Service and drinks have drastically changed here. The baristas in the morning are very slow in making just simple coffee drinks. They aren't very friendly, either. The drinks taste like cleaner as they are constantly spraying aerosol nasty cleaner around and it gets on the cups and lids. Definitely not like it used to be here. read more

Great coffee but customer service could be better at this location. Their coffee is consistent and very good. The prices are reasonable and are consistent no matter which barista rings up my drink. Which is amazing! Oh, and I love their roast. But, the last few times I've gone the baristas are not very personable. Being a barista myself I have an idea of what it takes and the level of multitasking you perform, but I also know how much customers value friendliness. I believe the challenges of being a barista shouldn't hinder them from asking a customer how their day is going & being personable! The guy who works there is very nice, upbeat and happy! By far, the best coffee stand in the Coeur d'Alene area. The girls at every single location are great! Always super friendly and knowledgeable! Drinks are always great and the $2.50 daily specials are my favorite and a good reason to try new drinks! The food options they offer are good and always tasty! My only complaint would be, when ordering on the Joe App. There is no dedicated parking spot for order aheads so you have to wait in the same line as everyone else which can be a pain sometimes. read more

Overpriced and unfriendly. The girls here don't seem to care if you are coming or going. I've ordered many drinks here as I live close by, each time hoping to receive a better experience. I'm not keen on having someone roll their eyes at me when I say my drink has been made incorrectly or if I specify how I want it created. Asking for a soy blended drink isn't asking for a lot. Yes. I know it doesn't BIND well, but I like it. Don't argue with me about it, I like what I like. Your opinion was not asked in the matter. (Morning Baristas) Every time I come in, with my girls, which is almost every morning, they mess our drink and food order up. They don't care if your bagel is burnt and will serve it to you anyways and try to hide it with 4 pounds of cream cheese. I feel like they don't actually care if your coffee is black roast or white coffee because multiple times I order white coffee they serve me black roast. They also served us a muffin, and then came back to the window and asked for the muffin back after she had gave it out to a customer, we asked multiple times why we needed to give the muffin back and the barista wouldn't speak and was laughing. She went in the back and asked a different barista to come talk to us and said that the muffin had mold on it. They need to check the food before they serve it out and repeat your drink back to you when you order, not ask for it back. That is horrible customer service to not explain to someone why you need to take something back, and also it looks bad on you when you are too scared to tell us what the problem is and have someone else come and explain. read more

The worlds most slowest coffee stand I have ever been to in my life multiple times since it's near my house. Frequent 15 to 20 minute wait with three people in front of you. Nice people, great coffee, just either need to staff more or train their girls to be quicker. read more

I've been to this stand several times over the past 5 months (closest one to work) and unfortunately unless you plan on sitting for over 10 min I wouldn't stop. The girls are nice unless you inconvenience them then they get a bit short, also tend to cut you off or discontinue listening after the first drink in your order. I've actually not ordered extra items due to this. They also chat it up a bit which can be frustrating when your waiting in line. Luckily it's the same Jitterz coffee though. read more

By the time I got to Jitterz in Idaho, my teenage daughter and I had driven almost 10,000 miles. You might be able to imagine how essential coffee was to my life during these 45 days...and, how many I have tasted. Jitterz gets the award for the BEST Caramel Latte in the nation. No shit. And, it's just a drive through. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and consistent all three times I went here. The owner gets it. read more

Hands down THE BEST coffee around. Starbucks and Dutch Bros can kick rocks. The girls are all so fantastic, I drive up and they know our drinks. Sometimes before I even get to the window they will have my coffee ready for me! I am a lifer for this little spot, they have the Monopoly for best coffee around here in my opinion.
