Stopped by to grab donuts and coffee. My first time and I'm fairly new to the area so I drove by the location 3 times before I saw the driveway lol When I parked, I went in and was still laughing at myself with driving by 3 times. I said good morning to the staff and I made a joke, "three times a charm! I passed the location 3 times but I'm here now!" I laughed but I was the only one laughing lol I guess they didn't see the humor, oh well :( I ordered my donuts and decaf coffee. Got the donuts quickly but I had to wait a good 10 minutes for coffee. It was something happening but I wasn't acknowledged or like, "hey we apologize, coffee will be up soon." Maybe they thought, we do t want to engage with this lady. I know if I had an early bird business, I'm hiring the chirps! Early bird people who like to engage with fellow early birds:) so I really didn't like the engagement levels, kinda threw my spirits down briefly:( The location was nice, cool and clean decor. You can sit in too. Not exactly sure if I will return though:( read more

I love the maple pecan donuts here. This time, I tried the Boston cream, honey glazed, and the French Toast donut. I did not love the chocolate on the first one and the others are a bit sweet for me. I will stick with the maple pecan. I love the texture of these donuts though and I appreciate the 90s music playing. read more

Just moved to the area a few months ago. Decided to try Parlor after trying the donut shop down the street. Which that was good. But these donuts are amazing and definitely more my style. A croissant style donut in a variety of delicious flavor options. I can't decide which one is my favorite yet and I still have to try more. They are little pricer than a normal donut but worth it. Probably comparable in price to Stans, but these are much better. read more

It was very delicious but definitely a treat for a special day. It is a better quality than Dunkin' Donuts and Panera Panera bread.

Our daughter stopped in this morning to buy a dozen donuts for our Mother's Day gathering. The Good - Donuts that are fresh and tasty. We love them. The Bad (Very Bad) Staff on duty at insisted that my daughter come inside to order the donuts. The meant she had to bring a 3 year old and two 8 month olds to do so. I'm not sure who the ownership of this location is but feel free to reach out to me directly. This was a major hassle for her and her family. read more

We first had these in Houston, TX, and they reminded me of kouign-amann. I personally find the toppings too sweet as there is already sugar on the pastry itself. Glad there is a plain jane version. My partner loves sweet and its buttery/crispy texture. When we saw Parlor started in Indiana, we found this location is about 4 hours from where we live. Hello, weekend getaway! Despite the long drive, partner is happy. We had churro, cookies and cream, blueberry crumble and lemon. They ran out of the mini. A box of 10 pieces for $5. I had 1/4 of the blueberry one and the icing was dripping out. One donut is too rich for me but good for my partner. He said he was disappointed at the churro but enjoyed the cookies and cream. Both female staffs were helpful and friendly. They offer a loyalty program where you sign up with your tel. Each donut was $2.95 which was acceptable. read more

Donuts are great, especially the lemon, my favorite! I don't care for the Coffee and I used to go in here all the time and get my Matcha latte, but with all the changes with their staff, it seems like no one can make the Matcha latte smooth and not bitter. They just don't blend it enough as there is an art to this. I do love the vibe of the café and the decor. If you have pets, then they have donut treats for them, which is a plus! read more

big size crossaint style pastries,so fresh & affordable. Delicious Flavors like maple bacon etc.

Finding this location was a little difficult - but once you know where it is, you won't miss it again. The parking is to the side and rear of the store. There is a sign, it's smaller in scale but also NEW... The service was fine. Although you can tell they are still new and working out the kinks. The line was inside past the front door and the wait was about 15 minutes total. I got a pack of four doughnuts: Maple Bacon, Bourbon Caramel, Turtle & French Toast (says it's the most popular). I also got a coffee and two dog doughnuts (which are refrigerated). The coffee is decent and probably better than DD coffee. Maple Bacon - my favorite! So flavorful - very tasty and fresh! Could use MORE bacon, but when is there enough bacon!? Bourbon Caramel - this doughnut is confused and doesn't know what it wants to be when it grows up. It was a bit confusing, but it's okay. More caramel than bourbon. Turtle - this doughnut tastes like candy. It was very good. More dense than my other choices. French Toast - even though this is the most popular, it was my least favorite. It didn't taste like french toast. In fact, after trying 1/2 of each of the four doughnuts I had - my mouth has that greasy taste like I've been eating fried foods all day at a fair. I would not recommend eating four doughnuts in one sitting. I would go back though - definitely! To try more doughnuts - some of the fruit-filled and seasonal ones PLUS other coffee drinks and their sandwiches and breakfast tacos! I think they have a rewards program, but it was not offered to me. Maybe you need to purchase MORE than 4 doughnuts? read more

OMG! Santa & Mrs Claus visited relative on a Monday and tried Parlor Donuts because Munster Donuts wasn't open. Wow! Awesome donuts and great coffee! Raspberry-filled minis (10) for $5 with chocolate dipping cup: to die for! Peanut butter cup donut was astounding! Coffee is great! Great variety of donuts! Not cheap, but worth it. Get several and quarter them seems safest. Share with your family & friends! Jaimie and LeeAnn are on Santa's Nice List for their patient care and friendly professionalism. Can't wait to return! Sometimes it comes down to expectations. In my mind, cronuts are not really donuts and I was hoping for some round, 'traditional' donuts when I walked into the door. I'm generally not a fan of cronuts so this review is biased in this way. Nevertheless, I tried them and I'll say they were definitely fresh. And I loved the fact they open at 6am and that they have gluten free options. read more

Just opened today for a soft opening and they were crowded. I expected worse but crowded. They have plenty of people working to handle the line. Plenty of unique doughnut options to choose from. We had carnival, campfire, French toast, and Sandy Beach. All very good. Next time going to try the breakfast foods. The place is very bright and cheery. Parking may be tight when the other places open but definitely a welcome addition to munster. read more

I'll say this much: the "doughnuts" here are uniquely tasty. Crispy and buttery on the outside, fluffy and layered on the inside. And with a variety of flavors, both regular and temporary, you'll definitely find a favorite or two. They're pretty dense, so I can only eat one in a sitting without feeling absolutely sluggish for the rest of the day. The interior is clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. And a rewards program, they'll definitely see my return business. A nice change of pace from the traditional doughnuts at Munster Donut up the block or Rise n Roll in Schererville. read more

Amazingly fresh donuts! Great staff! Clean restaurant. Fast service. Only drawback is the one way in one way out parking lot.

I bought two vegan donuts and they were absolutely terrible. They were hard and the doughnut consistency was like thick cornbread. They need to start over with a lighter textured vegan recipe. read more

Customer service was definitely lacking. Waited about 10 mins before anyone came out from the back to help us. When asking questions, I felt like I was speaking to someone caught in headlights. Was very strange. When I went back after eating the donut to order some more items she was no where to be found, so we left. read more

After placing orders three times for pick up, they have changed their policy for phone orders. I was told that my order had to be at least $50 in order to have it ready for the next day. I know no other bakeries or donut shops that have such a policy. Even when I was able to place an order ahead of time, I still had to wait in a long line to get my order. Once the order was incomplete, and I was told that they combined it into two boxes. My husband had to go back to get the rest of the order. I'm sorry that I will have to take my business elsewhere. read more

The doughnuts are great, but I really like their breakfast sandwiches. It's unfortunate they shoehorned this business in an already overcrowded area, especially with Munster donut practically next door. Was just there had to walk out! It was four people in line I was the fourth one it was two young ladies working the front and one in the back I understand it was close to close but the moment one young lady finished with her customers she stop working the front to start cleaning! Since I was the last customer I felt like she should've helped me before cleaning especially since it was 30 minutes left. read more

Just left The Parlor. They got our order totally wrong and instead of trying to make it right, they stood and argued with each other. Not once did they offer to correct the situation. We finally got tired of waiting and left. Will never go back. I wish I could give it 0 stars! read more

Ordered 2 dozen and box of coffee. Charged a tip fee? for them to box the order. A box of coffee does not come with cream. When I asked about cream, I was told they don't have " Togo " cream. I was also not given any cups.. I had to ask for cups for the coffee. The coffee box was not filled up. This was for a business monthly meeting.
