Once again, a very good Starbucks. Plenty of parking in the driveway which makes it nice, and this is one that has an actual drive through. Inside the Starbucks is neatly cleaned and everyone is super friendly. I really had a good run of luck checking out the different ones as I travel across country and even through Canada. This particular Starbucks has plenty of table and a high top seating, and everything is neat, clean and faced properly. Makes for a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I am pretty sure I stopped at the Starbucks last year on my way home, but I was surprised that I have not repeated it. So here it is. This place like a lot of the other ones I've done too gets a solid four stars. Bottom line? Once again familiarities key. If you are going cross-country and you feel like you need something that feels warm and comfortable, Starbucks is a perfect place to get that feeling. read more

My drink was made wrong but the employee offered a new one. I gave my drink to the customer behind me. Her daughter had a Green Bay Packers sweat shirt on so obviously nice people. went thru the drive thru and asked if my uber order was ready for pick up if not i'd come in. lady told me it wasn't ready yet, so i went around parked and came inside and waited for around 5 mins until someone finally asked what order i needed i said the name and the drink was sitting right there the entire time i was waiting and im pretty sure it was sitting there done when i asked in the drive thru because when i asked she just glanced over and said "no i don't think it's ready" but when i walked in and waited 5 mins it was just sitting there done. so i said can i grab it then and they said they needed to pack it up? okay so if im there waiting for it and the drink is done pack it up and give it to me. there was also another women there waiting for an already that was also sitting there done not packed. read more

This Starbucks is convenient and close by the quality inn. It is full of nice peoples and good service. Only 5 minutes away and near the freeways. Service is quick, lines are short and never had an issue with a drink they couldn't make. They are happily willing to remake a drink and have never shown any attitude or frustration doing so. Highly recommended. Just be careful, it is Idaho, tons of whites, so be mindful, aware and vigilant if you are indigenous, brown/black because you never can trust whities on the moon. read more

Sucks! Asked for grande drip with cream ( pretty hard to f$ck up in my opinion ). While the gal goes to fill she has to tilt both coffee pots combined to fill my grande cup maybe 60% then added a little cream. My cup was maybe 70% full and luke warm. Took it up to counter asked to FILL the grande cup up. They then said oh that's because we are out. We didn't mind waiting for a fresh brew. They started brewing new pot topped my cup off instead of pouring me a new fresh brewed. Gave back to them said it wasn't even hot and they said ya probably not..... what!!!!! Come on girls, it's drip coffee. Don't act annoyed. I left my coffee and donated my 3 bucks to Starbucks so they can train these employees to not skirt around basic stuff. I traveled to Idaho to see my family for two weeks. The store I visited daily was always friendly no matter how busy they were. They were also happy with their co workers too no one bickering at each other all smiles & helpfulness is all I saw each time no matter the rush the store was having. Coffee and products are delicious; however, I went into the store instead of waiting in a very long line at the drive up window. While I and all employees, plus two customers had masks on, a customer came in without a mask and no employee told her she needed to wear at mask or leave the store. I came through here and was very clear on all drinks, simple drinks, and everything was botched except for the waters. I understand the person who took our order was new, but the supposedly more experienced crew members could not get it right still. I ordered a sixteen ounce americano with a little cream, i first received a venti mocha with "six shots" that tasted like straight chocolate syrup. I ordered a warm venti mocha as well but they did not add that so I came to the window and received one drink (chocolate syrup). We added two waters, reordered the grande americano but received a 12ounce. I also ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade and peach but received a very watered down beverage with barely any strawberry, no lemonade, no peach. Verrrrrryy disappointed especially considering we've been driving for hours from Montana to Washington and back again. read more

Will never go to this one again. A barista basically accused me of being a liar when I asked for a refill. I had been out on the patio for a business lunch/late breakfast. I went back to my office, retrieved paperwork, then returned to the patio and my associates. I was gone for 20 minutes. As a group, we ordered and tipped well over one hundred dollars. But, when I asked for a refill of the brewed coffee, the barista immediately treated me as if I was a lowlife trying to get something for nothing. When she charged me full price, not even offering the cup discount, I asked her why. She said that it was because I had left the premises. I didn't know I had been under surveillance. I advised the young lady that I had been a customer of this Starbuck's since the day it opened and had NEVER been charged full price for a refill - the money was not the issue - it was her surly, hostile attitude. She told me that it was not considered a refill because I had briefly left the premises. I advised her that on HUNDREDS of past occasions, I had gone back and forth from her store to the nearby copy business in the course of my working day, receiving 'refills' on all of those occasions with none of this 'letter of the law' attitude. I complained to management and Seattle and will NEVER go there again. The barista described was a round faced, stocky blonde with short hair and a very terse affect. Most of the other ladies there were quite nice, but one insufferable rotten apple ruined the barrel for this customer. I spend between 700 and 1200 a month at Starbuck's. Be damned if I will spend it at a store that permits this kind of behavior. There's lots of jobs at the women's prison where this young lady would no doubt excel as a matron. read more
