The attractive cafe area is warm and bright; a great place to spend an afternoon with a friend or a good book. The two sisters who were at the counter were incredibly sweet and engaging. They shared that the location has been open for a month and that all of the baked goods were created by one of their husbands, who learned his craft from his two grandmothers who raised him. And he learned well! All of the samples the ladies shared were flat-out DELICIOUS and quickly led to a few unplanned purchases . We started with a slice of the moist apple cake, then we tried and ordered the strawberry cream bar (not 100% sure if that's the right name), followed quickly by the old fashioned donut bunt cake. All three were absolutely stellar! We topped it off with iced coffees which were much better than your usual corner cup of joe; fresh and smooth with no twinge of bitterness.
