YUCK! Ants! The staff here are generally very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms and clean, and the interior is renovated and cozy. However during my most recent visit (in the drive through) I noticed some ants climbing on the windowsill. No big deal, right? Probably they're coming from outside. I let the worker know but when she hands me my food! There are ants on it! She offered to have a new meal made, but I was grossed out and said no thanks. Lovely new Brentwood location. Easy access off Hwy 64. in the lower plaza next to CycleBar. Drive thru available, outdoor patio and plenty of seating inside. Staff is decent but could certainly use a little spunk & a few smiles to go with a morning cup of Joe. Merchandise, snacks, nice background music and most importantly caffeinated beverages vailable. Such a great location. I was really craving a Starbucks drink. Let me be honest, I had not been to Starbucks since March 2020...it is November 2020; I needed a treat! While I was out running errands, this was the closest location and I decided to give them a try. When I drove around to get in line at the drive-thru, I noticed 7 cars ahead of me-no thanks! I decided I was going to park and order online instead. I placed my order online, waited 2 minutes and then went inside where my drink was ready for me! The barista saw me grab the drink and thanked me and told me to have a great day-so friendly! Such a fast process. Those poor drive-thru people were still waiting while I was on my way. This location is clearly a newer location so it looks updated and fancy. There were some people inside working, but it was not crowded at all. They have social distancing signs up and require masks be worn inside. I can definitely see myself visiting this location again! read more

I love the service. I recalled coming here twice already. So I ventured out the house and returned to this location again. I ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie. The husband got some lemon cake. I got to say this has been my favorite location in Saint Louis thus far. The hot chocolate is perfect. The employees are super professional and kind. This location is so poorly managed that we have stopped going here. Even though it is closer to us than the Brentwood or Webster locations we are willing to go there instead. This location does not know how to make specialty drinks very well. They are always off the mark compared to other locations. They don't seem to learn or care when an item id returned because it is not made correctly. As with the other comments about this location they are extremely slow and take forever to get the product into the hands of customers. I believe this is due to very poor management. Starbucks corporate needs to make changes here and retrain. They do not hold onto staff very long at this location which is likely due to poor management. read more

Was surprised at how busy it was from the moment we arrived. The que was quite long although the staff took the orders fairly quick and kept things moving. Social distancing was on point so nothing to worry about there as most people had masks on. As far as Starbucks go, this one is really nice! Stopped in after CycleBar next door because it was too convenient to pass up. The staff are especially kind and soft folks. Today, I wanted to try something I have never had before and went with their Jasmine Latte. It was a featured holiday latte that comes and goes with the holiday season. It was a little sweeter than I was hoping, but I am at Starbucks... so maybe I should get rid of those expectations for their flavored lattes. This location is really clean, and you can tell it's not just because it's new. The aesthetics are on point, I love the high top chairs that have the low back and the marble table tops. It's a nice touch. I also didn't know that Starbucks gives away complimentary grounds that you can use for composting or your garden. That's a nice idea if I stop in during the not-winter. Yikes! The wait in the drive thru is beyond ridiculous. Went at 10:45 on a Monday and sat for over 25 minutes in the line. I had already done a mobile order and paid so I didn't want to leave. This is the worst Starbucks, and I've been to a ton of locations. How long honestly does it take to make a coffee? They don't even pull their own shots, the machine does it. Brand new location. I was in the area on business and found this location via the Starbucks app, as it showed they offered Nitro Cold Brew. There is plenty of parking in this new strip mall, and the staff is really friendly. On both visits I was greeted upon arrival and thanked on my way out. Friendly staff but the service is extremely slow every time I go in. My last order was simply 2 coffees and it took the team 30 min, they were busy but the orders were not coming out together as they should have. One coffee came in 20 min and then the other 10 min later and this occurred with multiple customers. Not sure why this location doesn't run as smooth as the others but it's not a location I'd recommend if you're in a hurry or have anywhere to be in the next hour or so especially if they're busy. read more

Service always takes so long. Last few times I have been I waited 15-20 minutes. If it weren't for my kids I would have never stayed. Just ordered a chai tea latte and it was all the syrup and a dash of milk and no water. I will drive the distance to go to another Starbucks. read more

Since they closed Clayton @ Wydown location this location has suffered because of to much demand and lack of capacity. They suffer from unreasonable waits and constantly miss estimated windows quoted for mobile orders. Some times they are early, which is good but most cases 7-10 minutes late. 15 minutes or later has occurred on more than 1 occasion. Likely will be charging our Starbucks habit to a competitor soon read more

I really like that this Starbucks opened in Richmond Heights to give me an option not to have to fight the parking lot situation at the Brentwood location. However it's been open for quite a while now and there seem to still be quite a few kinks. One time they forgot to make my food and I had to interrupt them talking behind the counter to ask for it since I had been waiting awhile. Another time one employee was working the window and also training someone at the bar who was taking a long time to make my drink by stopping after each step to wait for more instruction. I waited 10 minutes for an iced drink and it wasn't correct. This past time I was in the drive thru with a lady in front of me that they couldn't answer her questions so someone else had to get on and answer them. Then she sent her drink back at the window that they had to remake. After all that wait they told me the food I ordered was out and I had to wait again for something else. This location is gorgeous inside and convenient so I will keep giving them a chance but I hope their training picks up soon and they get more efficient. read more
