We were in town for a conference and this was by far my favorite coffee shop I tried!! Great coffee and super friendly staff!!

They were okay. I have a severe nut allergy so I asked if they'd be able to wash the blender and they charged us $2 for it without telling us. Drinks were okay. Got 3 shots of espresso with a light splash cream and was charged $1.50 for it and when I got my drink, they forgot to put it in. Also got a white chocolate mocha, that was good. read more

THE BEST coffee stand we've found in north Idaho so far. Their bagel sandwiches, perfectly soft and warm, are incomparable. They definitely serve the most sophisticated drinks we've seen, and they just expanded their menu, which definitely bumps this place up another star. We originally went to the Hayden location where the sandwiches were also amazing, but there was a sudden change where they started serving the sandwiches room temperature and untoasted, even after we asked for them to heat it up like they used to. This was my favorite coffee stand, but this evening was a bad experience. The batista girl was rude like no other. I usually buy a decaf honey bee. The decaf shots tasted so bitter. Very disappointing. Sadly I showed up 3 min before closing with three other customers so I understand a bit there with my coffee years, but still with the bad coffee and absolute rudeness. read more

My boyfriend ordered us drinks and as we drove away the barista said that guy was creepy. Awful customer service. Rude as hell.

Their coffee is super delicious and I love how original and unique some of their drinks are! Definitely best drive through coffee place I've ever been to by far. Everyone's always very nice as well. Whenever I'm in CDA I make a point to stop here. read more

I was just there about an hour ago & ordered 3 sandwiches. Each sandwich was not what I ordered except for the correct bagel. I was very surprised & disappointed as usually everything is correct. Staff was super nice and took the time to make recommendations. I tried the milk and honey unfortunately it was not what i was hoping for. My husband got this latte that taste like maple waffles it was delicious! We will definitely be going back for that drink. read more

i used to come by here for drinks every morning but i definitely won't be back to the post falls location. i wasn't going to post this but i've had montana help me a few times now, and it's been some of the worst service i've had. no smile on her face, my drinks are under mid and i just feel like im totally wasting my money AND my time being there when all you have to do is show mutual respect to someone. i will make the drive over to the hayden stand now because it's been happening every time. i don't think a job as a barista is suited for her honestly or anything around people in that matter. milk & honey is too good to leave completely but as long as montana is still there i'll be at the hayden shop. read more

I have been wanting to try Milk & Honey for awhile. Their aesthetic is so classy and I've had more than one person recommend them. Finally I tried them, and it was so amazing! I got the Lemon Zest, which I was unsure how that would work in a latte, but it was a perfect. I am a lemon lover, so I loved getting a little bit of real lemon zest in each zip. My little guy enjoyed the free suckers they gave out, plus the muffin tops. The service was quick and very friendly, which can really set the tone of a day. Ordered a mocha, they put no chocolate in. Ordered light ice they ignored that entirely till I pointed it out as the woman tried to fill the cup to the brim with ice. Ordered white coffee, they poured water through the same coffee 3 times. So the 6 shots I paid for was actually 2. Ordered a cheddar cheese sandwich that was American cheese. Giving this place a 4 out of 5. Super friendly service, easy location to get in and out of, clean and great coffee as well as a large selection of drinks. The reason I chose 4 out of 5 were the prices are high, I asked the cost of a drink up front and then ended up being charged more and never received or was offered my receipt. I may try it again in the future but there are other local stands that have better prices for the same quality drinks read more
