This is our regular Dutch Bros location, which turned us from "Why the heck to people line up for that place on a Sunday at 7pm?!" to addicts all in one visit. I'd give 5-stars, but as others have pointed out, the two driveways combined with the one-way streets can be a hot mess. But the convenience of location, super friendly staff, and delicious caffeinated concoctions bring us back time and time again. If you've never been before, do it. So much better than Starbucks if you're a flavored coffee drinker. Their syrups don't taste as - well - syrupy; they taste more like the flavor rather than the sugar form of it. That said, we still like to order our drinks "half sweet", and they nail it every time. Wish their regular menu was a bit more extensive, but love the seasonal menus they do. The quality of their energy drinks also surprised me - way better than your canned options. And just do yourself a favor and download their app and do rewards - you'll be thankful you did. So yeah, we're Dutch Bros people now, and we're proud of it. read more

My coworker picked me up from the hotel and hyped up Dutch Brothers Coffee. We waited in the drive-thru and the line went by quickly. Service was impeccable! Our server was standing outside in the cold taking orders. If it were me, I'd be miserable and sulking, but not her. She had the biggest smile and the most bubbly personality at 7 in the morning. I ordered a 16 oz. regular latte with no foam and it's one of the better lattes I've ever had. My coworker also mentioned that it probably had a higher amount of caffeine because I noticed I didn't yawn once after drinking the latte. The latte was so smooth and easy to drink. Prices were also very fair. My only complaint from my visit was the lack of cup sleeves. The drink was very hot and difficult to hold when handed to me, but the server gave me an extra cup. Better than Starbucks and way more affordable. This location in particular is my favorite to go to. They hardly ever make my drinks wrong and if they do it's no problem I can get a new one free of charge. Which is something that makes me love Dutch bros because I know my money won't ever go to waste when I get something from there. Like other Dutch Brothers, they are very good at keeping the line moving, when we went here, there was 10 cars in front of us, most other places we would just go to the next coffee shop- but knowing how good they are at keeping the line moving we went here, and were not disappointed. I switched from being a Starbucks drinker to a full on 100% Dutch fan because of the quality of drinks, Reward system, speed of service as well as all of the Baristas are amazing at every location I've been to. GET THEM SOME HELP!! I don't know what is going on with these long lines at most locations now but, it's crazy and there are only two Baristas trying to keep up with the amount of customers they get. Some customers are even leaving because of how long it's taking to get our drinks. I of course am not blaming the workers as they are trying to keep up with the amount of customers they are getting in and under the stress i'm sure they are going through they still are kind and put on a smile. What happened to the person who would come out and take our order? I remember there being at least 3 people and now there's like 2? I'm not sure what is going on but your losing business. We all have somewhere to be and need quick service which is one reason a lot of your clientele left Starbucks because Dutch was faster (among other reasons) But, Your going to start upsetting us with these 8 car pile up's basically and a 18 min. wait. Hire more baristas already and lets get these lines moving quicker. Don't lose your Customers, rating's, and baristas because your trying to save a few extra bucks where you can because you'll end up losing business with these crazy lines and understaffed locations. read more

I walked from my apartment to this Dutch Bros and I received amazing customer service immediately. I've never been to Dutch Bros and the lady helping me was very patient and helped me decide what to get. I ended up going with a White Chocolate Breve and it was delicious! The girls that work here are some of the peppiest, nicest people I have ever encountered in a service job, anywhere. And not in the annoying mormon/youth group/choir way either, you are generally uplifted by their kind demeanor and big smiles. I don't know what was slipped into their coffee, but I want some. I'm no coffee expert, but the coffee here tastes above average. As far as prices, I'm not sure how to rate the place. Chiefly because, I honestly never go to these places and have no basis for comparison. I started going to this drive through because I was sent some fancy coupons in the mail that I couldn't resist using. Lots of sugary drinks if you're into that. Beware the smoothies, the sugar is so copious in these that just smelling them may induce insulin shock. I'm not into sweet drinks, I usually just get a drip cofffee. My girls and I love Dutch Bros and are frequent customers and every time had always been a good experience until the last time. My daughter saw that they were open and wanted to stop and get her favorite drink. Their sign said they were open. I pulled up and the guy working said they were closed. I replied telling him that his open sign is on. He said he didn't know it was still on and that he forgot to turn it off. I really felt that with the sign being on that he should've made the drink. It wasn't my error that he left the open sign on. I didn't feel that was very good service. Very disappointing. read more

Worst coffee I've had in years. I chose Ditch Bros coffee bc its awesome where I live - delicious, consistent and well balanced flavors, but not in Spokane. Truly so awful, I threw it away rather than wait in the drive thru line again (zero parking for the walk up counter). Supposed to be a white mocha and it was a nut flavored no-coffee-shots cup of milk. Gross and never again. It's a good reminder that I can make coffee at home and save myself the $6 plus an underserved tip. read more

I helped plan the wedding of one of the baristas and they treated me so well due to that. They were already a super friendly group prior to that but having a team that works hard and has each other's back is great to see. The legit part about this coffee chain is that they keep their prices inexpensive. I mean a medium iced is put into a large cup because we as consumers deserve that. The white coffee is bomb and my favorite drink is the Grasshopper. White coffee, white chocolate, and creme de menthe. Like this green magic beverage. Andrew H is absolutly correct on the staff/service. They are very nice and friendly. However, I drink coffee almost everyday and the drip here is not that good. Prices are so so comparable to Starbucks but Starbucks make a mean cup of joe. I wouldn't recommend this place, drive down about a quarter mile and there is a Starbucks. read more

We always go to this Dutch Bros since it's close to home. However, we had our first poor experience. We went this morning 10/05 and as usual the lines are just a mess, so it's confusing to know who goes next when it's their turn to order. Not seeing another car, we pulled up to order and the lady who was working the drive though lanes had the most unpleasant attitude. We first told her we weren't sure if us or the other car was first. She said without any true character that we basically cut the person. We respectfully said we didn't mind backing up letting the car go ahead. The worker said it was fine but our whole interaction with her was so distasteful. We did nothing wrong, yet she treated us poorly the whole time only because of the circumstance. Obviously we will be skipping the tip. Why she even asked, I roll my eyes. Dutch Bros management, please teach this ONE employee how to be respectful and smile once in a while. read more

This was my first time ever here and it was delicious! The coffee was really good. Over my two days in Spokane I tried the Irish coffee, the kicker which was excellent and wasn't overly sweet. I also had the annihilator which was macadamia nut flavored and I had that one with the white coffee instead of regular. The size much much larger than other coffee places and the price wasn't bad either. A definite must stop when on the east side of the state. read more

I've always been afraid to try this location due to the weird short line on one side, but after going today I understand that there are two sides and you aren't necessarily going to be stopped on 2nd Avenue. A revelation if you will! They made a good latte for me (16 oz) and the price was good! Unfortunately they no longer serve bagels, which was sad for me. They do have muffin tops and cookies. The service seemed a bit slower than other reviewers mentioned, but the baristas were totally friendly like I've come to expect at Dutch Bros. I'll swing through here again if caffeine needs arise! I love Dutch Bros! I feel bad for saying this, cause most ppl know I'm *very* loyal to Wake Up Call. But, I don't live in the Valley anymore. Dutch coffee is one of the best you can get in this part of town. I'm not a Starbucks fan and will never go to Starbucks unless I receive a gift card. The baristas here are wonderful and very nice, although it's odd to see guys working here. They are involved in their community: On Valentines Day, they had a food drive: bring in 3 cans of food, get a free drink. Wonderful to see a company that cares about their community. I tend to frequent a business more if I know they care about the community. The coffee here is smooth and not burnt. They have happy hour, so their drinks are cheaper during that time. The month of February their happy hour is from 1pm-3pm. Make sure to ask them when happy hour is, because they will change the happy hour hours month to month, last month happy hour had more extended hours, this month, not so much. They have punch cards, and the 10th drink is free. I hate the location though, it's *very* inconvenient. You try to enter the drive thru from Division, there's already 3 cars in front of you and the back of your car is hanging half way out into the street. Bad location, good customer service, reasonably priced drinks. Did I mention that they are open *really* late? And I mean really late, like they close around 10pm or later. Wonderful if you want a drink after leaving the bar or leaving a restaurant and you want a dessert drink. read more

We have been regular Dutch Bros customers for at least six years now and we have ended up being regulars at different stands, depending on where we are living at the time but we buy coffee from pretty much all the stands.
