Anyways, as for me I enjoy getting The Zone which has a blend of banana and peanut butter with a bit of non fat yogurt mixed or blended with a scoop of protein powder. I've been to several juice it ups but I have never received service this bad. My teenage children walked it to get drinks. They placed their order and after completing their order they tried to pay with cash. The cashier informed them that their machine was down and that they were only taking card. That is when they came and got me. I was next door in another store. I walked over to pay for their beverages with a card and when i walked in with my children the cashier said, "oh sorry we are closed now." I stood there in shock because it was not 7pm yet nor did the cashier tell my children they went not taking orders because they were closing soon. You purposely didn't serve them because you didn't want to make drinks close to your closing time. You should have locked the doors or turned them away the first time instead of making up an excuse to not serve them. If you didn't want to make me and my Family drinks because you are closing soon then say that. Don't play games and then say your closed early after the fact. I said okay and came back with a card 2 minutes later and the Juicerista said "the store was close." Which is crazy because it wasn't even closing time yet. In my travels today I stopped into the Juice it up this afternoon and ordered two smoothies. A medium peanut butter / chocolate and a medium chocolate. The girls behind the counter informed me that they don't have chocolate and then she changed her mind and turned around and started making or smoothies. I was stupid and did not taste my before I left and she made mine a banana smoothie. By the time I found out I was on the 15 freeway and not worth turning around. And went back and fourth with me for about 5 minutes before I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was not there. I then asked to speak to The other employee (her name is alani) was extremely sweet and said the other girl was wrong on store policy and kindly remade my drink. Hate to give such a negative review but this one's necessary. Came in earlier in the week to purchase a $10 gift card for my son (for Valentine's Day). Went in today to use it and was told there was no funds on it because the cashier had trouble running the card through the reader. When I'd said I just purchased it a few days ago, she said I should come back to speak to her manager but couldn't tell me when he'd be in again. I checked the gift card balance online and sure enough, it said there was a $10 balance so we went back in line and asked her to enter the payment manually. She did! Ordered 3 things, vital protein smoothie, cold brew açaí bowl and an immuna-C bowl. The first two were great, blended well, very good. The immuna-c bowl however had huge chunks of ice in it making it unedible. I'ma have to let it thaw all the way then refreeze it. I love the juice selection at Juice It Up! However, it's happened on numerous occasions that the people behind the counter refuse to take my order of one (1) juice claiming they stop making juices at 6:20 pm, 6:32 pm, and 6:45 pm when the sign indicates they close at 7:00 pm. Nekter and Roebeks never refuse to make a juice even at 5 minutes before closing. After another rejected order, I've decided to stop going to Juice It Up! even when it's the closest to me. I'm not sure if the manager knows their employees are refusing to make fresh juices well before closing time, but I recommend they make it very public that they will not make you a fresh order an hour before closing time. It's such a shame. Worst customer service and bad business acumen. read more

This location is located right next to a Starbucks so if you're tired of coffee and teas, you can come next door to get your thirst quenched with some fruit drinks. Came in on a Saturday afternoon while the temperature outside is over 95 degrees. Just as I imagined, this place was crowded and many people were waiting for their drinks. there were three employees working behind the counter, preparing Acai bowls and drinks. The turn over of employees is high here. That translates to kids who don't know how to make the drinks. So you pay very high prices for drinks that do not taste like they should.
