Coffee shop on main drag in CdA. It's an old bank building. Extensive offering of coffee drinks as well as food choices. Some made from scratch. Expeditious service. Clean place. I'd recommend this place to start your day or get a warm up post Tubb's Hill hike.

Good customer service. I love the amount of coffee flavors available and i extra love the coffee flights. It helped me make a quick decision on morning coffee- "yes to all please haha" I do have to say that the sweater weather latte was not my favorite buy my sister loved the taste. It is a nice location for people watch and to hang out.

Conveniently located near our hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I like when they give recommendations. The iced Hawaiian latte was so good. It had coconut bits on top which made me think of Hawaii. Tried the huckleberry white mocha and the viral Dubai chocolate matcha. Both were good but the Hawaiian latte is still the best! I like the decor and the bar top along the windows. Perfect for people watching.

Vault Coffee is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beverage, meet a friend, or get some work done. The cozy chairs inside will make you want to stay a while. If you prefer sitting outside there are a couple tables out front of the building too. The coffee selection has a lot of variety, so there is something for everyone. During my visit, there was a lot of fun seasonal drinks like a Hawaiian latte and a creamsicle latte. For tea drinkers there are also a few chai and matcha options. Non-dairy milk is an extra $1. For those looking for something to eat, there are also some grab-and-go items like pastries and cookies available along with avocado toasts.

Great drinks, seasonal and traditional! We found this gem 6 months ago while visiting family who live in town. We go here every single time we go to visit!

    Macchiato Espresso
    Josh W.

If you want a real espresso drink this is the place. When you ask for a macchiato, you now you're not ordering a sugary, caramel abomination. The espresso is smooth, deep, and fruity. It was so well done, I bought the t shirt and enjoyed a second coffee on the house with the purchase. Every detail shows they don't cut corners: the real granite tables, perfectly sized cups for enjoying, and even classy chandeliers. 10/10 would recommend.

Vault Coffee is a very convenient cafe to visit in Coeur d'Alene. We stopped by after looking around at the gift shops and before going to McEuen Park, which provides a good view of Lake Coeur d'Alene. The drinks were ready in a few minutes, and the staff was nice to us visitors. The ambience is good for studying or meeting up with family and friends. I had the Dubai matcha latte, which is based off the Dubai chocolate trend. It was tasty and refreshing, but I realize that this type of chocolate is too sweet for my palate.

Cute Spot with Good Vibes and Instagram-Worthy Aesthetic Vault Coffee is definitely a vibe--super cute interior, cozy seating, and the perfect place to chill or snap a pic for the gram . I stopped in for a quick bite and drinks, and while they did mess up my order twice (student staff--super sweet though), they were kind and fixed it with a smile. I had an egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin that was melty and satisfying, plus a matcha latte and a creamy fruit boba drink. Everything tasted good once it was right, and the cozy aesthetic made the experience feel relaxing overall. If you're in Coeur d'Alene and want a cute café moment, this spot's worth checking out. Just double-check your order before you leave

Avo toast with egg. A good garlic taste too.

I was searching for breakfast nearby on Yelp and vault Coffee came up. I had been there a couple times before but forgot they had breakfast items. I saw a picture of the avocado toast with eggs which looked good. It was absolutely delicious. $7.50 seems like a lot for it though. But ya, I'd order it again. I had it with the Chai bomb as I was looking for something less sweet. I should have asked about that as it was very sweet. I'll see if I can ask for less sweet next time. It was good tea, just too sweet. I'd like to taste the tea more than the sugar. The place has good WiFi so it's a good place to get some work done as well. Because of that, good coffee and good service, I'll keep coming back. Nice space too!

    Huckleberry white chocolate
    Judi B.

Ok, I am not a fruity coffee girl....my daughter loves all things crazy with coffee but I'm the standard mocha/caramel/espresso chick and don't stray too far from my favorites. However, I was on vacation and saw "Huckleberry white chocolate" and gave it my "I'm on vacation" nod. I'm so grateful. I loved every. last. drop. I sucked that ice dry squeezing every last essence I could. The service was very friendly, though the line can move a little slow (mostly from customer indecision). The ambience was inviting, yet hip and cool and the same time. Hubby and I nestled ourselves in some comfy chairs and small table, just people watching, enjoying the nice atmosphere and busy CDA downtown. I honestly didn't want to leave.

Ham, cheese and egg croissant with caramel latte

The service was very friendly, the ham and cheese croissant was delicious. The caramel latte was good too, slightly sweet with big coffee flavor. If you love the taste of coffee with a hint of Caramel then I recommend ordering!

Wooden stools I'm in love with.

I have found my new favorite coffee place in CdA! I had a few hours to spare before heading back home to Moscow, and I stumbled into Vault. I noticed for $13 once could purchase a flight of seasonal iced coffees. Five glasses at 4oz each? Sure, why not? WHY NOT! You MUST do this. I sat by myself at a low counter with some wooden stools I'm OBSESSED with (if you ever sell them, Vault employees, let me know!) and enjoyed my flavored treats (with the cutest toppings!) and absorbed it with a slice of chocolate sourdough smeared with cream cheese. I would've tried all the pastries, bc they looked THAT good. Located in downtown CdA, I had only parked a couple of blocks down the way, and though the streets were semi-bustling, Vault kept customers coming in and out in a timely manner. Very much enjoyed my experience and I already made plans to bring my friend who lives in California, up here just for the flights. Love the decor, corner lot, and spacious seating!

    How is parking?

Downtown parking can be challenging in the Summer months starting late morning on…there are two pay-parking lots and street parking available . (Up to two hours fee for that and free Sundays)

Does anyone know if the almond flour biscuits are low carb? They are so good! I'd buy them by the dozen if I could?

It feels like you somehow wandered into a slightly spooky Disney bayou attraction that also happens to serve brunch. Decorated to the nines and immersive, it is both a meal and an experience. We went for an early Sunday breakfast and were seated quickly. By the time we left around 9 there were still a handful of open tables, but I would guess reservations are smart from 9:30 on. I started with a cortado made with Evan's Brothers beans. They also offer a chicory blend if that is your thing. Our waitress was attentive, answered all of our questions, and was great about a few modifications we asked for. They do have some gluten free and vegetarian options, though not a huge amount of gluten free. We started with the beignets and they were excellent. Perfect portion for two with a couple topping options. I would go back just for those. I ordered their take on eggs Benedict and my husband had the classic breakfast plate. Both were really flavorful, but the seasoned potatoes were a standout. Portions are generous, we ended up getting two more portions out of the leftovers. Overall, a really fun and memorable brunch spot. I am looking forward to going back for one of the events when they have live music.

I stopped by **Izzy's Comfort Kitchen** recently after seeing quite a bit of buzz about it online…read more While there is a lot to like about this spot, my experience felt a bit like a "social media vs. reality" situation. **The Atmosphere & Service** The ambiance is inviting and cozy, though the restaurant itself is on the **smaller side**, so it can feel a bit tight during peak hours. That said, the **service was fantastic**. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were properly taken care of throughout the meal. **The Food** I ordered the **Peach Bourbon BBQ Burger**. I loved the concept--the sweetness of the peach really complemented the savory beef beautifully. However, the execution fell a little short. There were only **two slices of peach** on the entire burger, and it was significantly **lacking sauce**. Between the minimal toppings and the lack of BBQ sauce, the burger ended up being quite dry. The sides didn't quite help the moisture issue, either. The **fries were very thin and overcooked**, giving them a crunchy, dry texture that made the overall meal feel a bit parched. Izzy's is a solid spot with great people, but I can't help but feel it might be a bit **overhyped by social media**. The flavors are definitely there, but for the price and the reputation, I was hoping for a bit more generosity with the toppings and better execution on the sides. Worth a try if you're in CDA, but maybe ask for extra sauce on the side!
