I went through the drive through. Service was quick and pleasant. My order was correct. I had a positive experience.

With a queue at the drive through, it was quicker to go inside this morning for breakfast. I ordered at the kiosk and paid there, getting a number. Service was quick with my order handed over within a few minutes by a friendly woman who called me "Honey." All of it correct - Egg McMuffin, hash brown and coffee. As requested, the coffee had two creamers and light ice which meant that I could drive it while driving and get my caffeine injection sooner. The muffin was assembled properly and hot. The hash browns were not quite hot and still a little chill in the center. They did put two napkins in the bag and I forgot to ask for ketchup. (i'm so sorry if i butchered your name) was super friendly over the phone and apologized while letting me know to come back later and he would make sure I could get a different meal outside of breakfast. I don't like to give bad reviews if I don't have to. 30 years in the restaurant industry, this spot is slow, lazy and Fu dumb. When you tell someone you're open 24/7 be open. Batching transaction takes 5 to 14 minutes. This is peak laziness. One person works while 95% of the staff mails it in. You can't even employ people that can say hello. read more

The service was horrible! I waited 40 minutes to get my food and it was only a large fri! There was only 2 workers working there that night which I get can be hard but the food was cold! We tried a drive through one and we just had enough of the wait so we went in and it took another 20 minutes. Workers are lazy, they bring the food to curbside when they feel like it, had to walk inside TWICE to see if the food was even ready. They saw us at the counter waiting and did not say a word, one was on their phone and nobody even spoke to us. The food is ok and decent priced, the problem is, is the service and their lack of keeping their dining room open til 11:00pm as listed on their entrance, they lock up their doors at all different times between 5:00pm to 10:00pm. And when they are open inside and you order for dine in and have the number on your table, the manager puts your shakes etc. on the counter and just calls the order number instead of bringing it to your table. Yesterday we tried to go through the drive through and the line didn't move for 10 minutes. So we left. People waiting for their food in every spot possible. Gave up and went to Culver's. Delicious. And most of the order seemed to be what was originally in the bag but didn't fall out the first time. So it was cold and gross. I don't expect much from McDonalds. But this is ridiculous. Ordered a couple of value meals. Asked for extra cup of mayo, got to the window and was told it was in the bag. Looked in the bag since this has been done to us before and it wasnt in there. They told me they were getting it and to pull ahead to the waiting window. 10 mins later I yelled out the window asking where it was since no one decided to check on why I was there and they had no clue I was waiting. Finally got the mayo but my food was extremely cold. Least they couldve done was replace our food so it was hot. We work nearby and are there all the time. Unfortunately, it is the closest one to my house and when the kids want some chicken nuggets I always make the mistake of pulling into the drive thru. FYI, the restaurant doesn't close at midnight, it closes when the employees decide they don't want to take any more orders. That might be at 11:45pm or 11:55pm. I recommend calling first just to make sure they haven't decided to close early. read more

This is My Favorite McDonald's The service I receive is never less than decent and the food is almost always as delicious as McDon's gets. In comparison to other locations this is by far one of the best. The kiosk seemed like trouble but it is actually very user friendly and they have always has staff present up front to help out or take orders in case you do not prefer the kiosk. read more
