11/7/25 We stopped by the Starbucks at The Forum on holiday launch day, and even with how busy it was, we were warmly greeted by the baristas and Adrian, the store manager. The team had great energy and handled the rush like pros. We ordered the spicy falafel pockets and two grande Americanos, while our daughter had a ham and Swiss sandwich with a Pink Drink. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered -- the perfect breakfast to start the morning. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and we had a great conversation while enjoying our drinks. Always a great experience here! read more

I frequent Target. And my kids love stopping by for Starbucks when we can. We LOVE the fresh water. We LOVE the pink drink. My 3yr old ALWAYS wants a cake pop. My teens love trying new fruity drinks. Today we tried a new one...Passionfruit Guava. It's us very crisp and yummy. Great drink to hit the spot in the 90+ degrees of Tx. Service was wonderful. Super sweet ladies working the bar today. This Starbucks location never lets me down...and they have a drive thru! My favorite drink in the summer is a cafe mocha frappuccino, and I have been to a few locations, one that is even closer to my house, that can't make this drink well and make it the color of a chocolate bar - which loses all coffee flavor. This location in the The Forum makes it PERFECT - nice chocolate to coffee ratio, so I don't mind driving a little farther for a place that gets it right! My husband gives two thumbs up for their chi crème frap. In this trip we didn't get food, but normally I get their banana bread and my husband gets pumpkin bread - both heated. So yummy. read more

The cashier and the girl that was making the drinks were very, blunt, came across as rude, the cashier yelled at the barista. The cashier's name is Haley and the barista name is Diamond. My drink was prepared quickly and taste ok, it was super strong with peppermint, it had LOTS of peppermint. read more

Zero stars for this ridiculous excuse for a Starbucks! The guy making the drinks gave our drink away to someone else or didn't even make it which is probably the case and then didn't even care. Waited for 30 plus minutes. Then he couldn't even just stop what he was doing and make it real quick, had to be rude about it and say he'd get to it in a minute. WTF!!! Then the process for a refund is even more convoluted. Security had to come print the receipt, then we had to stand in line again to process the refund. Do better Starbucks and target read more

This Starbucks is a little farther from home but today they really restored my soul! I called corporate and told them this story as well!!! I mobile ordered my regular drinks and went in to pick up without any issue. As I drove off a white car was texting and would have hit me if I didn't swerve to miss them... at this point it was save my truck or save my drinks. I ended up wearing all 3 drinks 2. Cold 1 hot all in my lap and drivers seat. I walked inside and told them what happened and asked if they could make my order again while I got cleaned up. EVERYONE behind the counter stopped to help and make sure I was ok and even volunteered to help me clean the mess. I told them thank you as I begin to cry from the overwhelming kindness and just said a coffee would be good thank you l. When I returned to pick up the coffee they had notes of inspiration on the cups and a bag of sweet treats even for my children who I had ordered for in the past and were on file. I just went there and asked for a dragonfruit mango refresher and he asked me if I wanted lemonade in it. I said "I had never been asked that before and just wanted it the normal way" . Grab it come home and there is freakin lemonade mixed in instead of coconut milk!!! I mean we JUST discussed this. I dont understand why they always want to change a good drink and if someone wants original they mess it up! This always happens here. And you cant call anyone because NO ONE CARES! The "manager" is always just gossiping away with everyone. Starbucks used to be THE PLACE but at least THE GRIND cares right now since they are still pretty new here. read more

Every time I go to this Starbucks now it's always the worst experience they got all new people and one of them is so rude when I go and she is there I have to wait 30 mins Or more not bc they are busy But Bc she doesn't give me drink whenever it's done the people making it will set it off on a counter and she will just walk away and not come back for 10 mins so I'm just waiting there awkwardly while no one hands me my drink she also has given me attitude on drink orders and has tried to correct me while ordering read more

They are a little over priced but their drinks are amazing. They have good WiFi and it's also really quite. If u are a collage student that has homework or something then you can take your computer and work. They have wonderful customer service read more

Don't mobile order, I ordered 22 minutes ago and every customer that was standing in line has gotten their orders and the ones that walk in as I've been sitting here do to. I just asked for the status of my order and the "barrista", when I got my venti cappuccino, its wasnt even 1/4 of the way full amd the spinach feta wrap that was here waiting when I walked in is cold. read more
