we ordered 4 sundaes from this location. our cups contained ice cream with no toppings. I called the store and spoke to a young woman who told me the manager was on vacation but she would "fast forward" my number to him and he would can back tonight. she said she'd helped construct the order but did not realize they were sundaes. Later, the other employee on duty called to say the store wasn't responsible; Uber was. This would shock Uber given the didn't pick up our order. thi This employee refused to give me her name, told me she had no idea when her manager would be back, and she wasn't comfortable giving her managers name. She insisted that she and the other genius were left to run the store with no supervision for the extent of the manager's vacation which she has no idea the length of. read more

Location does not have the bathrooms open and refused to clean them for paying customers. They try to send customers to other stores near by to use the restroom, the only store available is H-E-B. As a paying customer I would expect a small location like this to have at least one functioning bathroom. Where do the employees go? read more

They don't let you use the restroom and no one is friendly. Place is not clean at all and very overpriced. Go to Lulus across 35. Always greeted with smiles, family owned and you can use the restroom as a paying customer. read more

I occasionally stop by this Baskin-Robbins when my children and I are craving ice cream. Although I've never had a bad experience at this location, this review is based on a cake order I placed in July for my daughter's first birthday. I went in the day before the party to pick a cake. I was told I'd get a call later that day to verify if they had the items to make the cake I chose (cake designer, Christine, wasn't in yet when I went.) Well they did end up having the items and because Christine was informed I really needed the cake, she had it done within a few hours! I was soo grateful! The Ariel cake looked beautiful and tasted great. Perfect cake for my baby girl's first birthday. read more

3 young employees that didn't seem to care that an item on the menu was made with certain ingredients as listed. THAT wasn't the whole problem; they proceeded to give the item to our son incomplete with no hot fudge or chocolate sauce and when questioned we were told 'that's not how we normally make that item' (Reece's Layered Sundae) when we then brought to their attention the menu item shown on BR website, Cale had the audacity to tell my husband that it was 'just the graphic'. My husband then pointed out the ingredient list showing EXACTLY the items he claimed they did not usually make that sundae with. At that point it was made known they didn't have the ingredients for that item. We understand places run out of certain food items BUT could they allow the customer to make an informed choice to select ANOTHER menu item or to take the item ordered as altered without certain things in stock. HORRIBLE customer service to try to make our son feel ignorant that he was incorrect for asking for a complete item and then instead of an apology Cale tried to play it off like my husband and I didn't know he was wrong. We were told no manager information could be given out and that WE needed to give our name & number to be contacted by the owner, Nik. We shall see what comes of that. I will NOT frequent this particular store again and won't be recommending it... There is a pleasant BR just another 10 min down the road at the Forum that will be getting our business from now on and would get your business too if you are even remotely looking for good and friendly customer service. Employees are hard to come by right now and we understand stress can happen but these young kids didn't give a rat's a$$ if they served us with the correct item nor did they become apologetic for lacking any type of satisfactory customer service. Just had a fabulous experience here. I had a banana royale while family enjoyed their shakes. We saw the worker working hard decorating an ice cream cake. My daughter in law asked what flavor is the cake. She said mint with chocolate cake. It was perfect as the flavor is family favorite. Her name is Jordan. Did an amazing job decorating cake and was soooo nice. My granddaughter wanted to say how good and delicious she made the banana strawberry smoothie. Can't wait to go back. read more

Me and my girlfriend went there tonight about 5 minutes ago and got 2 cups and a cone, and when we arrived they didn't even greet us they just asked what we wanted and we told them what we wanted, they just went and grabbed what we wanted and overloaded the cups with ice cream to the point where it spilled on our polyester seats and got them messy, we had to cover it with multiple napkins and even then it seeped through the napkins and still made a mess, they seemed very rude and they didn't wanna be there, they didn't seem very kind and it seemed like they wanted us out of the store. Wow! Very responsible counter girls! I quietly mentioned my son had a peanut allergy and man they were on it! They washed the scraper and the scooper and then scraped the first layer of ice cream off so they didn't cross contaminate my son's food! They were very friendly and wiling to go the extra mile!!! I ordered a cake online and this process was simple, however I was not able to get a military discount online. When I picked up cake next day I inquired with cashier in hopes that they would refund the small discount to my method of payment. NOT SO MUCH, I was told it was a done transaction. This place was awesome-ly clean! Ice cream is always "clean" looking. I have been to other Baskin Robbins around town and their ice cream just looked nasty! The staff was very nice, helpful, and just plain fun and happy! I will come back and will spread the word about this Baskin Robbins. read more
