I'm a simple bull -- I like my coffee strong, my chocolate rich, and my milk authentic (preferably from someone I know personally). Unfortunately, this mocha was a moooood killer. Watery, weak, and about as satisfying as a pasture in winter. I don't want to point hooves, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't real milk. Tasted like something squeezed out of a nut. Now, credit where it's due -- the barista was great. Super friendly, smiled like she'd never seen a 1,500-pound customer order through the window before. I even got a "Have a great day, sir!" which almost made me forget how bad the drink was. Almost. Bottom line: Nice humans. Bad mocha. My horns are still steaming, and not in a good way. Final verdict: I came for a creamy caffeine kick and left questioning the entire dairy industry.

This location has a drive-thru…read more And it's located in the shared parking lots of the Staples and the Safeway. This is a nice Starbucks location in midtown in Coeur d'Alene. As I said there is a drive-through at this location, there's also a good indoor area for seating and a good outdoor patio area for nice weather. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The drive-thru line moves quickly usually. We've never had any issues with the coffee, or the service at this location. The only thing that brings this review down to four stars for me, is how expensive it is. Coffee shouldn't be this expensive.
