Our daughter asked to get her the chunky monkey bowl for her breakfast. I had a peach mango smoothie and a berry berry bagel. I forgot to take pictures but will tell you the bagel and cream cheese was so good, then topped with fresh strawberry and blackberries, sprinkled in were some sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Three orders this week 3 issues. Order 1 through Door dash so I could t check the order my self before it arrived. 1. I had to go also evil paid the extra $2.50 for gluten-free granola only to find maybe a tablespoon and not even a one layer across the bowl of granola. 2. I ordered a quinoa bowl, and the one they sent was not the one I ordered. 3. Went through the drive-through today and while I was waiting for my food, the sign on the drive-through window mentioned they had protein balls 2 for $5 and elderberry shots. I ordered an elderberry shot and they said they don't have them, so I let her know they should probably take the sign down that offers them, I ordered two of the protein balls, she told me my total was $6.80. I pointed out that the sign said they are two for five dollars, instead of honoring the price she said our prices went up. ;/ The food itself is great I have no complaints.. read more

It's been a while since I've had an acai bowl so we were really excited to go to one after playing mini golf. We ordered 3 of their trailhead bowl and waited 30 minutes for it. Got on the iPhone and searched--- and just like that The Wellness Bar popped up with a website ( and locations in Coeur D'Alene and Hayden, too) so we had to stop. The coco bowl is show in the picture, and it has acai & cacoa topped with almonds, almond butter, coconut flakes and various fruits. I enjoy eating acai bowls, and the fresh selection is great. I USED to love wellness bar...however it's gone downhill unfortunately. The bowls have less toppings...not as full and yet still the same price. The berry me bowl used to come with kiwi and raspberry and now it's .75 extra for each when it's in season. You only get 5 or so raspberries and maybe 2 slices of Kiwi. (It remains the same price when it used to come with those two items) Super upset because I did love this place. read more

i liked what they are going for. I was very excited to try this place out because i searched for matcha in the area, which they had, but it was not on the menu. I would definitely recommend putting matcha on the menu! i forgot to ask for sweetener in mine but i got the caffeine and l-theanine i needed. there were no gluten free snacks i noted which was kind of disappointing as was the whey protein used in some of the snacks - it felt like this place was aiming for a specific crowd but missing the target slightly. then again i'm used to west coast and this was in north idaho where 'wellness' might look a little different. good work though i wish i could have tried more foods! read more

For a place called The Wellness Bar, you would think there would be nutritional information readily available for each item on the menu. Even when I specifically asked the cashier, she advised she didn't have that information. The strange thing is, she knew how much protein was in each scoop that either comes standard in a smoothie or you can have added. By the way, 11g of protein per scoop is NOTHING when it comes to health! When I finally decided to get an overpriced 16oz smoothie, it tasted AWFUL!!! That's what I get for getting too much in a hurry & not just making my own at home like I normally do. Oh, well. Lesson learned! read more

Stopped by to get a bomb.com which used to be my favorite. There was maybe a quarter cup of açai in the bowl and with all toppings it's only half-full. $9 for a bowl that is only half full?! Quite a rip off! Very disappointing that this local business that I used to be happy to support is now not giving good service to their customers. The bomb.com used to be overflowing, as it should be in a bowl that size. Also, I left off one of the toppings and did not receive any discount. :( not sure what's going on but will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I'm not one to usually post reviews but my experience today (7/13) AM at the Post Falls Wellness Bar was really disheartening. The girl that took my order was really kind but the one at the window was beyond rude. She did not even say anything but the price and die told her multiple times that I had a free item and she just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid. I told her to have a good day and she just slammed the window. With prices like that, this place has their customer service should be better than that. I've been coming here occasionally for three years now, and I love the healthy option, and usually love the customer service I receive, but today was weird. I've also heard really poor things about how the owners treat employees too. Sad. I'm not sure I'll be coming back after today. Half of the reason that people go out to eat is because they're looking for a conversation from the employees. Kindness goes a long ways and today I was not shown that. read more

Our acai bowls were awesome. We also got a couple different smoothies...blended love, green goddess. I wouldn't get smoothies again. Mmmm this is fun. I've had 5 acai/pitaya bowls from the Wellness Bar Post Falls location on 5 separate occasions. First off let me just say, it's delicious and everything seems really fresh. Isn't that nice?? So nice. The part that has me about to give up is this, these bowls are about $10 a pop. TEN DOLLARS for a smoothie with a few garnishes and breath of granola at the bottom. So you'd HOPE, you'd WISH, yuh'd THINK -they could get your order right AT LEAST half of the time, right? Remember -TEN bucks. 3 of the 5 times I've said NO BANANA- I've gotten banana. At least 1 of the times the banana wasn't blended IN to the smoothie section but it WAS sliced and decoratively and tenderly placed on the top. The last time there my husband said "absolutely NO BANANA", but I guess they felt like sharing again and fed the baby her banana anyway because dems so good fo baby! The best part is when he got home with it and I discovered the problem again, I called and explained to them what had happened. Annnd they basically blamed it on me. "We just thought you meant no bananas on top. You have to tell us you don't want it blended in either."..... Oh. So say if I'm allergic to that ingredient and I tell you not to put it in, it's MY fault if you PUT IT IN?! And when I said "soooo what do I do?" Radio silence. An awkward amount. When the sweet teen voice on the other end finally responded she said "I meannn I GUESS you could come back with the bowl and refund the amount and give you another one?" Mmmm great, my husband would LOVE to drive back out there and do that. This was after we were told again it was basically our fault. So as you can imagine I was a little heated at this point and felt bad for my husband. He came back and handed me a the new bowl and a card for a free bowl, which then made me feel like a dick. Wait-WAIT- let's remember this is the 3rd out of 5 times this has happened to me!! So I told him thank you and said "that was sweet" that they gave me a voucher.....and then I opened my watery, 3/4 full, $10 almost no almond butter, wellness bowl and ate it for dinner. With a frown on my face. So if you're like me and want to reward yourself with something healthy and delicious after a particularly rough day....maybe don't count on getting a correct order and just breathe. OR if your allergic to a specific food item and you trust that kindly saying "ABSOLUTELY NO (insert food here)", maybe rethink the whole thing? Maybe rethink your life path and vocation??? Maybe Santa isn't real and it really IS our parents leaving the presents under the tree?!! My wife just gave birth to our son and all she wanted was a some type of protein smoothie. I rush as fast as I can to the Wellness Bar in Post Falls. I get there at 2:55pm (I know they close at 3:00 on Saturdays). There was a car in front of me waiting for their order. At 3:05 pm, the customer in front of me gets their order and I pull up to the window. The little girl working the window rudely tells me that they are now closed and it's company policy to close at exactly 3:00 pm and if she took my order she would have to take the order of the car behind me. I told her that I was there at 2:55 pm waiting and my wife just had a baby. I even told her I would pay double the price. She rudely told me again that it's company policy that the store closes promptly at 3:00 pm. I then ask her if she knows of another place that serves protein drinks because my wife really wanted one because of giving birth. She told me that Pita Pit sold smoothies, just to get rid of me. Until today, we have usually spent about $200-$300 per month at the wellness bar. NOT ANY MORE! They have lost my business and my wife's business. I'm also going to make sure the massive amount of employees I manage know this as well. Very poor customer service delivered by a young person that has no since of business. read more
