Very disappointing experience…read more I'm honestly really disappointed with this Starbucks location. I go to Starbucks every day and have ordered the same favorite drink for about three years, so it's frustrating to feel uncomfortable ordering something I know and enjoy. The drive-thru experience has consistently felt rushed. Employees seem to hurry customers along while they're deciding, which makes me feel nervous and pressured rather than welcomed. On a previous visit, an employee argued with me about how my usual drink was made and made me feel like I didn't know what I was ordering. I became so uncomfortable that I left without ordering. I have come into the store and overheard employees gossiping about customers even loud enough that those customers can hear what they are saying. Today, 8/23/26, I had another upsetting experience. After I ordered my drink and a treat for my child, when the drive thru man (that I had believed to be the manager) asked, "You sure you don't want to double that?" I honestly don't know what he meant by that, but given my previous experience at this location, the comment made me feel judged and unwelcome. This drink is a small daily treat that I really look forward to. I shouldn't have to leave a place feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, or judged for ordering it. I won't be returning to this location. I'd rather go without my favorite treat than spend money somewhere I don't feel welcome.

And the store only had one cake pop left, one chocolate. Ok so I pulled up to DT window. I saw in the Starbucks team members hand, a pink cake pop. She put it in a bag & placed it by my order. Then handed me my drink. Not my cake pop yet. She presented the card reader, watching my selection, so I paid, & selected no tip. She then reached to the counter behind her, grabbed a bag, handed it to me & walked away. I had my order so I left. My coffee had Zero brown sugar in it. $0.80 for nothing. No 'thank you' No 'have a nice day' No napkin. No receipt Very rude to me at the window. It's difficult to not think it's because I didn't tip. And maybe I would have tipped got my pink cake pop? (It's for my toddler that's why it's important) Not sure. It was just an overall negative experience. Never going to this location ever again. & I go to Starbucks quite often. Lesson learned.
