My drink took about 7 minutes and it was full of flavour. It came with some biscoff, so it was a perfect match. They used the Chemex and did a double pour lol The staff told me they recently took over the soup business from a fellow vendor (within the market), so they've been getting busy trying to manage all the orders and customers. Their salted caramel croissant is beautifully laminated and filled with just the right amount of caramel. In fact, their croissants across the board are solid--flaky, tender, and buttery without being greasy. The sourdough bread is excellent, and the espresso drinks are reliably strong and well-crafted. It may look like Paris inside, but don't let that inspire your inner Francophile--the staff are lovely, but no one's following your French. Still, this is the kind of place that keeps regulars coming back. We're definitely among them.
