Store is still wonderful! Friendly baristas, accurate drinks, welcoming atmosphere. Nice outdoor seating available. Easy parking in front of the store. I ordered one drink, and then returned for a different one: chocolate cream cold brew. Came out rather jumbled, and the baristas and I laughed, and it was commented about the tongue twister it came out to be. It was a funny interaction. This is one of our favorite Starbucks. We don't mind the drive from South Austin. The customer service is top-notch. The baristas are super friendly, professional, and care about their customers. They are more than just taking your order. We mentioned if they had a drink with yogurt that we bought in a vacation when we traveled to Guadalajara, Mexico. The menu selection is different over there. We received some other recommendations and we are so happy we found this location. read more

I have ordered the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino here multiple times. It is either great or horrible depending on who makes it. Today I got my drink which had little if any Carmel on top, none on bottom, and no crunch. To speak of. Wish I had noticed this before I got on the road. It sucked, especially for the price. Sometimes, especially if the tall guy with glasses makes it, my drink has Carmel on top and bottom. I can taste the Carmel and the coffee, and there is crunch. Efficient service at this location. The manager stepped in to help even though I was the only one left in line when the cashier stepped away to start the food portion of the order of the customer in front of me. She also helped make the drinks for the orders in line. I've waited longer in less crowded Starbucks before. This location is larger than many new Starbucks stores. There is plenty of room to work here, when it's not overrun by high school kids from the schools around the corner. Overall, this is a nice location with great service. read more

This is a unique speciality type of food. It is basically all waffle dishes (sandwich) with different combinations of fruit, eggs,and chicken. The food was excellent, good taste, reasonable portion size. The whipped cream used was above average. Menu is displayed on the wall and not a lot of items to choose from. I would have preferred a written one that I could have studied with a few more Ala Carte items. Since waffles are involved, it would be nice to have a choice of different syrups including sugar free. Walked in, stood at the counter and was ignored by the baristas who were just standing there talking (arguing?) about something. It wasn't even busy. The guy finally stopped talking long enough to take my order, which he got wrong--I asked for extra room, he repeated the words "extra room" so I know he heard me, the label on my cup just said "w/room", and I got a cup filled completely to the top. I think this was done intentionally. The impression I got was this guy has a huge chip on his shoulder and takes it out on customers, especially women. I won't be back. read more

So the two drinks for actually pretty well made. My problem Ashley was with the atmosphere so oh the initial gentleman that waited on us was pretty cool but then another gentleman got off break with from his girlfriend and his attitude was you sat there watching him rub his face pick his nose and rub his shaved head without washing his hands, then they started chatting and it got to the point that the young lady and myself got up and left after complaining to them that they were talking too loud. This location is hit or miss. Today was a big miss. If I go to any Starbucks and order a frappacino light, they make it as low calorie as they can....depending on the drink. I tried 3 times to order a frappacino light at this location. Each one I tried, was told they couldn't do it. Can't make it light due to base, flavor or whatever. I am aware that light does not mean calorie free. I just wanted a frappacino as low cal as it could be made. NEVER a problem at other locations. After the third attempt, I gave up.
