I am beyond disappointed in you Starbucks after an experience that was both shocking and disheartening. With my baby crying in the back seat, we came through the drive-thru simply asking for half a cup of hot water to warm a baby bottle. The employee responded in a cold, monotone voice that water could not be given without making a purchase. We explained again -- calmly -- that this was for a baby, and that we only needed a small amount of hot water. The answer was still no. To refuse something so basic and humane for an infant -- especially when a baby is audibly crying -- shows a complete lack of compassion and common sense. This was not a complicated request, and it cost Starbucks nothing to help. We did not come to Starbucks for convenience or business; we came because it was the closest option in a moment of need for our child. Shame on Starbucks for allowing policies or employees to override basic decency when it comes to a baby's needs. Let's face it: Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks, right? In general, they are all the same inside - boils down to service. Personally, when I choose to review Starbucks (which isn't very often), I'm really looking for the quality of the seating and preferably no drive-thru. It had been FOREVER since I was inside this particular Starbucks, and it's definitely the accomodations (inside and out) which helps this location grab the "4th star". The outdoor seating area is nice (way too hot right now, obviously). It's almost like waking into a cave...it's got a lot of seating, large tables, large fans blowing, and some comfy(er) chairs than usual. No, they aren't just those black plastic-ey things with metal frames. They actually have cushion! If it weren't 9million degrees today I would have been outside! Inside! Wow - large, open and roomy. Much bigger than the "average" location. Plenty of comfy chairs in here too - 8, maybe? Chairs have wide seats (what I assume is) imitation leather and are super comfortable. Good reading/relaxing chairs. The "bar seating" is also a touch you don't see very often at Starbucks. Love that element! This Starbucks will definitely make you re-think the idea that they are all the same! A fellow review was right - it was crowded when I was there, too (about 3:30pm.). They place could have been cleaner - lots of trashcans overflowing and the area left of the registers where you picked up your drinks could have used a good wipe-down. I'm not sure why this is the trend lately but I'm tired of it and feel ripped off. Baristas know how to make great drinks. From Mochas, Frappuccino's, and americanos, they are all great. But don't expect app orders to ever be ready on time. This place is busy, but even when not busy, my food and drinks are never ready upon the estimated arrival of 10 to 20 minutes. I walk in ask about my drink and food, and it's like, I get asked did you order here? I show them receipt on app, and magically they find the sticker for the order. It's happened three times. First time I didn't mind, but the two following orders, I had to get back to work, and it created some internal stress. I have been to this Starbucks countless times. The last few times, my wait times have been 30 to 35 minutes. I will place my mobile order with plenty of time, arrive in the quoted window time, and still wait 20 to 30 minutes for my drink. Today, I almost walked out. I wouldn't of even cared if I had to pay for my coffee, But not gotten it. It took me almost 20 minutes to get to the store. I don't understand how it takes them an hour to make one drink. Either their system is messed up, or the employees do not have enough support in the store, or they are just really distracted and cannot work efficiently. It was an absolute zoo. This location is close to a lot of frequent places I go to right off of 281 and Bitters. It did recently closed with out any warning, but they are up and running and I LOVE the remodel. The drive thru line is always long between 6am-12pm but they always seem to keep it moving in under 5-7 mins which is great when you are in a rush. The staff has always been super friendly to me so no complaints there. As well as getting my order correct everytime I've gone here. I did try the mobile app this time at this location and went in to pick up my order. Downside - My Bacon Gouda was served first and it took a while to get my two coffees. I was planning on eating my food when I got where I was going so I could relax and it ended up getting cold because my whole order wasn't ready at the same time. So I would suggest if you do the mobile app go thru the drive thru so when you get to the window they prioritize your order. They have nice new lounge chairs and tables inside plus the out side patio to enjoy the breeze. Like other Starbucks they have WiFi as well. read more

One of the best coffee shops I have ever been to, just today the bottom of the bag for my sandwich broke and it fell on the ground, and one of the baristas there, Victoria, did not hesitate to microwave a replacement sandwich and put its bag into a brown paper bag with handles so that the problem wouldn't repeat itself. Second time to this location. 1st: It irritates me when someone walks in from their car for a refill on a drink in a dry Starbucks trenta cup. Just because your old and confused doesn't mean you get free refills forever. Refill policy is plain as day on the website. You don't get it if you have left! 2nd: Two employers cleaning while I wait at register for multiple minutes. And refill lady above walks right in and buts in front of me for immediate service (and her free non-refill drink.) 3rd: I get that they are busy, but if that's the case, allow me to have a bar rag to wipe off a table that's covered in goo. Refusing to let me do it and instead I have to go to the bathroom to wet a wad of napkins is just a complete waste. 4th: What really irritated me is that I have my own Starbucks Grande mug.
