I froze like a deer in headlights because I didn't know what that meant but was impressed with how precise he was. I told him to just make it half that. I waited a few minutes and then my iced hojicha cloud came out. The foam on top was delicious and the hojicha was well made. I guess I could do with 7.5g of maple syrup! I sat outside as they put a bunch of chairs out and enjoyed the people watching but also some of the Miramar Air Show going on too. They came real close and did some neat tricks! Their pastries can sell out by late afternoon FYI, so come earlier if you want more options. I love both their sweet and savory ones, but the cardamom pastry is my favorite. For savory, the sun-dried tomato pesto and potato chili are my go-tos. There's plenty of parking in both the front and back, plus a bathroom in the back. Tons of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables, although you're lucky if you snag one because this place is popular! This is my go-to spot and all my friends love it too. So yes, I'm here at least once a week and I'm not ashamed to admit it lol.
