We're both quite picky when it comes to coffee as I grew up on Vietnamese coffee and my partner on Chilean coffee (so we like our coffee strong). I got an egg coffee and he got a salted coffee. Both were quite good. It was the perfect caffeine rush we needed and just the perfect amount of sweetness. This place seems like it's meant for to go orders as there isn't a lot of seating. The staff are very nice and its very clean spot. If we're in the area I'd love to come back and try some of their food items like the banh mi or the croffle.

Where is the pandan? Totally wrong assembly!…read more I was really disappointed with my DRINK here. I ordered the Pandan Coconut because the picture ads shows beautiful green layers. Instead, I got what looks like plain water with a green lid. The actual green pandan part is completely missing from the cup! SERVICE: the staff is super friendly, but they definitely need better training on how to make the drinks correctly. They've been open since summer 2025, so they've been operating for well over a year now: this isn't just "grand opening" mistakes anymore. SEATING: to-go only, they do have a few benches inside where you can sit and wait for your order. RESTROOM: there is no public restroom, PARKING: is super easy since there's a ton of free space in the complex lot.

Hidden Coffee Bar ended up being a really cool experience. Met Austin, the owner, and we…read moreimmediately got into it on coffee, gear, sourcing, all the fun stuff. I'll be honest, the Ethiopian I started with wasn't really showing how I expected. It felt a little muted and flat to me. But here's where it flipped, he actually checked back in, asked what I thought, and instead of brushing it off, he was like "yeah... you're right." That alone tells you a lot. He pivoted and brewed up a Mexican that absolutely slapped. Clean, expressive, way more dialed. From there we just geeked out for a bit talking single origins, roasting approaches, equipment, all of it. That level of awareness and willingness to adjust in real time is rare, and it's what makes a place worth coming back to. I'm really interested to see how he continues to shape the program here. This feels like a shop that's still evolving in a good way.

I was honestly so excited to go to this place. This coffee bar is actually quite hidden, as they are located right behind the Village General Store on Vernon. There's quite a bit of parking when the storefront is closed, so you wouldn't even expect a wait at all. They have such a spacious patio as well (if you want to sit down and have a good time chatting it up with your other friends), and such big space to wait if you don't want the patio. I got one of their oatmeal cookies as well as their Matcha lattes. What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. They also used quite premium-grade matcha that made it taste really good with the whole milk they mixed in eventually. The ambiance and the hospitality was one of the best out there, and I can't wait to be back the next time I'm in Sacramento!

My niece said hers is, "great" which I'm pretty sure is teen speak for delicious. The inside of the restaurant has a few tables you can dine at. It's very simple yet cute. Service was very fast. My only special request would be to have milk alternatives for the milk teas. I'm not even sure if that's a common thing for boba shops but it would make for a nice e touch. As someone who has worked multiple Customer Service jobs I immediately know what kind of behavior that attitude entails. I am obviously not going to sit there and be overly friendly when you're making it clear that you don't even want to serve me. I got a water-down chai which never happens, I wasn't even given a chance to say that I want it with a substitute milk. She also handed it to me without saying a word and also handed me my stamp card back un-stamped. I got an avocado toast, but now I'm scared to even look at that to see if it was done correctly, however, the blond girl who brought it out, was super friendly, which perked my attitude back up a little. I am now currently sitting in a Starbucks getting another drink because I am not drinking the chai that I got due to it not being made correctly. It tastes like hot milk. I have never had that happen before! This is my first bad experience at this location and I am very disappointed... I will make it a point to never go in the morning this early.
