Had their coffee at a farmers market. And the lady was nice enough to give me and my boyfriend two tickets for a free coffee at their actual location. We were in post falls and decided to stop by and grab an afternoon coffee. We arrived it was a quiet day. We didn't get the guys name that helped us but he was so nice that our coffees were on the house. :)) He mentioned the shop is still under construction and will have more space for more of a hang out section to enjoy your coffee and so work. Their coffee taste amazing. They have a variety of flavors and some signature drinks as well. Specifically during the fall. They had autumn sunrise late and the witches brew. I've not been to their physical location but have a Trade Coffee subscription and was trying tons of beans from all over the US - until we found Doma. We got Bonnie's Blend and was immediately obsessed with the beans, they became my favorite. When we ran out a different bag from another roaster came and I just did not like them nearly as much. We now have Bonnie's Blend set as our recurring delivery and I am still not sick of it! Going to start trying the other Blends they have available on Trade! read more

Hands down, they are the leader for local coffee. DOMA has been around for a long time and their coffee (any blend or variety) has been consistently good. They are stocked in several grocery locations around town, but if you want to get from the source, they you must visit Monday through Friday, as they are not open during the weekend. Late last year they remodeled their "entrance area." It is now a workspace/coffee display in which you can now order a cup of joe as you pick up a bag of your favorite blend. They support our community and do it while making great coffee. read more

Their decaf coffee is so good, not at all bitter. They use a Swiss water process. They even offer specials throughout the month.

DOMA had the most warm and welcoming space for their customers -- it felt like both a low-key/approachable coffee shop and a high-quality/sophisticated roastery at the same time -- sans snobbiness. The employees were kind and helpful when choosing drinks, and they had some awesome seasonal flavors to try. The Witches Brew Chai was excellent! Next time we're in Post Falls, we'll be back for sure. read more

I have been enjoying Doma coffee since moving to the area 2 years ago and have been buying Doma for at home brew for about a year. The staff is always kind, personable and efficient. As my pregnancy has progressed I have switched from the delicious Marcos blend to mainly Jackie Oh, their Swiss method decaf. The quality of beans is hard to pass up in this small town and I am impressed by this small roaster. While their organic Marcos blend is a darker bean than the Jackie Oh the Jackie holds a consistent and delightful taste... So good that my visitors don't realize they are drinking mainly decaf:-) I find myself seeking out restaurants and coffee shops that serve this coffee as my palate has become used to the delightful taste and not much else hits the coffee spot in my heart. Its like walking into someones home where you have that invited feeling. It is peaceful not rushed. Lots of hands on brewing method items for sale as well as bulk tea and coffees. And you can order a drink to sit and sip in glass ware, how lovely. Creatively named and flavored teas and coffees. Very pleasant experience. Now I can put a place and purpose to the name when I see it ~ Doma. If you have not been come give em a try. Whether you are local or need to take a drive you will be glad you found them. Outstanding. We are lucky to have this roaster in town. I enjoy their medium roast espresso blends, they are fantastic. Nutty, some chocolate etc. all very good, pull at about 203 degrees 1.2 ratio. But my favorite is the light roasted Ethiopian. Pull at 204 and enjoy this sweet, fruit forward, flowery finished coffee, it's wonderful. read more

This was a very fun experience. DOMA has revamped its roaster-base look. They now have a "coffee lab" which is the first thing you'll see when you come in. It's their "store front" if you will and behind that is their training space. If you go to their Facebook page and/or look below at my pictures (or visit!!!) you'll notice many of their items are reused wood for their tables and even a bike wheel... Thing overhead entangled with what looks like guitar jacks and at the end... Light bulbs! Flowers are spread throughout these 2 visible places to make it look more colorful and decorated. The owners and others where out on the floor and greeted me warmly. Mike is their accountant, he was a pleasant fellow to talk with and the person I spent the majority of the time learning about DOMA. Can't recommend coming here enough. Oh by the way I purchased a cappuccino for 3.75 and was well pleased. read more

I have been buying coffee from Doma since I first discovered it at Lindamans Gourmet to go in Seattle 25 years ago. We have a yacht charter company in Alaska. We take groups of up to 8 people on one weeks charters and they love several types but especially Ruby's. read more

Right, so this has officially become my absolute favorite place to buy coffee, bar none, despite living in Spokane. I can't claim to be the most seasoned coffee connessieur in town - there are regrettably a few places I haven't tried yet - but I've been around and tried many many beans and I'd like to say I've got a pretty good handle on telling good coffee from bad. Or even passable from great. And friends, DOMA has GREAT coffee. Not to mention great service. Every time I've been (and I go weekly) I have been treated very well. The baristas are attentive and knowledgeable without being overbearing. If you want help, they'll happily give it. If you want to get your beans and get out, you can do exactly that. And oh, the beans! I have tried many roasts by this point, and while I have had differing subjective opinions of them all, they have all been expertly - and freshly - roasted. Anyway, I think I've made my point by now. Love this place more every time I visit. read more

I am so happy that I discovered Doma Coffee Roasters. As a new resident to Post Falls, I was struggling to find a high quality coffee that would work in a new espresso machine a purchased. Nothing from the grocery store would pull a rich espresso shot with a nice creama. We went to hike Zion in July and we visited also the cute city of Springdale, Utah. We stopped for a coffee in a small coffee shop named Deep Creek Coffee and we really loved the place and they had for sell Doma . First of all I liked the package of these coffees. After we had finished our delicious espresso, I asked to the girls what kind of the coffee they used because was very good and very italian taste!. And they told me they use Doma and also gave me a little of info about the company too. I also have to say that the girls in the coffee place were very nice! I was very pleased with my visit to Doma and plan to make regular purchases of their coffee online. My brother-in-law keeps Doma coffee in his house so after trying it, I stopped in. When I parked, their loading doors were open so I could see lots of huge bags of coffee ready to roast. Inside is a good selection of teas, coffee and misc merchandise. The person at the cash register was friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended some whole bean espresso (med roast Vito blend) and I ordered a latte with that bean to try first. My wife and we're very impressed, even through it was a med roast and we prefer Dark. The fruity flavors were subtle and not too strong, so we ordered 1/2 a pound. We even tried their cold brew and it was easily the best cold brew I've ever had. read more

Unquestionably the best roaster that I have found in all of the NW. I buy their freshly dated whole beans at Huckleberrys and make amazing espresso and lattes with either Vitos Blend or Brazilian single origin. Both are true medium roasts that my works great with my Olympia Cremina lever machine. Don't know where I would go if they stopped selling their beans retail. read more

DOMA has the most exquisite creama that exists. They just know how to do it RIGHT! The little roaster with the best cup and great friendly service! I buy direct when I can and whole beans as I grind and pull my own shots every day at home! I particularly like the Carmela's and the Vito's blends and they will let you test the cup of the day right there at the Roasters Test Kitchen and get the tour! Hopefully they will be opening a Cafe there in the next year for a destination Coffee House experience! Located not far from the Centennial Bike trail it would make a great stop for that day trip from Coeur d'Alene to Spokane. Outstanding coffee. While visiting my parental units in Coeur d'alene I found this coffee roasting company after a little searching on the internet. I was lucky enough to purchase the first can of Summer Lovin after a quick tour of the facility....very cool Loring roaster. The Summer Lovin has to be the MOST fruity Ethiopian coffee I have ever tasted.
