will recall for a long while how she was remarkably personable and courteous. I sincerely appreciated the warmth and good vibes. read more

Terrible service, they kept repeating the order back incorrectly & were impatient with taking the order. The employee at the window had no name tag on & no apron as well. They also made my drink incorrectly, got mocha instead of white mocha & asked for oat milk & received a dairy milk (i'm lactose intolerant) & didn't notice until I was home. Treat time. Usually when I visit a Starbucks location it's more of a treat to myself or to us later in the car and making the visit. As usual most Starbucks ego to have an extensive weight line in the drive-through. Depending on the situation, I will also utilize the pick up at the counter option. There's no waiting in line if I have the extra time to go inside. and most of the time most of my visits for example, at this location, the experience pleasant or if I don't have an interaction with anybody it's pretty seamless because my orders already ready on the counter. I like to check out locations to see if they have their seasonal cups in different designs, or if I'm out of state, I look for there specialty Starbucks State cups. But this was a nice location to get a nice self treat. read more

[02/21/2024] Funny moment, I drove up to this place with 3 giftcards and ordered a grande frozen strawberry refresher since I had a rough day and as I pulled up to the window I pulled out all 3 and I said "you're gonna hate me" but the guy by the name of Kyle laughed it off and kindly assisted me, luckily 1 of 3 giftcards covered me so I'm definitely coming back lol I visit this place often and I'm always met with the sweetest people at the window and the best drinks ever! read more

This review is long overdue. I cannot imagine why this location has low star ratings? Every time I come to this location everyone is very welcoming, helpful, and always make sure to let you know that if you're not satisfied they will redo your drink no questions asked. I am "always" assisted by everyone and never have I had any problems, ever. I prefer this location over any others, even if I have to drive a longer distance. Today I was assisted by Stephanie, she was super patient and helpful. Natalie, she is always there, always welcoming, helpful, and remembers the customers. She actually knows when you haven't been by in a while, that is super awesome customer service. In conclusion, this location is the perfect example of employees that represent a Company/Corporation, which is super important. When I saw the low star rating, my only thought is that it is a busy location, and the customers are impatient and rude, period. This was the first SBUX as we approached Stockton from I-5 North on our way back to Livermore from Lake Tahoe. We liked that it had a drive-through option, but when we saw that they had a nice outdoor seating area, we decided to stretch our legs and let our wide-awake and fidgety kids run around a bit. Service was friendly but not super-fast (we didn't mind as we were in no hurry) and the coffee was good. The bathrooms were clean but a bit dark. Also, they have special toddler chairs - the one we tried was broken, but that didn't matter because our 1-year old didn't want to sit down after 3 hours in a car seat! If we need a break around Stockton on our next road trip, we will try other SBUX locations nearby just for variety, unless the kids are sleeping, in which case it'll be drive-through this one all the way! read more

They are always pretty fast when they have long lines so I appreciate that. Always pretty nice. They didn't accept my $50 which is fine because I know most places won't I understand I have been a cashier before. Although she did seem a lil hesitant to accept my pocket change. Money is money. If you want the world's nastiest diluted drinks, you've come to the right place! Ordered an Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade and they gave me a "Ice Pineapple Passionfruit Refresher" Staff got irritated because I told them my drink was incorrect. Another drink I ordered was an Iced Caramel Macchiato (they didn't have caramel, so I just got an iced macchiato) Both drinks were diluted, so I tossed them out when I got home. Stayed in the drive thru for 10 minutes to be served nasty drinks. Don't waste your time and money here. This place clearly doesn't deserve them. read more

This was nearly a month ago, as I've been struggling to write this message since, so to ID in case of a manager change: this was in early April, and the manager was a middle aged white woman with a blonde bob and thin build. Corporate has been contacted and notified of the event. There have recently been flyers being put up around town with lesser-known eugenics symbol on them. Spotting one on the inside board while getting coffee, I of course immediately take it down, but given it is a lesser-known symbol, I figured the store was likely unaware of what it meant and waited for the manager to return so I could quietly explain the situation, so they knew not to let any more be posted. The manager spoke to me throughout the interaction as if I, a grown man, were a young child, was immediately dismissive, and tried to tell me that taking it down was wrong, because it could be seen as a hate act... against the people being targeted. I informed her that I, and the entire group I had just come in with, were all members of this group, and having that symbol up made us immediately uncomfortable and threatened. No one who knew what that symbol was would be offended I took it down. She insisted regardless, despite having zero connections to the minority in question. She also informed me that if I had a problem with the symbol, I could call the number on the flyer and tell THEM about it... yea, I'm sure the hate group would be real receptive to that. /sarcasm. It was becoming clear this was going nowhere, and she began snappily holding out a hand expectantly, doing the finger-flick, hand on hip, scowling- again as if I were a child who was holding something I wasn't supposed to. Her behavior was so strange I wonder if she somehow legitimately thought I was a child?? When I didn't respond to her odd behavior with more than an eyebrow, she insisted I give her the flyer "so I can throw it away" I informed her I was perfectly capable of throwing it away myself, and as she angrily tried to come up with a reason SHE needed to throw it out, I proceeded to rip it into small pieces, and tuck it in my pocket. I was NOT about to let THAT get put back up. She turned visibly red at this point. She rather snappily told me that if I didn't have anything else to talk to her about I could leave, and stormed off. I smiled and waved and told her to have a nice day, as I've found little is as infuriating as kindness to a bigot. The entire interaction was unprofessional and demeaning, even without getting into her extreme reaction towards taking down a eugenics symbol. I was ready with education sites pulled up and everything if she needed another source than just a stranger walking up and saying so, but she would have none of it. But she was immediately hostile to me taking my own time to wait for her to get back from lunch and gently explain, to save the store the embarrassment of a scandal. I like Starbucks, but I think this specific location is forever ruined for me. Going back is just going to stir up these memories again, and idk what to do if I find that symbol up on the flyer board again. It's far too stressful for a simple coffee run, and Dutch Bros is closer to us anyways. read more

I have been coming to this sbux for years, and over time it has become very unkempt. The inside is always very dirty. If you're looking to sit for a while and study or relax, this isn't the place. Likewise, the staff is always friendly. The drive through is a quick experience and I have no critique in that area. Hate this location. I waited in line for over 10 min and there was a line behind me and in front as well and they had us waiting without telling us they were closed. Plenty of times I've had my drink watered down and when I paid for a trenta drink before one of the managers working there said I did not pay for that size and tried to give me one smaller when it was clearly on my receipt. The Starbucks in target is 100% better than this location. Seriously need to do some training and let customers know you are closing the drive through window instead of just counting cash at the window. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks. The bathroom was extremely dirty and the service was poor. While I was ordering the barista was on there phone. On top of that the 6 dollar drink I was ordered was made incorrectly and tasted terrible. The other drink I ordered was filled to the brim with ice. The people working were having a social hour and I found that very unacceptable. All these employees need to be replaced immediately. read more
