Starbucks - (Vision Park), The Woodlands, TX Houstonians are like Thai people - Friendly and easily approachable. Located right off I-45 on Service Road. I've been here few times and every time baristas make you feel welcome and right at home. First time I came here with one of my customers and we were in a hurry. We placed our Mobile Order and arrived to pick it up. Once we got in the car, I turned the corner little too fast, to line up speed with incoming traffic and ended up spilling our drink in the car. We drove back around to this Starbucks and asked to remake our specialty drink. We pulled our payment method to pay again, but friendly barista said, "Don't worry, I'll remake your drink complimentary." We were blown away by this type of customer service. I returned here few months later and yet again, service was wonderful. They were busy early in the morning, since they're near large business districts. While I received my hot beverage fresh and quickly, I spent few hours here meeting new people and having great genuine conversations. This is one reason I love Houstonians. Most are easily approachable. One person I met here, was from Bangkok, Thailand. His daughter and him were sitting by a beautiful large wall art, "Coffee Anatomy Cherry" that caught my eyes. I didn't want to disturb his bonding time with his little girl. He saw me taking the picture and politely stood up and said, "It's ok, you can take a better picture." Most Thai people I meet are very polite and kind. Later before he was leaving, he noticed I was sitting down, drinking out of my favorite Starbucks purple tumbler with "Phuket" logo. He asked if I've been to Thailand and I said, "Yes, twice now and I love the country and people there." Second person I met, an Houstonian and we hit it off was a lady who's in medical field, selling medical equipment. We spent ten minutes connecting and exchanging business cards. This is another reason to come to Starbucks, for new connections. This location was all about connections today in a beautiful inviting environment. The only thing that isn't the best about this location is that it's right off busy service road, so be careful when entering and exiting their parking lot. Love this location because it's always fast and right off the 45 fwy. I always order ahead and they always have my drink at the drive thru when I pull up no matter how busy they are. The drinks are consistent to their recipes or what you want. I'll always be a Starbies girlie! read more

This location is usually pretty reliable. However today was just off. Ordered $40 worth of items, two coffees, some breakfast items and 2 cake pops. The cold foam wasn't correct on the coffee (I asked for the seasonal pumpkin cold foam and when I asked about it being plane I got met with "you said regular" with a weird attitude when I in fact didn't...just felt odd to be argued with about it. And then when we got home our cake pops were totally mushed and melted due to bad packaging. My kids get excited about these so it's disappointing they were not handled with care. This location is usually fine but i placed a mobile order for a drink and a cup as i was doing homework inside and didn't wanna get up to go order. My name was called for my drink and i waited for the cup but it didn't come so i assumed i was just supposed to go grab it off the shelf or something. as we went to leave the barista very loudly said across the building "did you want to pay for that" and we told her it was a mobile order. the girl next to her that gave me my drink was holding the same cup that i presume was supposed to be for me and didn't say anything. in response we got a lousy "oh sorry". will not be coming back to this location read more

I usually don't go to this Starbucks because one a little farther away actually knows how to make coffee so i usually go there. I ordered a Cold brew with Almond milk and 3 packets of honey iced. I got a non iced cold brew with no almond milk, foam (which I did not want), and no ice with my 3 packets sitting at the bottom. My second ever Yelp review, so you know I felt the need to do this. Going to this Starbucks was one of the my biggest regrets of 2023. The barista, tall girl with beige polo cap, simply doesn't know how to make drinks. I've been to Starbucks locations all throughout the country. This is the first time I've ordered an Iced Cinnamon Dolce latte that was all white. There was no taste of coffee anywhere in that drink. There was no taste of cinnamon anywhere in that drink. It tasted like pure milk. Google the drink and you should see it should be brown. No, this was pure white. As a matter of fact, every drink she put out was nearly white. Sometimes I suck it up if I didn't get something good, but I couldn't leave with that drink. I talked to her nicely about what I found wrong about it, and she was nice and offered to remake it. This time there was cinnamon, but again it tasted like all milk. I just said thanks and left. My wife's coffee, which was a caramel iced macchiato was also all white. No hint of coffee. Just milk and caramel. Something was going on in that store but I won't be going back. I usually go to the Starbucks between the Walmart and Lone Star College and that location is way better. They make some good drinks there. read more

Came in today (Tuesday around 3pm) and the WiFi is TERRIBLE. Which is strange since it's a new Starbucks and the place was pretty much empty. We left pretty disappointed, because we had a hard time finding an outlet to plug in our laptops AND then the WiFi was almost unusable. I will say the lady at the counter was polite. Every single time I have the worst experience with the baristas they seem to all hate their jobs and have huge attitudes. Today in particular I went through the drive thru on my way to work and right as they "greet me" the attitude that was given made me feel like they did not want people in their drive thru and they completely botched my drink. So I went inside and asked for a remake and the barista argued with me about how I was wrong and he was right vs just giving me what I wanted to order... Starbucks has ALWAYS been known to correct their mistakes with no problems at all, but I was an inconvenience to this barista this time.... He then had to remake my drink an additional time because instead of listening to what I had wanted he wanted to argue and be right... After he made my drink he slammed it down and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. read more

I never emotionally committed myself to this Starbucks, but go to it because of the convenience. I personally like the one on 242 in this area. This morning was the most undesirable way to start my morning. I ordered my food and as I pulled up, I asked if the stopper could be removed so I can put my straw in it. Before I finished my sentence, this erratic person rudely popped out the stopper and flicked coffee everywhere. Her lack of manners concerned me as she did not apologize. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong sandwich!! Although this is not the norm, and all other people have been fine, I can't bear the start of my mornings with rude / passive aggressive individuals who don't demonstrate decency or self control. After being asked to put on a mask we decided to just go in the drive thru. 25min later we received the one drink we wanted to order. If your going to ask people to put on a mask at least make the drive thru quicker. read more

Two big things to say and hopefully it will help save you the head/heart/stomachache. Firstly I got handed a trenta cold brew with a hole in it and it spilled all over my car. I was upset yes but ya know whatever, not today Satan ya know so I go inside and ask for a rag or something and the fellow responded with, "what do you want me to do about it?". Ok. Second is I've been to this particular Starbucks 15 or so times and without exaggerating I can count 6 times they have messed my drink up. My wife is adamant that it is more but I can only recall five and today's. I know they have a customer guarantee but it's abit hard to go through the drive through or get out to wait ten minutes for them to remake my drink. I stop at Starbucks for the convenience. My suggestion would be to avoid it or try another I go to Starbucks 7 plus times a week by far though the worst experiences have been here. read more
