This has to be the worst DD I have ever experienced. I placed a mobile order for a drive thru pick up. When I arrived and got into the drive thru line, I say 5 cars in front of me and decided to try to back up to just go inside, but that's when another car pulled in right behind me so I was stuck (thanks to the cars and the curb). After 5 minutes of not moving at all, I was really starting to get annoyed and lose patience. What is the point of a drive thru if it's going to take so long? I got in the line around 10:13 a.m. and by the time I pulled around to speaker box, it had already been over 15 minutes in line!!!! Then, it took another 8 minutes from the speaker box to the window. Even watching people go inside to order, I noticed that it was taking them 10-15 minutes before they were coming back out. No idea why it was taking so long to pour coffee and grab donuts. There are other drive thru's at much busier places that do not take that long. I will never come back to this location again. read more

The reviews were already trending bad for this location, I should have listened! It was raining when I pulled up to the drive-through, there were 6 cars ahead of me. I already knew what I wanted, so I figured my time at the window would be short. It seemed to take a really long time to get to the ordering window, let alone the pickup window. When I ordered the $6 special that is being advertised, I was told that they were out of bacon as well as the bagel the sandwich normally comes on. Really? Once I ordered, the drive to the pick up line moved quickly. The cashier verified again that I would accept the sourdough bread, and sausage instead of bacon. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered the caramel syrup for my coffee, and I was happy to accept it. I've never been inside this location , but what I could see from my car looked nice. The main source of my disappointment was the substitutes. It seems every time I come, there is at least one necessary substitution. Maybe if I had come earlier in the morning... This is my go to for coffee on the run. The convenience to use the mobile ap is very nice! The iced original blend with the liquid sugar and French vanilla is my go to for the iced coffees. It's really hit and miss on days as far as how busy they can be inside and out. They have new staff and seem to be hustling. They usually still confirm at the window the name for the order. They may have almost forgot my donut once or twice. They have products inside if you want to buy tumblers or the at home brew. They have limited seating inside as well. So I tried this location again, Xmas Eve 12noon...... Got the same crappy attitude from the woman at the window.. They were out of most of the donuts.... It's Christmas Eve afternoon don't you think people would want to have donuts later in the evening and in the morning??? Very poor planning on Dunkin's part. Let's talk about this woman's attitude. On Tuesday 5/20 I ordered a large hot latte, 2 chocolate long John's and 2 sugar donuts. When I got to the window I was asked to repeat my order. Weirdest Dunkin I've ever been to in the area. Or maybe anywhere. Parking lot is usually a mess. Trash often overflows from their trash bin in the drive thru - which feels a bit gross as you leave with your food. And, for years, you cannot order more than about 5 bagels at a time. Often, I've tried to order a dozen for meetings and I've been told EVERY time they cannot serve that many at a time. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I had ordered coffee and breakfast from here about a year ago and they messed up just about every single thing you could mess up. My iced coffee was just frozen milk. Completely white. And my breakfast sandwich was an unsliced bagel. It was so long ago and I needed breakfast quick and I falsely assumed that they would have improved their service. I was wrong. My wife and I both ordered breakfast items that were both cold. Always disappointed in Dunkin'. I decided to try this location this morning as I had a small gift card and my daughter wanted a doughnut with sprinkles. I pulled into the drive through and was asked to wait to place my order, even though there were no other cars in sight. I then place an order for doughnut (two strawberry frosted with sprinkles and two vanilla frosted with sprinkles). I was told my total and then was given a bag that did not have any of the doughnuts I ordered. I noticed that they did not have sprinkles and asked, but the worker just said they didn't have sprinkles - why didn't they tell me that when I ordered, and why was I charged for them?? Not only were the doughnuts incorrect, but the prices of the doughnuts in the bag were cheaper so I was overcharged. Shameful! I guess they got new management or something and ever since, they constantly get my coffee wrong. I hate having to drive halfway across town to get a proper coffee but I'm sick of spending $5 on coffee that isn't made right. I didn't want to give this location any stars.. my mom mom and I walked in, it was about noon on a Sunday. Two employees seemed to be arguing in the drive thru, we didn't get any service for the five minutes we stood in front of the counter. I leaned over and asked them of they could take our order. All the signs on the donut display were off so we didn't know what was what. While she was filling our order, I noticed that the cleaners and sanitizers were sitting literally roght on top of were biscuits and such are made. That is a MASSIVE health hazard. She gave us our food and turned away. We stood there, confused and she told us that there was no register open, so we got our food for free. This free food was much appreciated, but the lack of professionalism was incredible. There was no greeting upon entrance, there was no communication for the first 5 minutes, there was the health hazard, the register was not open. Definitly notifying corporate about this.
