Hate to give such a negative review but this one's necessary. Came in earlier in the week to purchase a $10 gift card for my son (for Valentine's Day). Went in today to use it and was told there was no funds on it because the cashier had trouble running the card through the reader. When I'd said I just purchased it a few days ago, she said I should come back to speak to her manager but couldn't tell me when he'd be in again. I checked the gift card balance online and sure enough, it said there was a $10 balance so we went back in line and asked her to enter the payment manually. She did! I mean... this was an effort she could've made to begin with. Then, we waited 30 min for a drink that she didn't print the ticket for so it wasn't made until I asked what was taking so long. Yikes! Do better, Juice It Up! We used to enjoy coming here. read more

I just went into this juice it up not even 5 minutes ago and when i first received my drink it was already watered down. I didn't know i asked for juice. I ordered a lucky lemon punch with whey protein and it was overly blended, not even a smoothie. I order my sister a mango mania and hers was a smoothie. The immuna-c bowl however had huge chunks of ice in it making it unedible. I'ma have to let it thaw all the way then refreeze it. I love the juice selection at Juice It Up! However, it's happened on numerous occasions that the people behind the counter refuse to take my order of one (1) juice claiming they stop making juices at 6:20 pm, 6:32 pm, and 6:45 pm when the sign indicates they close at 7:00 pm. Nekter and Roebeks never refuse to make a juice even at 5 minutes before closing. After another rejected order, I've decided to stop going to Juice It Up! even when it's the closest to me. I'm not sure if the manager knows their employees are refusing to make fresh juices well before closing time, but I recommend they make it very public that they will not make you a fresh order an hour before closing time. It's such a shame. Worst customer service and bad business acumen. read more

The turn over of employees is high here. That translates to kids who don't know how to make the drinks. So you pay very high prices for drinks that do not taste like they should. (UPDATE) I went in today and ended up paying $25 for 1 small Açaí bowl and a raw beet juice blend. Way over priced. Sorry, but I took away 1 star. Even Nekter isn't that expensive! My kiddos love this place. The employees are always friendly. The shop is clean and always smells of fresh fruits when you walk in. Walked in to an other wise empty store to order a few smoothies yesterday around 5 pm. Received a "luke warm" hello from the cashier, ordered, and then sat to wait. Two teenagers walked in after me and were obviously friends of the employees. The two girls behind the counter both made their food order, and then their smoothies while I continued to wait. Just a suggestion! My elederly Mom (81 yrs old) offered to pick up a juice for me on her way down to my office. She arrive a few minutes before the order was ready. When she entered she asked for y phone order not understanding that today's orders are made through an app. procedureoung lady was quick to reply we dn't take phone orders! Perhaps you may want to school your team to think outside the box and consider other possible options. By the way I was told she was very short when she replied. I'm a regular at this place. Consistently delivering me quality smoothies and raw juices. They accept my email coupon and groupon with no issues coz without it they're pricey for my budget. Just walked in 30 minutes (7:30pm) before closing time to be immediately greeted with "we just closed" even with their "open" sign clearly still on. To make it worse the girl wasn't even polite or friendly at all when she said it. The superfood and protein smoothies this time were just really lacking in flavor and balance. What makes it more frustrating is that the last 20 times we've been here it always hits. This one visit completely missed the mark. Hoping it was just an off day because we'd hate for this to be the last experience that sticks with us.

I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I could be helped, but saw my order labeled nicely on the counter. It's a smaller place, with no seating inside, but Victoria Gardens has a good amount of benches along the walkways. I purchased the Açaí Protein Bowl and brought my order home. I really enjoyed the bowl! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Other places have a bit more options as far as toppings, but I would definitely come back here and try even more of their menu offerings.
