I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience couldn't be ignored. During a Christmas outing, our group stopped by this Starbucks. At some point, an employee named Lilly approached us in a rude manner, told us people were "complaining" about our voices, and followed up with, "you could just leave." As a matter of fact, we were not disruptive, just talking, as one does in a public space. Last time I checked, Starbucks was in fact a public space. While concerns can be addressed respectfully, this interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. Corporate should seriously invest in better customer-service training and be more selective about who they hire to represent their brand. read more

I've been here a couple of times and had a good experience each time. The staff are very friendly and the inside is open and has a modern feel. The app says pup cups are not available at this location, but I have been given one each time I ask. There is lots of seating inside and seating outside. I have ordered drinks in person and with the app, and it's always quick. The trash bins all say landfill, and I wish there were options for compost or recycling. The seating in back could have larger tables, but there are several chairs. The parking lot is usually pretty full on the weekend, but I have been able to find a spot easily each time. read more

I had a really disappointing experience today. A Starbucks employee came up to us and told us to be quiet because "people couldn't hear each other," but the way she said it was very rude. At the end she even told us, "or you can just leave." It completely ruined the mood. We weren't being disrespectful, and there was no reason to speak to us like that. I am upset that Candice is no longer with this Starbucks. My husband and I were always greeted with a smile and great customer service by Candice and her amazing team. Not sure what happened but looks like she was replaced with a new manager named Mark- seems cold and disconnected- very corporate-y. Blah!!! I went and checked the hours of this establishment to see what their operating hours were, both yelp and the Starbucks app have that they close at 8pm. My boss put in an order at 7:20pm for 3 beverages being frappuccinos and a refresher. Once I get there at 7:30 the staff is saying they're closed and they don't know why the mobile order went through and that they weren't going to be able to give me the drinks and couldn't give me a refund. Instead they give me 5 "on us cards" with the value of $4 each. Very unprofessional that they can't give refunds because their system is turned off already but their mobile order machine still lets guest put in orders. I will make sure to cut ties with this Starbucks location for my workplace. read more

Extremely disappointed, to say the least, we ended up ordering a door dash for my coworkers on the last day and Starbucks had given us the wrong drink, so I called and told them that there had been a mistake and the man that answered was extremely rude and dismissive and told me that it was a door dash problem when in fact it is not because you or one of your employees put the wrong drink in to a bag sealed it and handed it to a door dasher that is not at all their fault. I will not be going back there ever again, and I think some additional training is necessary in hospitality and order accuracy... smh read more

I used to visit this Starbucks almost every morning before I bought an espresso machine, but this has become my favorite Starbucks in the area. I go to work pretty early and Starbucks is the only nearby coffee shop that is open. Early in the morning, it's mostly quiet. The staff are super friendly. I've stopped in enough times for them to know my name when I come through the door. The seating area is set up well too. I order my drinks through the app, so my order is always waiting for me unless there's the rare event of an early morning rush. The coffee and other drinks are always up to standard and the one time I didn't like my drink, they fixed the problem and remade it. I like customizing my drinks, nothing too crazy, but thanks to how well the baristas make my drinks they've helped me find new flavor combinations that I enjoy. I became quite fond of putting blonde espresso in some of my drinks. I might make my own coffee now, but I still make time to drop in and try new drinks. read more

She made me feel like my coffee order was so important, which is how anyone really wants to feel. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even helped me make sure Id get my points. I was staying at Sutter across the street for the delivery of my baby. I could not eat anything for 2days so I asked my husband to pick up a drink I placed online at this Starbucks. The drink was only half full in the cup, and very much cold (my husband was at the store before the drink was made, and the hospital is literally right across the street). Wow Starbucks delivery truck parks in the middle of the parking lot blocking all the cars parked here Just want to elaborate a little on what happened here. The driver and his assistant were putting supplies on to the lift of the semi to unload when we saw that we were blocked by his truck. I approached the driver and politely told him you have us blocked off. The driver glanced at me and said "yeah this place has poor access, it is going to be a while". No sorry to bother you or anything remotely reflecting concern over the fact he had three different cars ready to leave (myself and two strangers) blocked off. I figured no big deal, he had most of his order which consisted of three hand truck loads on the lift gate already so all he had to do was lower the tail gate, wheel off the three stacks of supplies and then move the truck-right? Wrong the driver and his assistant wheeled off the supplies and then disappeared inside Starbucks. Fifteen minutes later when I went inside to see WTH was taking so long the driver had the nerve to say " The store is closed, you will have to leave" Are you kidding me? The driver was putting all the stock away and making no attempt to move his illegally parked truck-wow! I told him to move your F-----g truck ! Twenty five minutes later the truck was still blocking everybody and the Starbucks staff was leaving the store. I politely spoke to the manager and told her next time please have your delivery driver park in front of Starbucks, not the other business's in the strip mall. In fact I showed her and the drivers assistant how the driver could have easily parked the truck at the beginning of the loading ramp walkway blocking only the empty Starbucks lot. See my photo for reference. Both the store manager and drivers assistant agreed with me, too bad the driver himself was just a lazy jerk. I realize that driving a semi and delivering supplies is not the easiest job in the world. I have worked warehouse and freight jobs in the past as well, but these gentleman were on the clock getting paid for what they do. Illegally parking and blocking people on their "personal" down time is not acceptable. There were a minimum of Three vehicles (that I could see) and possibly more waiting a half hour for a lazy driver to move. read more

This a great Starbucks for studying long hours. My friend and I have come here many times for him study. They have a long table and two tables with bench seating as well. Any of these are great for long hours. Every time we have come here the staff is always friendly and helpful. They never minded people that stayed for a long time. There is also a nice outside patio to hang out as well. The drinks are always well made and the baked goods are always fresh. The temperature here is also good. Some Starbucks are freezing and miserable (probably to discourage you from staying) but that's not a problem here. Two thumbs up!!! read more

Been to this location only a few times however was planning on making this one my new go to because I work across the street now. On my first visit I went inside to order and it was unusually empty which was nice since I didn't have to wait. They were completely out of sandwiches though. The cashier who took my order was very sweet and took my order correctly. My coffee was made right and I left. The next visit was like this as well and on my app I noticed that I had a reward to use so I asked to use it. It wasn't working so they troubleshooted and found out my reward was expired BUT they still gave me the free coffee! Loved how awesome they were about that instead of just telling me sorry and that they couldn't do it which is what I was expecting. 5 stars for the wonderful baristas who helped me on that day! Today I ordered on the mobile app for pick up and I usually get a grande iced caramel macchiato with mocha drizzle which they charge about 40 cents extra for. When I went to pick up my coffee I didn't notice until I left that I didn't get my mocha drizzle. It still tasted good but I was unhappy that I paid more for essentially nothing. So that was a disappointment. Otherwise this location has been more good than bad experiences for me. This one time I let it slide and didn't go back but if it happens again I will definitely have them fix it. Hopefully they get it right next time! I come here all the time, it's super convenient as I work at the hospital. I always mobile order. There are a lot of new people and there needs to be some sort of organization and line. You walk in and there's people and drinks everywhere...you don't know if your cutting, where to go for your mobile order. Don't judge the Sbux by it's parking! The worst parking situation ever -- tons of people, small spots, and all the spots angled differently and awkward. Anywho, when you walk up, you first notice their lovely little patio. I haven't seen many Sbux's that invest in such type of patio's. It looks small, until you get closer and realize how large it truly is. It is enclosed with low gates, but really hast on of seating, an overhang with plants for shade, and a variety of outdoor seating. Inside is also extremely large with various types of seating. For how large this place is the ordering area and bar are fairly small and tucked away in the corner. I've only visited once, but my drink was on point and the staff was really nice. Thank goodness there's a Starbucks on every corner so I never have to go here again! Yes, it a nice location with lovely outdoor seating. HOWEVER, I guess the way they combat loooong lines (which they frequently have) is to be extremely short and rude with their customers. Came in today after taking my girls to Bad Baker next door. Once a month we do this: they get donuts, I get a latte. The last time I had Starbucks, earlier this week, my almond milk latte was made with dairy, so I had to throw it out. As I order, I ask the rather robust cashier who looks like he thinks Starbucks will be his stepping stone to Bottles & Barlow, "Can you please make sure it's made with--" and he cuts me off, literally, to get the rest of my order details. Keep in mind there is no one behind me in line, so absolutely no need to be so rushed and rude. I finish my sentence anyway, and he just looks at me and repeats his question without even acknowledging my concern. I finish my order and pull up the app to pay, and he says, "$4.95" and walks away. Like actually just walks away and starts stocking a cabinet. I scan my app myself, but nothing happens to let me know if it worked or not. I wait there a minute expecting the cashier to come back, but he doesn't. Another employee turns around from the pastries and looks at the screen and tells me to try again, AND THEN HE WALKS AWAY TOO!! I again scan my app, and wait about 30 seconds and just walk away. When I see him at the end of the counter I tell him that I'm not sure if I paid, but since no one is interested in staying at the register long enough to find out, neither am I. He just walks back to the register to help another customer. The only decent person on shift was the barista, Jaime, who actually made my drink (correctly) and asked me how my day was going. (Yes it's generic, but that's all we really want, right? Just acknowledge that I'm a paying customer, nevermind an actual person, and be pleasant while you do your job.) What in the actual hell?? I know Starbucks doesn't exactly make its money on good customer service, but I assure you that I won't patronize any business that makes me feel pissed off by the time I receive my product. I don't care who you are or how successful your business is, there's no excuse for shitty customer service. NONE. Your customers ARE your business, period. And all of this on the heels of their "sensitivity training"... great job, Starbucks. You're worse than you were before. read more
