Came in for the limited time blueberry donuts. The shop is very clean and has tables you can sit and enjoy your donut. Service was great! They helped us out with smiles and never made it seem a bother. I ordered a box of a dozen assorted donuts and got a dozen blueberry ones for $5! And on top of that their donut light was on so I was given a free glazed donut on top of that! I had the blueberry one in the car before driving off and omg it was delicious! Tastes like the original glazed donut but with a light hint of blueberry. Just perfect! Get some before they go away! read more

You don't come to Roseville all the time, but when we do, the family always wants to drop by and get some donuts here. My favorite is actually the naked donut (no glaze) straight off the rollers. Some of the workers think it tastes terrible but it's my favorite. The rest the loves the classic glaze doughnut. We will try some of their specials, but we usually like the classic glaze the best. read more

There is something so satisfying walking into a Krispy Kreme! This location was clean, smelled great, had ample parking and the staff at this location were very friendly. The mini donuts are a great size too and their original glazed always hits the spot! read more

My kids love it when the Hot sign is on. They love looking at how the donuts are made. I think the best time to come is between 5-8pm when the donuts are coming right out. The original glazed is still the best. The worker there gave us free donuts because the Hot sign was on. We ordered a dozen donuts. It was warm, sweet, and delicious. read more

I bit into 2 donuts which were stiff. I don't remember the last time donuts were hard. I purchased them in the morning too. So gross. Times have changed. Never coming back. I'm pregnant and that made me feel sick. read more

Came in to redeem my birthday freebie. Apparently, it's free with purchase now. The guy that assisted us was nice. When the lights turned on, I got shy to ask for a free hot donut so I told my husband to ask for one if he wants one but the guy gave us 3 pieces (1 for each of us including our baby). I wasn't expecting to get one let alone get two more. read more

Staff was extremely nice. Offered us a free fresh glazed donut right out of the conveyor belt. It was warm and fresh, the best ever! This is definitely why I come to Krispy Kreme. There was plenty of seating and everything was clean. The other variety donuts had lots of toppings and creme inside. They really do not skimp here. This was my first time at this location and won't be my last. read more

We visited Krispy Kreme during their Harry Potter™ Hogwarts House doughnut launch, and it was such a fun experience! Each doughnut is themed to Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin, plus there's even a Sorting Hat doughnut with a surprise filling. The donuts were delicious (as Krispy Kreme always is), but what made it special was the magic of the theme. My daughter, a huge Harry Potter fan, was completely surprised -- her reaction was unforgettable. If you're a fan, don't miss this limited-time collection (through Sept 14, 2025). We even wrote up the full story with pics + a video on my blog Brave New Beginnings: https://www.bravenewbeginnings.com/post/krispy-kreme-x-harry-potter-a-magical-doughnut-surprise read more

Crissy Creamy Donuts is more than just donuts! My husband and I stopped by for a coffee and left with big smiles and such a warm feeling. The guy at the counter greeted us with so much warmth and positivity -- like we were old friends! When he found out it was my husband's birthday month, he gave us three free donuts. Such a sweet and genuine gesture that truly made our day. The donuts were colorful, fresh, and each one had a unique flavor like a little dessert. The coffee was rich, aromatic, and paired perfectly with the treats. The space is bright, clean, and a lovely spot to relax by the window. This place instantly became special to us. Thank you for the warmth, the vibe, and the thoughtful service. We'll definitely be back! read more

I'm not usually a Krispy Kreme fan, but their heart-shaped donuts caught my eye on their app. It's the season for all things heart-shaped, so I decided to give them a try. I found the nearest location and indulged. To my surprise, they were actually pretty good! In the past, I've found Krispy Kreme donuts overly sweet, but these were a pleasant change. While I won't be rushing back anytime soon (especially after all the heart-shaped treats I've been enjoying!), I would definitely recommend them as a cute gift. The decorated heart-shaped donuts are adorable. read more

The service at this location is always amazing! I personally don't like the drive-through AI ordering screen, but when I pull up to the window I seem to always get the same cashier (older white lady with blonde/natural hair) and she always reconfirmed what I order and my tap to pay has been funky on multiple occasions and she's always extremely nice about it and patient and that's really hard to come by nowadays. I wish I got her name because she's always so pleasant. read more

Why did the donut go to the dentist? A: To get a FILLING!!! Haha and who doesn't love a custard filled donut?! All I can say is that Krispy Kreme has been my favorite hands down over any donut place. Why? Bc they are just the right size for me, not too fluffy or large and I really like the glazed chocolate. We ordered the half-dozen and we got the 2 seasonal ones: one was an apple-filled and the other I think was a pumpkin creme. This is the only Krispy Kreme location I know about and I wish they would open more in Sacramento!! We also tried the seasonal pumpkin spice latte and oh my goodness: it was better (and affordable) compared to Starbucks. The service was great given by the barista and the cashier. The place looked clean, organized and just a fun place to be in especially with all the cool hats they have laying around. You know I was gonna get one and put it on...reppin' Krispy Kreme! Thanks guys keep up the great work and the cleanliness of your eatery!! read more

This place is ok never been anything special. The hot glazed donuts are what makes it ! I came here last night with my grandkids we stopped because the hot light was on. I never go unless the hot light is on it's the only way to eat their donuts. We walk in and you can see dozens of donuts being fried fresh in front of us and it smelled amazing. I went to the counter and said can I please get a dozen of the hot glazed donuts? The guy said sorry we don't have hot ones but I can give you fresh ones. I said the hot light is on and there's all these donuts being fried as we speak. He said no sorry I don't know why the light is on and you can't have these donuts being fried. Super disappointing to me and my grandkids and super confusing. Sorry Krispy Kreme for $19 a dozen can you give me hot donuts when they are literally being fried as I order ? This place is great--but only if you're going for the glazed. And even then, only if they're hot. That's the real sweet spot. When those hot glazed donuts are fresh out of the kitchen, they're unreal. Soft, warm, melt-in-your-mouth good. Honestly some of the best glazed donuts out there when they're hot. Everything else? Just okay. The other varieties don't really hit the same, and cold glazed loses the magic fast. But the service is fine and the ambiance is pretty much exactly what you'd expect o in your typical Krispy Kreme stor Pro tip: Download the Krispy Kreme app. It'll actually tell you when the Hot Light is on at your nearest location, and you can even enable notifications so you never miss a fresh batch. Bottom line: If you're craving a hot glazed donut, it's worth it. Just time it right. read more

Donuts are a wonderful treat, especially couple times a month, and I do not buy them very much. If I'm going to buy some donuts for the kids or friends, you have to buy the best! I decided to get a couple boxes of 12 assorted for Valentine's Day and they all turned out fantastic. The staff was very friendly, unfortunately, they were out of several items on their menu. Kind of an inconvenience but I guess it happens. Line was a little long but moving fast,.. quiet inside and not loud music... just workers doing their job. 4 solid stars read more

The store was clean. There were a few folks sitting at a couple of tables.... Otherwise, it was pretty slow. I guess people equate donuts with breakfast for the most part, and I walked in mid-afternoon to get snacks for the family. $18 for a dozen donuts seems a little pricey, mainly because these are just run of the mill donuts (glazed, chocolate Kreme filled, and sprinkle). If Krispy Kreme offered voodoo style donuts they'd be worth the price, no question. I'm pretty sure I'll be back, but it may be a while. Maybe I'll visit Dunkin' next time and see how they compare. read more

Donuts tasted good but the whole store was very dirty. The bathroom is really really gross and the paper machine is broken and towels keep dispensing onto the floor. It smelled terribly, there was some type of liquid on the floor, I hope not pee. The person behind the counter came out from the back and didn't wash hands once. And though they had gloves, they were handling money and donuts with the same gloved hand. There was no greeting when we entered, and there was no clarity on where to go for pickup vs ordering in store and our order was 15 minutes late which for us wasn't terrible because we had no obligations today, but could be bad for someone on a schedule. read more

Always fresh, perfect fluffy donuts with fun themes and designs that are executed well. Even when it's a full house, the line moves quickly, the shop is quiet and you can be in and out or in and seated with donuts and coffee quickly. However, the employees are what makes this location special. The manager, David is friendly and helpful, the staff (shout out to Marissa and Angie) are always kind and they all seem to enjoy working with each other. I hope that Krispy Kreme recognizes that while these donuts are tried and true and you sort of know what to expect there, the staff here are above and beyond! They make every visit fun but this week they made our visit extra special as we just had to try the Harry Potter/Hogwarts donuts! We love trying the seasonal flavors but these are really something special! And the golden snitch latte - yum! I hope Krispy Kreme brings these fun flavors back every year, but even if they don't, we will continue to visit and make it a regular sweet treat! read more

Krispy Kreme caught my eye as I was coming back from the gas station. This one makes the doughnuts in house!! I ordered 7 doughnuts, the Lady behind the counter said it would be cheaper just to get a dozen so I said why not, lol!! The inside is nice and clean, the servers are really friendly and the doughnuts were fresh and tasty. What more can I ask for except a doughnut that just came out of da machine. My favorite doughnut was definitely the Oreo cookies and cream filled doughnut. "How much do I like their doughnuts? Well let's just say I ate 7 of them after a big lunch, nuff said read more
