The men's room was closed and they wouldn't give me the code to the women's restroom. They said they have stalls in there. I visited the drive through this time. I was greeted warmly as I got to the speaker. If I hadn't known what I wanted, I could easily get overwhelmed by all the choices! Manager I am assuming...constantly makes weird comments to customers and the staff in a loud voice . It's really odd as a customer and uncomfortable. As a business owner myself it's even more perplexing to witness. Trash and empty boxes everywhere in the store. Also the parking lot is covered in trash. Consistent... Grab a broom, grab a trash bag and show some pride in your work. It's really sad to see young people, with no leadership. I had been shopping at the nearby Costco on a Sunday and it was crowded and their water machine ate my 25₵ on the way out and I didn't get my bottle of water. I was parched. I went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks and ordered the venti 1/2 iced green tea and 1/2 lemonade (no cane sugar). It was refreshing and delicious. The dirtiest, most cluttered Starbucks I've ever visited. There are at least 6 ladies working here, yet the floors are filthy, boxes of product are stacked on the floor and I needed to tell someone that they had a garbage bag on the floor next to the receptacle that was leaking something purple all over the floor. A definite slip risk. And someone was using the top of the food display as a place for their jacket. If I lived in the area, I would never come back to this location. read more

We consistently ask for NO FOAM on lattes and consistently get screwed with only 3/4 of a cup and the rest foam. I'm not sure if people misjudge when slinging milk in cups but don't be lazy and make more rather than just lazily topping it off with foam. I mean I'm paying $5 or more for my order. If you can't give me what I ask and am paying for, then tell me and I'll make an informed decision to go somewhere else. There are plenty of other options. I'm really over this SB. I go to this one out of convenience, but for some reason the concept of "no foam" eludes them. Today I ordered online, "Grande, Non Fat, No Foam Latte". When I walked in, I received my drink with an inch of foam. When I asked them to fix it, he took the foam off the top and handed my drink back to me. I have been going to this Starbucks for years, it has always been on and off with their service, but it was tolerable. However, this morning was another story. I ordered my drink earlier like always and went into the store. After waiting ten extra minutes than I was supposed to, I was greeted with rude workers who "helped". The first worker rudely answered and walked away. Then, I felt confident I would get my drink after another worker took my drink order personally, but then she didn't start on it and kept doing what she was doing before. After another 15 minutes of her not starting on my order, I was late and had to leave. I asked for some kind of refund or coupon and I was given a refund that didn't even match the same price as my drink. This did not just happen to me. Many were waiting for 30 minutes longer than what they were supposed and too were late to where they were supposed to go. Do better Starbucks. read more

I kind of hate to give up this location only three stars, but there is one worker who is always very unpleasant, and always ask us though mobile orders or an inconvenience. Everyone else is always so pleasant, but the employee with the ginger hair tends to cause negative experiences with a bad attitude. For some reason this Starbucks hardly ever gets the order right. Always asking to repeat and when they read it back, it's always wrong. This starbucks sets the bar for teamwork, customer service and quality of product. Even when they are backed up they are still faster than most. They talk to each other, they finish each other's drinks. Jen is an amazing store ambassador, she is happy to see people and they are happy to see her. Fiona knows when you change your drink and checks to make sure that it wasn't an error. There's a woman with shorter and ofter colored hair that also seems to be an anchor on the team. Im forgetting some and there are so many on that team. I wish I knew her name because it's definitely worth mentioning. I don't know the store manager's name but to her credit she has an amazing staff. You should check this store out..... no wait....don't...I don't want the lines too long. :) read more

First time I've ever been in a Starbucks where I asked the "barista" if a particular coffee would be good over ice and she replied with a shrug, "I don't know, I've never tried it." I get that not every Starbucks employee has tried every coffee they sell, but I can't believe she didn't ask someone else or at least feign interest. This Starbucks is nice. It can take time to get into the parking lot; there's a median, so you can only turn right into the parking lot, you cannot turn left. My suggestion is, if the Starbucks is on your left, make a left at the stoplight and turn around in the Kmart parking lot. This location has a drive thru. The music is not too loud, but the place is a little chilly during the summer, so I recommend wearing a jacket or cardigan if you stay a while. It's a smaller location but they have a lot of tables and chairs. They also have a seating area outside with umbrellas. read more
