This was extremely disappointing and unfair. If there were only 10 cups available, a fair approach would have been to limit purchases to one cup per customer so that more people would have had an opportunity to buy one. The customer service at this location and leadership at Starbucks were very poor. The decision felt selfish and showed little consideration for other customers. Because of this experience, I will no longer be a customer at Starbucks.
