We ordered in store to drink store. It was a Sunday morning and there was quite a steady in and out of customers. No real down time for the Starbucks crew. They were extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely nice to each other. The music was varied and fun. The tables, counters, floor and restroom were all clean and constantly maintained. Ian made our drinks and they were perfect. I highly recommend this Starbucks. Keep it up Carnelian and 19th! Kudos ;) read more

I have been attending this Starbucks for many years. I have seen the dedication that the entire team delivers to me and other customers each and every day! The personal attention and amazing service I get from this team is second to none! This is my Starbucks. I get great customer service. Stacey and her crew are so friendly and welcoming, there's not a bad one in the bunch . I LOVE my iced coffee, yes it's my addiction. It's always sweet and creamy and delicious. Right now they have the cutest ornaments and pins for Christmas and of course it's all decorated for the holidays. Usually come to this Starbucks before work for my order pick up, never had an issue before. I was a little disappointed to see my breakfast sandwich in the bag. The egg and cheese were stuck to the bag and peeling it off was impossible. If I had more time I would've gone back to get a replacement. Hopefully they'll be more careful next time! read more

Located off Carnelia south of the 210 Fwy. Enough parking available in front and more parking in the plaza. This location is small, but clean. There's a limited amount of tables that has an outlet for you to plug in your laptop. Employee was nice and friendly. Ordered a grande caramel brûlée hot with almond milk and no whipped cream. My drink was served up pretty fast. Yum! In this cold weather, this drink hits the spot. The ambiance was so festive because they're playing lively Christmas music to get you in the holiday spirit. All you LITERALLY have to do is read a label... And make the drink. Ordered through uber eats and my order is wrong. Called Starbucks. The girl that answered spoke so fast I couldn't catch her name. Something with an L. Explained to her what happened and do I contact uber eats or them at Starbucks. She told me, "Oh I don't know. Maybe contact them and they'll come you or something. We don't deal with it." But you made the drinks... Even if that is the protocol it doesn't matter and I don't want to hear it. Manager Zoe is extremely condescending and rude when I asked to remake a drink. She called me "hun" and "love" and would never make eye contact with me and then she told me "I'm really busy hun" (she was also texting while making the drinks) When asked to talk to a manager she said she was the manager.. which is appalling. Emily has been such a light and beautiful face to see every time I come to get my coffee. She is kind to all of those around her. And makes my espresso the best. She really deserves to be running multiple locations from her professionalism, kindness, and drive to help others. The rest of the staff is great too. The lady behind the counter no name tag looks kinda Hispanic but I couldn't be sure. Cut the tags off the tea bags and I had to stick my hand in the hot tea to remove the bags. Very unpleasant and uncharacteristic of Starbucks. I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

Its just like any other Starbucks really, the coffee is consistent of course so the only other thing to talk about would be the customer service and the interior/exterior. The customer service has been great each time I've gone. The lines tend to be longer at this location but in my experience they've moved fast which is a plus. Per usual, the drinks are made in the order they are received and it usually takes about 5 minutes before they are ready. I haven't had any mistakes with my drinks....then again, I don't usually request complicated drinks lol. The interior looks like any other Starbucks, they have their condiments table near the entrance of the business, their wall display with their mugs and coffee near the line, and food/pastries near the register. There are a few tables and chairs inside but the good thing with this location is that they have covered seating outside and plenty of it, which will be nice to enjoy during summer. read more

I went to this 8:30 pm on a Saturday evening. We went and a woman and a man greeted us nicely. For being that late in the night there was great service. We ordered and waited about 5 minutes for 3 drinks. Hot chocolate and a Frappuccino. As we waited we talked about the amazing remodel. It was clean and organized. My friend and I bought a drink and went to use the restroom they told us we could not use it because they were closing in 15 minutes IF your still open and taking orders the facilities should be available to all customers. This is not the only time this location has done this . read more

Food is good but the service is awful. The lady who took the order looked annoyed and it seemed like she didn't know what my order was or how to take the order. I ordered a Carmel apple spice. She told me they didn't have cinnamon dolce and I said that was alright. She also looked confused and kept looking at the door when I was ordering. The drink also didn't have Carmel in it. Horrible, staff doesn't know how to speak to customers, all people who were in line after us got there drinks and left, we waited for a good 15 mins for 2 dragon fruit drinks. This place clearly needs to hire more people!! If they don't have enough staff they should not operate, I have been to many starbucks around Southern California, never had to give any bad reviews. Whoever the manager Stacey is was probably hiding, her store is out of shape and clearly she is not good fit to manage a store!! 0 stars, 0 customer service, 0 turn around time, 0 everything!! Let me start by saying, I love Starbucks! I go to Starbucks a lot! This one I have not been at in a long time. I did mobile order. My order was correct, but it took a long time. Instead of taking care of all of one person's order, it was haphazard. I would get one drink out and then wait 3 minutes in between 3 other drinks for my next one. When the app said ready now, only 2 drinks were ready. They had a full room waiting on orders...most partially taken care of. read more

I've been coming here for years. It's understandable that the place has a lot of foot traffic (with ridiculous amount of online orders) but it sure affects the quality of coffee. After getting hooked on the pumpkin spice latte I've noticed that not all barista make it the same way. These past weeks they have made major mistakes with my drinks. Today my drink was overwhelming bad due to burnt, bitter coffee and lacked ingredients. I always give them the benefit of doubt but I realized I pay $ 5+ for mediocre coffee. I go to this location daily and a venti hot blonde which is not the most expensive thing on the menu yet still the staff here always make eye contact and greet me by name even with these masks we all have grown accustomed too and hate. Today on my app I ordered in addition to my hot blonde a breakfast sandwich which is not the norm for me but just got my covid shot so figured I should have a full stomach. Little did I know that it didn't send from my app but as I walked in seeing my eys/face they said "oh Jay let me get that blonde for you right?" Said yeah I also ordered the sandwich and they didn't even question me and just hooked me up and I went about my way. When I got to work I did think it was a little wierd so checked my app and to my chagrin it was not in my history /gasp. So I called the location and told them what happened and said I'm going to order again but please just shred the sticker to which they told me not to worrie about it and also made me feel it wasn't my fault and some times the app has mistakes and they know I'm a regular (they would do this for non regulars as well cause they are awesome) and to not worry about it because we will see you tomorrow--- Yes you will. This is the type of customer service that makes you understand why this location is always packed and does nothing but lift the Starbucks brand and name. Thank you!! read more

It became so hostile to the point I wanted to never come back it was so frustrating I spoke to Sara the manager and explained the situation and instead of assist she wanted the same at this point I wanted a refund and they could keep everything I order at the end of it Sara took Care of the issue and made the missed drink which I truly appreciate because if the lack of communication due to no one speak Spanish and system issue. This has left a disappointing taste to a place i absolutely love going to and spend time with my kids while enjoy a coffee I love. I truly hope the customer service returns to what I have experienced many time and this is a one time bad day.
