I visit this location all the time. I placed a Mobil order for my normal iced coffee. I get to the window and the guy is placing the lid on top... the cup is too full. He reached into the drink with two fingers and pulls a few ice cubes out, then places the lid on the drink. I ask for a refund, they offer to make a new drink. I refuse, they tell me they can't give me a refund on a mobile order. It was Saturday afternoon @ 5:30 p.m on September 8th and we experienced the worst behavior from a female employee; false advertisement, rude customer service and disrespectful attitude. My 73 year old sister ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup and she was also suppose to get a free waffle cone with her two scoops. I am a consistent Dunkin go-er because of my boosted status . I decided to try this one due to location convience but they're terrible and I gave them multiple chances and tries, my first visit they mixed my order up with someone else's, second visit they forgot an item, 3rd visit there was a hair on my lid and they didn't even add my add ons to me drink that I PAID FOR!!! I ordered two drinks, no one was in the drive through, there was one person in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes. There is a guy that works there named Alphonso. He actually threw my receipt at me because they couldn't get the cash register to work. He raised his voice at me and said "You can't order another drink". I was attempting to order a dozen assorted doughnuts, 3 small cold caramel lattes with whipped cream, 1 medium hot latte same way and a small decaf. I am 63 years old and have never been treated that way by any service worker. The young lady was new and the lady that take gives you your order at the drive thru was hollering at her. This is thee worst Dunkin Donuts, business for that matter, I've ever been to! Almost comical! I have only been there three times and all three times I drove away with either incomplete order or a messed up one! Being the optimist I was, I tried the third, and last time today. Ordered a 2 scoop, hot fudge sundae (craving chocolate) with nuts and a cherry. I got home a no hot fudge, one scoop, not two scoops of ice cream...whipped cream. and zero cherry. I was nice. Even understanding. Such a big mess up. But hey, I don't know what's going on in this kid's life, right? They were not busy, but ok. He said, Come back today anytime, anytime or tomorrow, he said and we will give you the correct order for free. Took my name down and added another....So sorry. I came back a couple hours later, did not feel like it, but they messed up so bad. I figured I'd swing back that way after dinner and after an errand. The older man at the window YELLED at me and not sure what he said at all, but that I needed to pay for the correct order. Not free!, he yelled. Not free! Huh?! I explained I came back like the kid said. No, I didn't bring the melted one scoop, non-sundae back three hours later lol! The kid said nothing about bringing the melted one, sad scoop back. NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ICE CREAM! One scoop. I explained it would be in a couple hours or even tomorrow. I live 15-20 minutes away, dinner to be made. I have a life. After ordering my coffee, my credit card payment was declined due to their machines being down, then I was informed their mobile app did not work at current location in Richton, and then I was refused my $1 coffee unless I had cash on me, which I did not. I was in the drive through about 8 months ago. While waiting, the outdoor speaker fell on my car and damaged it. I took pics, got a police report, and have spoken to the store manager, his boss and the owner (all from me calling them and catching them off guard). All promising this was going to be taken care of. Estimates were sent for repairs. To date, I have not had a single phone call from them to me to resolve this matter and they are now avoiding my calls. I called the complaint number and filed a complaint 3 times. They advised me that the complaint goes to the owner. The complaint dept. said they were told someone was working with me to resolve this issue...LIES!!!. Had to go the legal way to get them to fix my car and still waiting for them to resolve this issue. Not a good business to do business with.....SAD! Not a good look for the Dunkin brand. read more

Worst experience ever. Went to pay with Apple Pay in drive-thru and an employee named Jessica didn't know how to work the register apparently. After telling me my payment was not processing with the worst attitude I asked if she had to press anything on her end because the card reader wasn't even lighting up and ready for payment. She kept telling me no until another employee Aisha came and asked what the problem was. I asked her if she needed to press a button and she pressed the button on the screen and the monitor lit up blue and processed my payment. I told Jessica I didn't appreciate her attitude when she clearly did not now what she was doing. She started yelling that she knows what she's doing she does that "shit" everyday and then called me a DUMBASS....in front of my kids.....because of her lack of intelligence at her job. She yelled a few other things and closed the window. I asked for her name she refused to open the window and walked away. With a line behind me I sat there till the other employee came back and asked if I wanted my receipt. I told her I wanted that woman's name. She replied the name is on the receipt and pointed it out. Jessica is a terrible employee who should not nor deserves to be working customer service since she is terrible at it and can't even grasp the basics of modern technology. I reached out to the manager Alfonso who was apologetic but she should be fired considering she explodes on customers when she makes mistakes. I went to this location last night and ordered 2 small shakes. 1e 2 shakes asking for my card forgetting the 2 glazed donuts I asked for twice. Also Both shakes were too loose and looked as if they were cups of milk with whip cream on top. I told her immediately that these are way too watery and that they wouldn't last me all the way home. She told me that the shakes both turned out that way because they had bananas in them. I told her I order these shakes all the time from multiple locations and that they never turned out like this. Another employee rushed to the window from behind her asking what's the problem. I explained to him as well that these shakes are too watery. He told me that it was the bananas and that's what I asked for.I then asked for my money back because neither of them were concern on fixing my order. They wanted to take my money and send me away with horrible food and disgusting service. He then yelled through the drive thru window telling me to GIVE him my card.
