They talk you through everything from the shakes to working out to nutrition tips to just general conversation. In addition to the shakes and teas, Focused also offers workout classes throughout the week. On Mondays, they do cardio...Thursdays, Zumba. They also do workouts on the weekend. Definitely give them a try. You'll be happy you did. This is a great local business!
